I recently purchased a home containing Frigidaire appliances. The filter indicator prompted me to replace it, which I did. However, upon testing the filtered water against tap water, there was no difference. Having a free-standing filtration system, I typically avoid tap water. Even after running several gallons through the Frigidaire water dispenser, the water quality remains the same. As I live alone and only use ice, which hasn't improved in clarity, I suspect the filter might be defective.

Less than a month ago, I bought a double oven gas stove. However, they did not inform me that it only heats up to a maximum temperature of [redacted]°F and takes nearly 30 minutes to preheat. I am upset that not only did I discover this issue after the stove was in my kitchen, but I was not informed about it when I made the purchase. The stove costs $[redacted] plus financing charges, which seems excessive for its performance. I was supposedly given a warranty, and I have been struggling for three weeks at DIUNSA HONDURAS to have the stove exchanged, but they are unwilling to do so.
I need your assistance.

In April [redacted], an agency purchased a new refrigerator to replace an old one. Despite multiple attempts, they struggled for nearly a month to obtain information regarding the warranty. The gaskets on both refrigerator doors have since separated. After contacting the warranty department, they received unhelpful responses from various customer service representatives, even after elevating the issue. The refrigerator was delivered on April 9th. An appointment was scheduled with the sole service provider for the following day. However, the service provider, Mike's Appliance, was unable to book a service slot for two weeks. The user was promised a follow-up call within 72 hours by the Escalation department, which never occurred. A note was left indicating a visit from Jeff's Appliances on Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm, but the user discovered the company was closed. Additionally, a customer service representative ordered replacement gaskets to be sent for self-installation, which the user found unsatisfactory for a new appliance. Frustrated by the ordeal and the loss of food, the user is requesting a replacement refrigerator or compensation for lost food and time wasted due to the lack of transparency and unhelpful service.

I bought a wine cooler in September [redacted], and it stopped working in February [redacted]. After contacting Frigidaire, three different inspectors visited my home and agreed it needed to be replaced. Despite assurances of a replacement within 7 business days, I have been waiting since April with no delivery yet. I have made numerous calls but have received no updates or callbacks. I am eager to have the replacement delivered as soon as possible.

I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery side-by-side refrigerator in [redacted], and the lights on it are not working. I purchased a Frigidaire Top Freezer Refrigerator on 8/10/[redacted]. Ice crystals began to build up in the freezer within a couple of weeks. After contacting customer service, a technician came and said the refrigerator couldn't be repaired due to manufacturing damage and needs to be replaced. Another technician confirmed this and took pictures for their report. Despite calling Frigidaire every two to three days, my refrigerator has not been replaced, and I haven't received a return authorization letter. I am requesting that Frigidaire replace the refrigerator or provide a refund.

Does the Frigidaire Professional Series FPRU19F8WF, 33 Inch Refrigerator Column with 18.6 Cu. Ft., come with a reversible door option? I am interested in having the fridge door hinge on the left side with the handle on the right side for convenient access to my counter space. Additionally, is there an available yearly coverage plan?
