In November [redacted], I placed an order which arrived later than expected, prompting me to contact customer service. Upon realizing that the items did not fit, I returned all except for a cardigan and a tie. Since I couldn't exchange directly, I phoned to reorder and provided the tracking number from the return receipt as requested. Customer service confirmed the warehouse received the return, allowing me to proceed with the new order. Despite this, as of today, I have not received my $[redacted] refund. My interactions with customer service have been ongoing with no resolution, receiving only passive email responses. I no longer possess the return receipt as I believed it was unnecessary after confirmation of the return receipt at the warehouse.
