I am attempting to arrange for my brother to travel from Boise, Idaho to Tulsa, Oklahoma. His journey from Portland to Tulsa was halted in Boise, and due to ongoing delays, he remains stranded. Greyhound issued me a voucher when I canceled his original ticket, hoping to use it for a new ticket to Tulsa. Regrettably, the voucher's value falls short of the current ticket price. My brother, who has special needs, urgently needs to reach Tulsa, and his situation is worsened by his lack of a phone and social anxiety. He needs to travel promptly due to his medical condition and the challenges he faces without his medications. I kindly request Greyhound's assistance in providing a ticket or enabling me to use the voucher without additional fees, as the next available ticket from Boise costs more than the voucher amount. As a long-term customer, I find this situation highly distressing and would appreciate a resolution. Despite multiple attempts, contacting customer service has been unfruitful, and their lack of empathy and assistance exacerbates the issue.

I have had this ride rescheduled or delayed three times so far, and there is absolutely no assistance available. This situation is unacceptable. Despite there being two open seats on another bus, a passenger is being forced to wait almost 24 hours in a city with no support or communication. The lack of customer service is extremely frustrating. The ticket is under the name of C. M., for the journey from Tulsa to St. Louis, and from St. Louis to Chicago. The 11:30 am bus with 2 available seats won't depart until 12:30 am. This issue needs to be resolved promptly as it is the company's responsibility, but so far, no action has been taken to rectify the situation.

I had a frightening experience at a bus stop where individuals threatened me before I boarded the bus in Columbus, GA on July 20, [redacted]. Sadly, I was forced to disembark due to safety concerns. While waiting for the police to arrive, the bus departed with my belongings still inside. Despite contacting Greyhound multiple times, I haven't received any assistance. I am hoping for a resolution regarding the missing belongings and anticipate a refund. My name is Hector Osborne.

I purchased a ticket for Saturday, October 14th with a specific seat and paid for two extra bags. Upon arriving at the bus station, the seat was overbooked, causing complications. Despite paying $[redacted] for the ticket, I was informed there was no available seat for me. This situation has left me waiting in Miami, Florida with no resolution in sight. The bus station's treatment of the matter has been disappointing, as they have not provided another seat or any assistance. Despite making reservations and purchasing the ticket online, there have been serious issues with the seat availability. The bus station suggested coming back on Monday for a seat, but no seat was provided. The lack of communication from the bus station has been frustrating, and I am seeking a solution to this ongoing problem.

We purchased Greyhound tickets from Albany, NY to Norfolk, VA, with a layover in Washington, DC for a connecting FlixBus to Richmond. After a 2-hour wait, the FlixBus driver told us it was headed to Jersey, not Richmond as planned. Confusion ensued until the agent confirmed that was indeed our bus. Customer service attempted to assist, but the agent in the terminal changed our tickets, causing our return trip to be scheduled in 5 hours. With a funeral to attend, we spent $[redacted] on another bus, plus gas and an additional $[redacted] for a bus to return home, totaling over $[redacted]. Despite the mishap, Greyhound has not acknowledged their error. This stressful experience disrupted our plans, and we seek a resolution.

Hello, good morning. My name is Angelica Ulloa. I apologize for the incident on Sunday, the 7th. The Greyhound bus made a stop at a McDonald's, and the driver gave us all 10 minutes. I only took 6 minutes, but the bus left without me and four other people. They took our luggage and belongings. I tried to reach the Chicago stop where the bus would arrive, only to find my bags there but my wallet with my documents was missing. I left it on my seat. I request your assistance in recovering my wallet with my documents.
