I recently reviewed my bank account online and noticed that Hearst has been deducting £19.99 through direct debit. I have never signed up for any subscriptions or authorized direct debits with them. I kindly request assistance in investigating this matter and resolving it promptly. I would appreciate it if a member of the customer service team could reach out to me to help me get a refund. I have not received any services or products from Hearst, making these unauthorized charges very confusing and concerning. Thank you.

I am seeking help beyond the call center for customer service. Despite numerous calls, there has been no improvement in receiving my subscriptions to Veranda and House Beautiful after moving to Florida. I have tried changing delivery methods from front door service to regular mail, but the issue persists. Over the past year, I have only received one Veranda issue (Mar/Apr [redacted]) and one House Beautiful issue (Oct/Nov [redacted]). While customer service representatives have extended my subscriptions, the lack of magazine delivery remains unresolved. I hope to find a solution to this ongoing problem. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with my Pioneer Woman magazine subscription ordered last January through Discount Magazines. The subscription fee was debited from my bank account on February 9th, and then again in November. I have been trying to contact Discount Magazines by phone and through their website to cancel my subscription, but I am unable to access my account. Customer service is supposedly through Amazon, but I cannot reach their page either. The customer manager at Discount Magazines has not been helpful. I would like to cancel my subscription. Thank you.

In September, I subscribed to Veranda magazine and expected to also receive House Beautiful and Glorious Outdoor Living. However, I have not received any of the magazines. Despite three phone calls where they assured me the magazines were on their way, nothing has arrived. I reside in a secure, gated community, eliminating the possibility of theft. Earl, on March 21, claimed he would deliver all my issues in 5-10 days, but I have yet to receive anything. They have confirmed my payment and address details. Both my postman and local post office deny any issues on their end. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has left me frustrated. I do not seek a refund but the magazines themselves. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the editor, Better Business Bureau, and the National Help Desk. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated after waiting for six months. Thank you, Patricia Webber

I recently ordered a subscription to the "Food Network Magazine" under my name, Katie Rives. The magazine was delivered to PO Box [redacted], Tangerine, FL [redacted], but it was addressed to "Kathi Rives," who is my deceased husband's former wife. This situation is emotionally difficult for us, as our names are similar and we share the same PO Box. It seems there may have been a mix-up due to her previous subscription history. Could you please update the subscription to reflect my name, Katie Rives? (The subscription details on the mailing label are #FNM[redacted]/3# and #BXNVJCN.) Thank you for your understanding.

I have been unemployed for a few months and cannot afford to renew my subscriptions. I am also a caregiver for my elderly mother and godmother, both physically and financially. Despite repeatedly sending back renewal notices due to financial constraints, I continue to receive them. This has left me feeling frustrated and regretful for subscribing. The fine print Continuation Policy seems like a deceitful way to exploit loyal customers. Originally, I intended to renew my subscriptions until I had to focus on caregiving. As a last resort, I am reaching out through this message and plan to follow up with a phone call to find a suitable solution. Unfortunately, I do not have my account numbers as I redacted that information before donating the magazines to a women's shelter. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
I believe there may have been an error regarding a subscription with your company, as I do not recall authorizing any such request. I was recently charged $50 without receiving any products from your company.
I kindly request the original subscription details as well as any information regarding the subscriptions associated with my account. So far, I have not received any materials from Hearts Magazine, which leads me to believe there might be a mistake in your records.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.
Sincerely,
Dr. J.M.N.

I subscribed to Country Living for a year around August or September [redacted]. I only received one magazine for the September October issue. In February [redacted], I called [redacted] to report the missing magazines but did not receive any further issues as promised. I called again in June [redacted], and was assured that the matter would be resolved and my subscription extended, but still no magazines arrived. Now, I am receiving emails asking to renew, but I just want the magazines I originally paid for to be delivered, not a renewal offer.

