During winter break, I finally got the rival Zeus blaster I've been eyeing. Initially, it worked well with the new batteries, but then it started to lose power. Even after changing the batteries with fresh ones, it only shot about 10 to 15 feet. After leaving it to rest, the blaster now makes a brief revving sound before stopping altogether. I'm frustrated because I can't find the receipt or the box. I'm not sure if this is a common issue or if mine is defective.

I purchased a Nerf Regulator gun, and unfortunately, it does not work properly. While the flywheels spin when I pull the rev trigger, I am unable to fire when I pull the trigger. The firing mechanism seems to be faulty. I discarded the packaging before realizing the issue, so I don't have it for return. I would be grateful if you could replace this malfunctioning item, especially considering its higher price compared to other Nerf blasters. Thank you for your assistance. The address for the replacement is [redacted] E [redacted] N.

As a long-time supporter of Wizards of the Coast, starting from Revised Magic the Gathering, I wanted to share my thoughts. I chose not to create an account on the WotC site and this message may not be a priority for the reader. However, I feel compelled to notify Hasbro that I am unlikely to continue supporting their products, including those from WotC. I am concerned about WotC's recent actions, such as the ban of Jeremy Hambly from MtG. I disagree with this decision and believe it reflects poorly on WotC's values. Additionally, the association of MtG Online with certain issues is troubling and should not be overlooked. While these are my personal opinions, they are shared by many experienced MtG players outside WotC's target demographic. I believe Hasbro should reconsider its approach for the sake of its business. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Mr. Jeremey N. Davis

I bought puzzles from the Dollar General store in Clyde and Abilene, TX, that were made in China. The first puzzle we got had pieces that fit too easily and didn't align properly, making it hard to know where they belonged even by color. It was also missing a border piece. The next two puzzles had the same problems. Today, we are returning these last two puzzles. I want to point out that the picture size of the puzzle is not as advertised on the box - it's actually a lot smaller. I would share pictures, but there is no upload option available here.

I am Grace Lynch, the Monthly Activity Days (MADs) Coordinator at Siblings Together, a charity dedicated to promoting positive contact between siblings separated in various care settings. We are the only UK organization focusing on this issue and are recognized as a leading voice on sibling contact in care. Our goal is to help children in care maintain connections with their siblings to foster strong family bonds and help them succeed in society with support from their siblings. Our MADs program, held monthly in North and South London, includes workshops, activities, and outings to provide enjoyable and high-quality sibling contact. We also organize small birthday celebrations and a Christmas event to give these siblings an opportunity to create memories together and feel cherished. These experiences are vital for their well-being as they often miss out on typical family occasions. We understand the numerous charity requests you receive and sincerely hope you will consider supporting our cause to make a meaningful impact on the lives of these vulnerable young people. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration. Warm regards, Grace

Hasbro's website is not accepting my email which I edited to under [redacted] characters. I've tried reaching out via live chat with no success, as it keeps looping me back to the email issue. Hasbro appears indifferent to customer feedback. Greetings, I am an art teacher who utilizes your primary colors, black, and white Play-Doh for teaching color mixing to students. We create color wheels on paper, benefiting all students, including those with disabilities. It would be great if Play-Doh could consider a new market aimed at educators. Unfortunately, I am unable to find black Play-Doh individually or in primary packs on platforms like Amazon. This has led me to create my Play-Doh. I kindly request that you make black and white Play-Doh available individually on Amazon or Walmart. Perhaps consider introducing a color mixing kit tailored for teachers like me. Thank you, Melanie

We are disappointed with the transformer toy (The Last Knight Premier Edition Deluxe Decepticon Berserker) we bought for our son. We have a collection of over 50 transformers, which have transformed well in the past. However, this one doesn't stay connected in vehicle mode, specifically the doors and top. Additionally, in robot mode, one foot's heel is loose, causing difficulty in standing. We are considering a replacement of the same type unless these issues are common in the design. In that case, we would like to choose a different character. Thank you, Joel Woodard.

I have encountered a problem with my Transformers Studio Series - Deluxe Class Sideswipe. Upon unboxing, I discovered it was missing one of its sword weapons. This piece not only serves as a weapon but also functions as part of the vehicle's door in its alternate mode. The missing piece is essential for completing the passenger side of the vehicle when in its car form. I have attempted to exchange it at the store, but unfortunately, I have not been able to locate another figure of the same kind.

My name is Jim Hajnal, and I purchased a Predaking gift set from a Toys "R" Us store in Kitchener, Ontario. I am a Transformers collector, and recently I opened the gift set which contains 5 Predacon robots that form the super robot Predaking. However, I discovered that the fists necessary to complete Predaking were missing from the original packaging. I kindly request that Hasbro provide me with the missing fists at no additional cost. I have not unboxed or removed any toys from their packaging, and everything else is intact. I hope Hasbro can assist me with this issue. Sincerely, Jim Hajnal.

Hello, I purchased the Voice Banking Monopoly game, but it seems to have an issue with registering the commands we say, such as "pass go." No matter how many times we repeat the command, sometimes three or four times or even more, it doesn't respond as expected. We returned the game to Smyths Toy Shop and exchanged it for a new one, but unfortunately, the replacement is having the same problem with not recognizing our commands efficiently. Can you please provide some insight into why the game is not properly registering the commands we give it? We appreciate your help. Thank you.

