I have two separate H&R Block accounts under the same name. One account was handled by Tax Pro A, while the other is with Tax Pro B. It's crucial to merge these accounts promptly as Tax Pro B lacks access to all documents and prior communications in the account serviced by Tax Pro A. The existence of two separate accounts is leading to delays and the potential for errors in submitting my amended tax return. I received an email about enrolling in the income tax course for the Accelerated Tax Associate position. The email instructed to use the code "WC7ANFQ" at checkout for the Instructor-led course. I reside in downtown San Francisco and cannot find any sessions for the income tax course near Postal Code [redacted] within a 25-mile radius. Do I need to enroll in the "California" "In-Person Classroom" option?

I am concerned about the unexpected $[redacted] charge from H&R Block. Despite being promised upfront pricing with no surprises, I was billed $[redacted] for my return that has not even been filed yet. I tried to review the return before filing because the tax professional seemed to be missing key details despite my repeated requests for clarification. Unfortunately, there was no communication from the tax pro to confirm updates or fixes. The status online did not progress beyond "currently working on it" even after several months. I sought help from another person, but we couldn't complete the signing process, leading me to reluctantly pay the unexpected charge to have it reviewed, only to find out the return was still being worked on. This entire ordeal has been ongoing for nearly 6 months, way past my intended filing date of April 16, [redacted]. As a loyal H&R Block customer since [redacted], this experience has been disheartening, especially considering the upfront pricing promise that was not honored.

I have been filing my taxes at H&R Block for over 10 years and have always received a loan. However, on November 2, [redacted], I did not receive one. Even though I recently got married and my name changed, my social security number remained the same. I am disappointed and confused about why I did not receive the loan this time. Regardless of the reasons I was given, I expected to receive it today as I have in the past. It seems like there are many clients at H&R Block, but I believe their loan process may deter people from returning in the future. Despite having the financial means to cover my expenses, I am dissatisfied with the service as we pay a significant amount for their assistance. As a result, I have decided not to return to H&R Block.

This is my first time using H&R Block to file my taxes. I have completed all the forms, and the website directed me to use the tax pro service. After submitting everything, the tax pro assigned to me, Stephen Hurt, emailed me yesterday to let me know he would work on my tax return and submit it today. I had already uploaded all the documents to the website the day before. Despite informing him that last night was the filing deadline, he mentioned he could still do e-filing today. However, he has now informed me that he cannot proceed and that I need to work with another tax pro. I am feeling very frustrated as I simply want to e-file my taxes quickly without any tax pro intervention. Kindly allow me to proceed with filing on my own.