Good morning,
I recently received a notification from my bank regarding a pending transaction from Hearst Membership today. I contacted my bank for details, as I was surprised since I was not informed in advance about my subscription renewal.
I love the articles and content from Delish.com, which is why I have no issue with the subscription. However, I would have preferred to receive an email reminder before the renewal. While I vaguely remember a message about limited access to recipes in early August, a reminder closer to the renewal date would have been helpful.
Could you please consider sending me an email reminder before the next renewal period? I truly appreciate the food content and variety of recipes available. Thank you for the delicious content and for inspiring me to try new recipes.

I recently subscribed to Food Network magazine through the Food Network website. My account number is [redacted].
After receiving the subscription confirmation, I noticed that the start date was listed as Mar/Apr [redacted] (six/seven months ago?) and the expiration date was set for May/June [redacted]. This timeline seems incorrect as I just subscribed and should not be backdated six months.
I understand I may miss the November [redacted] issue due to my recent subscription, but I believe the start date should reflect the current timeframe. If this issue is not rectified promptly with updated dates, I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to receiving adjusted dates.
Thank you,
Jen Y.

I noticed that a payment of £44.99 was deducted from my account via Direct Debit today, January 23rd, [redacted]. This payment is for a subscription renewal, which I believe is due in March. I did not realize that the subscription was set to renew automatically.
I have attempted to reach out to your customer service line as provided, but unfortunately, have been unsuccessful in getting through. Some of the numbers I tried seemed to be closed for internal reasons. I have also reached out to my bank and the UK phone operator for assistance. It seems that I am unable to find a UK-specific contact number despite ordering magazines for the UK.
I kindly request that you contact me through email at [redacted] or on my landline in Hampshire, UK at 01[redacted]64. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,

Last year, I purchased 2 to 3 subscriptions during a Girl Scout Campaign. I only agreed to renew through email notifications, so I'm surprised to find an unauthorized charge of $42.69 from Hearst Shops on my Visa statement. I have subscriptions to Vanity Fair, Southern Living, and Large Print Guideposts but unsure if the charge is related to these. Please investigate and assist in canceling any unauthorized renewals. My details: Subscriber - N. Silverwood, [redacted] Tupelo Ln, Wesley Chapel, Fl [redacted]. Thank you.

I did not knowingly subscribe to this magazine and have been attempting to cancel without success. This situation is frustrating and seems questionable from a legal standpoint. I plan to report it to the Better Business Bureau as this practice needs to cease. The magazine supposedly expired in April [redacted], yet I was billed on March 11th without my consent or active subscription, and they do not possess my email address. I will exhaust all available contact numbers in an effort to resolve this issue as I am quite upset. The absence of a cancellation option is peculiar, illustrating a lack of transparency and ethical behavior. It took me a significant amount of time before their automated system disclosed that the customer service representatives were unavailable. This situation is distressing, especially considering I have never knowingly signed up for their services and suspect my information may have been obtained through Consumer Reports.

My name is Máire Toiréasa, also known as The Irish Priestess, and I am a Psychic Medium from Cork. An article was recently published about me in the Irish Sun that I feel didn't capture the essence of who I am as a Fortune Teller and psychic. I would love the opportunity to be featured in your magazine as I believe it would provide a more accurate portrayal of my work.
I would be thrilled to have the chance to be featured in my favorite magazine. Please take a look at the article linked below to understand my perspective. Thank you!

I recently cancelled my Woman's Day subscription on 5/19/23, as advised by a WD representative for account number ending in 9. However, the cancellation has not reflected in my account. Upon contacting Hearst today, they mentioned the refund should be credited to one of my cards ending in 6, either from Chase or Wells Fargo Bank. I am puzzled as to why it's taking four to six weeks to process a $6.44 credit, especially when these banks are known for quick transactions. Despite repeatedly expressing my concerns, the representatives offered apologies but no further assistance or investigation into this confusing situation.

Hi,
I am Anna Avery from [redacted] Bonner Crescent, Cobble Hill, BC, Canada.
I noticed the auto-renewal payment deducted from my credit card on May 29. Due to changed financial circumstances, I called to cancel my subscription on PayPal that same day. I also requested to cancel with Hearst Magazines and asked for a refund of $76.67 CAD paid via PayPal to my credit card. I am following up to ensure that my request from May 29 is being processed promptly.
