My [redacted] Denali is generally very nice, but I have encountered some issues that are quite frustrating and, more importantly, pose safety concerns.
For starters, I find it annoying that I must buckle my seat belt to avoid listening to the constant seat belt reminder when hooking up a trailer at low speeds.
Furthermore, the message reminding me to keep my eyes on the road displays in a way that requires me to momentarily divert my attention away from driving tasks like changing the radio station, creating a longer distraction.
Additionally, receiving repeated pop-ups for offline maps while driving (never when stopped) is bothersome, especially when the prompt to address it suggests doing so when stationary, although the alert never triggers when I am not in motion.
These issues are not only irritating but also potentially dangerous, as they contribute to driver distraction and compromise safety on the road.

Hello, I'm Vlad. I recently visited Faulkner Cadillac in Trevose, located at [redacted] E. Street Rd, Trevose, PA [redacted], after seeing their promotional offer. They advertised that customers who test drive a vehicle would receive a $75 Amazon gift card. I had an appointment on October 30th at 11 am, where I test drove two cars and presented a printed coupon with my email to a sales representative at the dealership. They assured me they submitted it to GM, but I have yet to receive the gift card. I can be reached at [redacted] in case of any updates.

I have a [redacted] Volt that I have owned trouble-free since [redacted]. A couple of months ago, I received the SHVCS message. I checked the coolant reservoir, and it was at the recommended level. Thinking it might be a faulty sensor, a common issue with Gen 1 models, I replaced the sensor and cleared the code with my OBD2 reader. However, I later learned that this is a permanent code requiring dealer intervention to clear, at a cost of nearly [redacted] dollars. I'm wondering if replacing the sensor may eventually stop the SHVCS message from reappearing after the car goes through a certain number of cycles and determines there is no longer a fault in the system.
