I have been attempting to cancel my subscription over the past few months. Although I was told it was canceled and not to worry about any further notices, the magazines continue to arrive, causing confusion. I have reached out to corporate to address this issue but have not received a response. Please cease the notices and cancel or suspend the subscription effectively. The website seems to be altering the trial period selection from NO to yes which may have caused the confusion. Up to this day, I have not received a single magazine, believing that the subscriptions were indeed canceled. Thank you.

I need assistance with my HGTV subscription # HGT[redacted]. Despite previous emails, I have not yet received any issues since March [redacted]. An email confirmed an extension and that I would receive August's issue via mail due to delivery issues. I have been a long-time Hearst Magazines customer and never had such problems. I am not requesting a refund, I simply want to receive my beloved HGTV magazines. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thank you, Janet R. Scottsdale, AZ [redacted].

I have been a long-time subscriber to Food Network Magazine and HGTV Magazine, with my current subscription lasting another 3.5 years. Lately, I have not received any issues for MONTHS. The delivery was switched from USPS to my driveway briefly, and then it stopped completely. Contacting Customer Service only results in a one-issue extension and returning to USPS, which is frustrating because I just want my magazines. I have informed the driveway delivery personnel of my preference for USPS without any response. Could this be a carrier problem? I miss receiving both magazines monthly and would appreciate any assistance in solving this issue.

I received a few copies of O, The Oprah Magazine from Hearst magazine to catch up on missing issues I should have received. However, despite being assured that my subscription would start automatically, it has not. The subscription was scheduled to commence in June [redacted], and the delay is incredibly frustrating. Despite reaching out to Amazon multiple times, I have not received any helpful assistance. If this issue persists, I may have to reconsider ordering or reading O, The Oprah Magazine in the future.

I received an unexpected parcel in the mail with two items that I did not intend to purchase. The customs declaration listed the items as Instant Flat Belly-0 and Instant Flat Belly-1, each priced at $24.95 US for a total of $49.90 US. The charge appeared on my Mastercard statement as two items, each costing $38.38 CDN, totaling $76.76 Canadian on August 10th.
I remember briefly showing interest in the product online but did not finalize the purchase. Regardless, the parcel arrived, with the sender's name listed as Fidel Flores in Elk Grove Village, IL. After contacting the designated phone number, I discovered they were a shipping company unaware of the original sender's identity.
Upon researching, I found that the items were linked to Hearst Magazines through Amazon.ca and other online platforms. I am seeking guidance on returning the package for a refund of $76.76 Canadian. Once provided with the return address, I will promptly ship it back. Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Patricia T.

Account No. GHK[redacted]/6# [redacted]
I had previously returned invoices to cancel the magazine subscription, but it has continued to arrive. Now, I am receiving invoices from CDS Global with warnings. I do not wish to receive the magazine any longer and have informed a law firm representative that I will not be making any payments. Please cease any further activity on this account and confirm once this has been done.
Thank you,

I recently had an unexpected charge from Hearst Magazines on my bank account, totaling $34.94, which led to my debit card being declined at the grocery store. I'm a Senior living on a fixed income and monitor my expenses closely, so this was a distressing situation. I never authorized any auto-payments to Hearst. I attempted to cancel my subscriptions by mailing back the renewal cards for "Good Housekeeping" and "Woman's Day", but it seems the charge still went through. Unfortunately, contacting Hearst directly was not possible as their contact information wasn't provided. This has left me in a tough spot financially until November 3rd. If anyone has advice on how to handle this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for understanding my predicament.

I purchased a special offer for 3/4 magazines for $8 several months ago. Despite calling three times, I have only received two Good Housekeeping magazines and none of the others promised like Woman’s or HGTV. They keep giving me delivery dates that never come through. I had a similar experience a few years back with undelivered magazines which made me vow never to order from them again. With limited options due to COVID restrictions, I decided to give it another shot, but it has been a disaster and a regrettable mistake. I just want them to fulfill what I paid for and provide the missing magazines.

I purchased Esquire magazine for my son initially through Inmate Magazine Service. Despite facing issues with them not processing the order, I complained for months and even contacted the Better Business Bureau. Eventually, I had to place a second order. As my son is in prison and unable to refuse the magazines, Amazon recently renewed the order, which I tried to cancel immediately by calling and emailing them. Unfortunately, Amazon stated they couldn't cancel the order as it was already in the shipping process.
Due to the prior problems with Inmate Magazine Service, my son now receives two copies of the magazine, and I only wish to cancel one of the orders. The Amazon order number is [redacted]-[redacted], and I believe the Esquire order number is ESQ[redacted]. It's frustrating that Amazon cannot cancel the order on the same day it was placed, and they have not been helpful in resolving this issue.

