I haven't received any magazines since September [redacted]. I attempted to call customer service, but they required my account number, which I don't have due to never receiving a bill. In yesterday's transaction, my account was charged $39.97, for which I am requesting a refund. Without having received any magazines for over two months, I was surprised by this unexpected charge to my account without any prior notice. Thank you.
