I encountered a problem with my Vernee Mars Pro 4G Phablet where the aux cord and headphone feature were not working. I raised an RMA ticket seeking help, but their suggestion was something I had already attempted without success. After closing the ticket, I tried to open a new one to request a refund rather than an exchange, but the system kept indicating that I had already filed one. As per their policy, customers can open new tickets, but they are handled sequentially. My aim is to return the item, and I am unsure if I should send it to a different address or the one listed on the box for returns. I need to inform GearBest about the return to ensure I receive a refund.

I bought an Anet A8 desktop 3D printer from the UK website for 168EUR, only to find it listed for 129EUR on their EU site. I reached out right away to cancel my order and purchase it at the cheaper price. They replied the next day saying it had already shipped and couldn't be changed. Now, I am seeking a refund for the price difference between the two identical printers but at different prices.

Hello, I am reaching out concerning my defective device, model T801A. I have been trying to seek assistance for hours with little success. The repeated requests in every email asking me to explain the same issues are incredibly frustrating. Gearbest has failed to send a functional replacement for the $20 watch that I received. The current watch is severely flawed, as it loses 19 minutes per day even when properly wound, the crown is excessively difficult to pull out for time adjustments, and the back of the watch appears scratched like a rejected item. The customer service I have encountered has been disappointingly inadequate. I urge Gearbest to resolve this matter promptly by replacing this faulty product. Given the low cost of $20 for the watch, I believe it should be a straightforward solution. As a person with a disability, this purchase was a treat for me, and I now feel let down. I placed an order (#[redacted][redacted]) for a 44mm tempered glass screen protector, but received one for a 38mm watch face (item number E-p38-A03-[redacted]). Despite providing pictures and information to support, there has been no progress in resolving the issue. The support representative, Sunny, keeps requesting more pictures even though I have already provided numerous ones showing the item does not fit my watch. I have not received any helpful solutions, refunds, or exchanges. One response mentioned that they confirmed with the supplier that it was the correct item, which conflicts with the evidence in the pictures I shared.

Hello, my name is Justin, and I am 12 years old from NJ. My mother is assisting me with writing this message. I ordered a Creality CR10 3D printer at the end of November, and it arrived on Tuesday, December 12. I assembled it according to the instructions, but unfortunately, the printer is not functioning correctly. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the z-axis motor and z rod are defective. When the motor runs, the extruder doesn't move as it should. Even testing it with preset g-code didn't resolve the issue. Additionally, I noticed the extruder was skipping and shredding the filament. I have repackaged the printer and all its components in the original packaging. I am requesting a full refund credited back to my parents' credit card.

I made a purchase with this company, and they charged my account, claimed it was shipped and signed for, but it hasn't arrived at my home yet. Now they are asking for more money for delivery. I will contact my bank to report this as fraud by the company and request a refund immediately. I will not deal with any company that tries to deceive people. It's concerning that I can't speak to a live person. I demand my order to be cancelled, and the funds returned promptly. I will report this as fraud to the BBB.

I have encountered an issue during my discussions with support. I faced difficulty sending my latest response. I am frustrated since I precisely followed the instructions, beginning with applying 9-volt power before introducing any components. After powering on, the unit does not function. Support requested a video demonstrating the device, but I was unable to send it, even though it shows the device is not working. Furthermore, they advised me to switch on the power and adjust the volume, neither of which are features on my device. Additionally, they brought up phone software and virus concerns, inquiring about any potential damage like drops or water exposure, which is not relevant as it is a DSO [redacted] handheld oscilloscope, not a phone. This situation is highly aggravating for me.

I've been dealing with an ongoing problem with Gearbest. Their lack of a customer service phone line means the only option is an automated system which addresses only a few issues. I am in the process of looking into this company for the sake of the public. Requesting a team leader, supervisor, or manager seems to be futile since they are not available. The responses I have received so far are repetitive - apologies, requests to wait, acknowledgment of the issue, but no effective solutions. Despite their claims of high customer satisfaction, the reality appears to be quite different based on feedback and ratings.

Hello Gearbest Team, I'm writing to you regarding a recent purchase I made from your shop. I am currently in New Zealand and ordered the HUBSAN Zino drone for making videos. However, I have encountered several issues with the product. Initially, there was a delay in the delivery as the item was out of stock despite the website indicating it was available. Subsequently, when I tried to use the drone, it malfunctioned after only a few minutes while it was in the air. I have been in communication with your customer service for 17 days now, trying to resolve the issue. Despite their offer to refund me half the amount and allow me to return the drone to Hong Kong, I have faced difficulties in sending it back due to high postage fees and address inaccuracies. I have spent significant time and effort on trying to resolve this matter. I am disappointed with the product and the customer service experience so far. I recently made a significant purchase from this company. One item was supposed to ship within 24 hours and be delivered within 7 days. After receiving the initial order confirmation, they requested copies of my household bills and government ID to verify my identity. Despite this, I have not received any further communication from them. It has only been 4 days, but they have already taken my money without providing any shipment confirmations or invoices. According to a representative on Facebook Messenger, they claim to be out of stock on the $[redacted].00 item I bought, even though their website shows availability and delivery within 3-7 days. I am concerned after hearing about shipping scams and customers not receiving refunds for undelivered items. Furthermore, I am receiving excessive email advertisements from them.

My partner ordered a white foldable Samebike 20LVXD30 electric bike on 26/04/[redacted]. The bike arrived on 27/05/[redacted] with a significant delay. She only rode it for a short distance on 28th May when a noise started coming from the rear axle. We contacted the seller and sent a video of the issue. The seller thinks it's the brake disc causing the noise, but the brake disc is working fine. The noise seems to be from the rear axle or the motor. I tried to disassemble and reassemble the rear wheel correctly, but the noise persists, and now the motor doesn't work. My partner didn't buy a bike to ride only 26 km, and nobody in Belgium wants to repair a bike that cost over [redacted]€. We sent the video to the technical service, but we haven't received a response yet. I hope to get a positive reply from your company as you have a good reputation in Belgium. I recently received an email from Gearbest regarding an order, but when I checked the order list on Gearbest Support, the order number was not there. The email mentions that the order has been shipped for over 65 days. The products listed in the email are a Stainless Steel Thermos Intelligent Temperature Display Vacuum Thermos 500ml Portable Stainless Steel Hot Cold Coffee Mug Cup.