I have a Monopoly variation that may interest you. It features purchasing tourist attractions worldwide with an international theme. Unlike traditional Monopoly, this game allows movement in various directions instead of a set path. It is called Monopoly: Tourist Time, featuring a 13 by 17 square inch board. I have everything planned except for the chance cards. If you're intrigued, I can provide images of the rules, board, and pieces upon request.

Dear Arena Wizard of the Coast MTG team, I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the current state of the game. There is a growing sentiment among players, myself included, that the game is no longer enjoyable due to what appears to be rigged gameplay and predictability. The decisions made by Rosewater and his team have resulted in a lack of fun, fairness, and rewarding experiences for players. The F.I.R.E theory seems to be more of a hindrance than a benefit, and many players have gathered evidence to support these claims. It is disheartening to see the player base shrinking and the game becoming less appealing to both new and seasoned players. I urge the company to consider making changes to ensure that MTG Arena is truly random and enjoyable for all players. Bringing in ethical individuals who understand the game and its community could significantly improve the situation. By focusing on creating a more balanced and engaging experience, you may attract more players and increase profits in the long run. As a longtime player of 26 years, I have witnessed the decline in enjoyment and increased reluctance to spend money on the game. It is my hope that these issues are addressed promptly before it is too late. Sincerely, Paul Tracey

I recently came across a concerning parent's feedback online discussing the Poppy Troll Doll sold at WalMart. I am extremely upset by the placement of sensors between the doll's legs. The production of such a doll is perplexing, as it seems inherently violent. The individuals responsible for creating this doll must be addressed for their questionable decisions. This situation is unacceptable and demands swift parental intervention. It is alarming that this doll made it to store shelves, and it is disheartening to realize that children are being exposed to such inappropriate features. My confidence in Hasbro has diminished significantly, and I will no longer support their products. I have advised my loved ones to refrain from purchasing any items from your company due to this breach of trust. This situation with the Poppy Troll Doll is simply appalling.

I bought the CD-ROM game "Out Burst" by Hasbro five years ago, and it's been a favorite of mine. Lately, I've had issues starting the game - sometimes, it opens in a small window, and now it won't start at all. I've attempted troubleshooting without success and even purchased a new computer. I'm hoping Hasbro can provide a solution, be it an update or a new version. I appreciate any assistance in getting the game running smoothly again. Thank you, Shaun Crivello, 10/30/[redacted].

Which version of the Operation Game closely resembles the original one in terms of quality materials? I recently spotted one at Walmart priced at $10. I intend to purchase this as a gift, but there are numerous conflicting reviews regarding the games on the market currently. I recall having the original version as a child, and it was satisfactory. Some reviews suggest the newer versions have poorly made components that are difficult to extract using the tweezers. I would appreciate detailed guidance on this matter. Thank you.

In November [redacted], I bought a Joy For All Companion Cat for an elderly loved one for $[redacted] to combat the isolation caused by the Covid pandemic. The cat was a huge hit, bringing instant companionship and alleviating depression. However, after only four months, despite regular battery changes, it has stopped functioning. I am wondering if there is a way to repair these companion pets, as it would be disappointing to think that such a great invention is just a money-making scheme for Hasbro. Any guidance on repair options would be greatly appreciated, as my family cannot afford to purchase a new one every few months.

Hasbro's product Beyblade Burst Surge seems to be lacking in certain areas of production. Firstly, there is a concern about the absence of gimmicks in some of the Beyblades, with only a few exceptions like Curse Satomb, Brave Valtryek, Glide Roktavor, and Mirage Fafnir. Secondly, the quality of the slopes on the Beyblades is criticized for not making them sturdy enough. The slopes are crucial for strength, and if the Beyblade is weak, the slopes will be too. Lastly, the issue of the chassis not being included in some Beyblades is highlighted, as the chassis contributes to the Beyblade's strength and burst resistance. Suggestions for improvement include creating Pro Series versions with gimmicks, reinforcing the slopes, and ensuring that all Beyblades come with a chassis disk. It's suggested that making these enhancements would prevent a decline in Beyblade sales.

I initially sent this to the Hasbro Pulse team on August 6. I just received a response (over two weeks later) advising me to contact Hasbro Customer Service. I'm confused as to why it's so challenging to obtain a resolution for this. This process isn't very customer-friendly... Original message: Hello, I'd like to inform you that I recently returned from Target, where I purchased several Legends figures, including the Stealth Suite Iron Man. When I attempted to take him out of the packaging, a part of his leg/crotch joint just broke off. Many others on social media have reported experiencing the same issue. While I understand there may be quality control problems, with the price increase, I didn't anticipate a decrease in quality. Can I return this to you and receive a replacement? I prefer not to return it to the store because I am also collecting the Ursa Major BAF and don't want to risk finding this figure again. I have attached pictures of the damage for your reference. Thank you in advance.

I've noticed ongoing durability issues with my Beyblades, particularly within the Pro series due to the teeth problem, also impacting the Speedstorm Beyblades. As a dedicated Beyblade enthusiast, I continuously face disappointment when my purchases break within just a few months. It is crucial for the longevity of the products that the manufacturing problems, especially with the teeth, are promptly addressed by Hasbro to prevent future mishaps. I urge for immediate actions to be taken to rectify these concerns within a reasonable time frame to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. Videos on platforms like YouTube have highlighted these issues, supporting the urgency for improvements. Your attention and response to this matter are greatly appreciated for the betterment of the Beyblade community.
