On January 26th, [redacted], I tried to renew my Pro Membership online. The next day, my account showed 2 pending charges of $15.89 each. After contacting customer service on the 30th, a representative assured me that one payment would be refunded. Today, I noticed 4 pending charges of $15.89 instead of one. Currently on hold to speak with a live representative for assistance. Additionally, on February 1st, I purchased 5 Playstation gift cards. Out of the 3 separate transactions, I only received 2 download codes. Despite successful payment, I am missing one download code, totaling $50 spent with only $40 worth of codes received. I am requesting 3 of the $15.89 charges to be refunded to my checking account and one additional download code, please.

I attempted to buy Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition, Digital Download, on your site last night. I used Paypal but received an error message during payment processing. I tried again on another computer and browser, also resulting in an error. Despite this, I received 2 emails from Paypal confirming payment to Gamestop, even though the Gamestop site showed the transactions as errors. Checking my bank account, I found two pending payments of $29.99 each. Today, I successfully purchased the item. Therefore, I have been charged twice for the transactions that failed on your website. Please refund me these amounts. Thank you.

I placed an order on December 17th with Order# [redacted][redacted]. I was informed part of my order shipped on 12/18 with USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted]04. After tracking the shipment, it was revealed the items hadn't actually been shipped. Despite reaching out to customer service via email, I only received a generic response asking for 3-5 business days for an update, which never came. Subsequent emails and calls to 1-[redacted] were unproductive, with repeated attempts resulting in no response or resolution. It's frustrating that 54 days later on Feb 10th, I'm still without the items I paid for and haven't received any communication or refund.

To whom it may concern, I am Andrea from California. I recently bought a gift card from one of your Game Stop stores on February 6th. When trying to redeem it, I encountered an error message stating it couldn't be redeemed. Surprisingly, I was informed that it had been redeemed on February 8th, which seems odd as it couldn't be redeemed on the purchase day but two days later. I was advised to provide the card number, proof of purchase, date of purchase, and evidence of the redemption issue. I tried to buy a GameStop Pro Membership online. The transaction failed multiple times at checkout with an error message. I verified my card information, tried different browsers, but encountered the same issue. Later, I found five duplicate charges from GameStop on my online banking account, yet did not have the Pro Membership. Despite reaching out to GameStop via phone and email to resolve the duplicate charges and obtain my Pro Membership, I have not received any response.

I placed an order yesterday but haven't received any response yet. I need to cancel it since I required the items for today, but the purchase receipt stated they should have arrived yesterday. I am looking to get a refund to buy the needed items from a physical store. I have sent multiple emails, but haven't heard back, and the customer service phone line is unavailable. On February 22nd, I placed an order for an Xbox Series S on GameStop's website. The next day, February 23rd, I got an email informing me that my order was cancelled. After that, without any further communication, on February 28th, my card was charged again for the same item, causing my account to go into overdraft. Unaware of the overdraft, I attempted to deposit money into my account only for it to be applied towards the overdraft, resulting in an embarrassing situation at my local Walmart. Despite providing proof of my order through records and receipts, I have not received a refund for the cancelled item. Contacting GameStop has been impossible, adding to the frustration of this situation where they essentially took my money without delivering the product.

I've reached out to customer service multiple times without receiving any answers, the product I paid for, or any assistance. After being repeatedly hung up on, I was informed that my order is under investigation and won't be resolved until Uber Eats responds. Today (03/28/[redacted]), I requested the Uber Eats order number from Gamestop to contact them directly. I was told they have no information on the delivery person - no name, number, or order details. Despite my willingness to contact Uber Eats myself, Gamestop cannot provide me with the necessary information. It has been two weeks, and I'm no closer to receiving my items. I hope to resolve this soon so I can enjoy gaming with my kids.

I recently ordered an Xbox that GameStop canceled without explanation, charging my debit card twice and causing my account to go into overdraft. I have proof of the order and charges, but GameStop customer service couldn't locate any details regarding my order. My bank statements no longer show any information on the transaction. I possess emails confirming the order, cancellation, and bank screenshots of the charge. I used to trust GameStop, but this experience has left me questioning their practices. It's disappointing to find out they might not be as reputable as I believed. I'm considering legal action for the $[redacted] taken since they are a substantial company.

I pre-ordered Tears of the Kingdom on April 2nd with Order Number [redacted][redacted] for [redacted] I have been checking daily to ensure everything is on track. This morning, it seems like my order has disappeared from the records. I have been charged for it and now I am left without the product I paid for. I expect either to receive the product as intended or a refund for the money that has been taken without my consent.

I recently exchanged my old Oculus Quest 2 for a new one. One issue I encountered was that the SafeSearch and restricted mode for Google and YouTube were stuck on, even after trying various troubleshooting steps. Good morning. I am writing to inform you that on 23/07/[redacted], I purchased a PS5 and the game "Crash Team Rumble" at Gamestop in Benevento, located in the Buonvento shopping center. After installing the purchased PS5, I entered the game, but when I entered the 12-digit code requested, I received the message "This code has already been used." I contacted the Benevento store immediately to have it exchanged for an unused code game, but I was instructed to email customer service for authorization to proceed with the exchange. To the GameStop Team, I am a customer residing in Austria, and I recently discovered that GameStop has ceased operations in our region last month, unbeknownst to me until now. I am encountering an issue with a gift card I received as a Christmas present. Although it is over 30 months old, I believe it should still be valid. My attempts to contact the support team in Germany have been unsuccessful, as I have been unable to reach any staff members. I am wondering if there is a way for me to utilize the balance on the gift card at one of your stores, either in Germany or online, or if the funds are irretrievable. I received my bank statement showing a $60.02 charge from GameStop for a membership that I believe is over a year old. I would like a refund of this charge to be credited back to my debit card/bank account. The situation is causing unnecessary stress as my bank account balance has gone negative due to a charge that was unexpected. I did not authorize this transaction and do not wish to be charged $60 for a subscription I did not purchase. Just last month, I made a purchase at Best Buy, not GameStop.

Every time I try to make a purchase on the website or the app, there seems to be an issue with processing my order. I have double-checked all my information, but the problem persists. I am hesitant to buy anything from this online store until this recurring issue is resolved. Unfortunately, I had to resort to spending more money on the same game from a different gaming site because I couldn't complete my order due to continuous errors. Despite opting for free delivery, the problem persisted.