Hello. I buy a Runners World calendar every year. Unable to find it on your site this year, I bought it on Amazon for about $12. However, I was unexpectedly charged $23 by Hearst Magazines, and I did not make any purchases. Additionally, we have been receiving two copies of the magazine, but we only require one. I am requesting a refund for the calendar and the $23 charge, along with any fees related to the extra subscription. Thank you.

While reviewing my bank account, I noticed a pending charge from Hearst Magazine, which I did not authorize. After researching Heard Magazine online, I found information suggesting they have tricky subscription practices related to gambling. The charge is for $49.95, which will convert to approximately $58 CDN. I have not received any confirmation emails about this charge. I am located in Canada and am unsure if this is a monthly or yearly subscription. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you, Tom.

I placed an order for a calendar on December 1 as a Christmas gift for my mother. It was the one with a year of cross stitch pictures. The payment was deducted from my account on December 7, but I have not received any updates regarding the delivery date or tracking information. I would like either a refund or confirmation via email that it will arrive by tomorrow. I am considering purchasing a different calendar for her if I do not receive a response soon. She was really looking forward to the one advertised in the magazine, and at 88 years old, every moment counts.

I'm still waiting for GetHuman. The estimated wait time kept changing from 26 minutes to 6 minutes, then back up to over 20 minutes before the page became unavailable.
I need to inquire about my magazine subscription for a combination of Woman's Day and Good Housekeeping. I intended to subscribe for 2 years, but I suspect the checkbox may have shifted accidentally.
Please confirm if my subscription was successfully submitted and for what duration.

I have a subscription to a Hearst calendar. I contacted customer service in November to update my address and card information. After the second call in December, I was informed my card needed updating again and the calendar was in the warehouse. I requested to cancel the subscription then. Recently, I received the calendar and was charged. I no longer need it as I bought a different one for next year. I am seeking a refund and can return the calendar if provided with a return package slip. Thank you. S. Dunlap. [redacted].

I recently noticed my bank processed a direct debit of £29.95 to your company for a magazine subscription that was supposed to be a one-time gift for a friend last year and not a recurring payment. I expected communication from you to confirm before charging me again. I kindly request a refund for this charge. I will be informing my bank to reject any future requests from your company. I am disappointed in how this situation was handled. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you, M. Swannick.

In April, I subscribed to Veranda, Elle Decor, Oprah Magazine, Country Living, and Food Network. The confirmation was on April 5, [redacted]. Sadly, as of December 31, [redacted], I have not received any issues other than Food Network, possibly from a different subscription. The magazines were supposed to start between May and July [redacted] and last until May and June [redacted]. I am confused about the situation. Despite my credit card being charged, receiving a confirmation number ([redacted]), and providing account number [redacted], there are no magazines in sight. I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of these magazines and appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I am interested in subscribing. I recently received a mail piece with instructions to visit "rushorder.housebeautiful.com" to subscribe. However, when I try to click on the "Place Order" button, the page just refreshes instead of allowing me to input my subscription details. I prefer subscribing online rather than mailing a check due to delays with Canada Post.
The mail piece I received offers one year of House Beautiful and one year of Veranda for a total of $15 from Hearst. I am in Canada and concerned about meeting the subscription deadline. How can I take advantage of this offer?

I noticed a deduction for $26.34 from Country Living magazine in my bank account this morning. I did not place this order and have not provided my bank account information to them. I contacted Country Living to cancel this unauthorized subscription and requested a refund. I am displeased as I never signed up for this magazine and now have no intention to subscribe in the future. I will be reaching out to my bank to look into this unauthorized charge promptly. I am insisting on receiving my refund as soon as possible.

I recently moved, and despite requesting the cancellation of all my subscriptions due to vision issues, automatic renewals are still occurring. I do not want automatic renewals in the future and need to cancel all magazine subscriptions. Some subscriptions are longer than others, so if possible, let them expire naturally or provide refunds. I have always enjoyed your magazines and appreciate your assistance. I only have my name and billing address but lack account numbers or subscription details printed on the magazines. Thank you.

I recently received my February issue of Harper's Bazaar from DoorFrontDirect, but unfortunately, due to being left at the bottom of my driveway during a rainstorm, the magazine is now unreadable. I have tried to contact DoorFrontDirect without success as their phone line and website seem to have technical issues preventing me from reaching out for assistance. I have also ordered magazines through Princess Rewards Visa that have not been delivered yet. Living in Florida, where rainstorms are common, I want to ensure future deliveries are placed in my mailbox located at the end of my driveway to prevent damage. I am frustrated with the lack of communication from DoorFrontDirect and would appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thank you, J.R.
