On October 9th, [redacted], I noticed water was squirting/bubbling out of the back vents of my washer as it filled up. The washer, a RWT360BW Encore Super Capacity model, was bought new exactly four years ago on the same date. The serial number is CB0 M92E0 M00CXD 40Q426. It appears this issue has been ongoing as there are signs of repeated soaking on the baseboard and lower wall behind the washer. Although the water amount wasn't substantial, it dried up in about 8 hours. I'm wondering if Haier can repair this "new" machine for me, if there is any warranty left on it, if this is a common fix, and if there is a Haier specialist near Owensville, MO, zip code [redacted]. Thank you, Gary Joachims.

The fan in my refrigerator started making a grinding noise, and a service technician confirmed it was a common issue with this model. He replaced a part, but six months later, the same problem reoccurred, now outside the warranty period. I tried defrosting the unit by unplugging it, removing all items, and letting it sit, but the grinding noise persisted even upon restarting. After leaving it for hours and overnight, the compressor doesn't even turn on, rendering the refrigerator useless. The model in question is ha10tg21ss, with the serial number sias559395.

I have been satisfied with my purchase of one of your products for almost a year now. Unfortunately, my refrigerator's fan has started making a grinding noise, and after diagnosing the issue, it seems that a new fan is needed. Even though my one-year warranty expired in July [redacted], this problem has resurfaced in October [redacted], putting me in a difficult position. The cost of the replacement part at $[redacted], plus almost $[redacted] for labor, exceeds the $[redacted] I originally paid for the item. I am now contemplating whether to invest in repairing it once more or to cut my losses and purchase a new refrigerator from a different brand, not Haier this time. While I appreciated the product initially, I am disappointed that it has faced the same issue twice after the warranty expired. I had hoped for better support from Haier, but it seems that may not be the case. Just for reference, I bought the HA10TG21SS refrigerator with serial number SIAS559395 from Conns Appliances. - Randy P.

I am reaching out on behalf of a dog rescue organization in southeast Arizona. We are searching for a partner to provide air conditioning units to help keep our indoor kennels and storage facilities cool during the hot days and chilly nights in the desert. Home Depot, the mayor of Benson, Arizona Congressman Lupe Diaz, and other local builders are collaborating with us to address this crucial need in our community. We are planning a media day with coverage from local television and newspapers and would like each sponsor to send a representative to be recognized for their contributions. We are hoping to receive support to supply air conditioning units for our 5000sq ft facility. Your assistance in providing these cooling units would be greatly appreciated. If your company is willing to support us, please reach out to us at [redacted] and ask for Roy in HR or contact Vanessa Layne at [redacted].

I bought a GE washer in August [redacted] with a warranty expiring on August 16, [redacted]. In early July [redacted], the washer suddenly stopped functioning. Following notification to GE Repair, a service appointment was scheduled a week later. The technician identified a part needing replacement, which took an additional six days to arrive. Subsequently, it took two more weeks for another service visit where a different part was installed but didn't fix the issue. The technician, via text, mentioned a spider near the washer area in the basement, refusing to return until the spiders were eliminated. Despite efforts to clear spiders, GE Repair demands an exterminator receipt before sending another technician, which seems impractical given the location and season. It has been six weeks, and the washer remains unrepaired. Seeking help from Haier, the parent company of GE, to resolve the issue promptly would be greatly appreciated, as I have been struggling without a functional washer.
Contact me at [redacted] or email [redacted] Thank you.
