I encountered an issue when trying to submit a ticket because I am not a premium VIP user. I received an email offering me free VIP activation for the remainder of the cycle, but it actually charged me $2.82.
Today, I decided to upgrade my plan from basic to 2GB unlimited. The payment went through via PayPal without asking me to choose a payment method beforehand. Shortly after, I added credit card details to my account and would prefer the charges to be applied to that card instead of PayPal.
I initially believed I could cancel the charge by downgrading the plan, only to discover there is a $20 credit required for the downgrade. It seems like every action incurs a charge. My request is for all charges to be removed or refunded from my bank accounts: the $20 credit, $2.82 for VIP, and $11.75 on PayPal. I wish to reset everything back to its previous state before the upgrade as I have not utilized any services yet. Thank you.

I have a prepaid yearly plan with eight months of service remaining for phone number [redacted]. When I checked my account online, it shows that I have not used any data for this month, but a message claims that all the data has been used up. It displays zero usage for minutes, one message sent, and 0% data used out of 1.00 GB. I have not used any international minutes and have no rollover or bonus data. It's frustrating because I can't make calls without being asked for more money even though I have already paid for the service. I just want to access the service I've paid for.

I initially thought I would only receive the [redacted] MB free data, but later discovered I was charged $35.11 twice in the same billing cycle. As a result, my account was overdrawn by $70, incurring additional bank fees of $38 per transaction. Trying to stop the subscription on my FreedomPop account led to an extra $7 charge and a $20 downgrade fee. Along with more bank fees, this amounts to a total of $[redacted], which I cannot afford. I have been unable to figure out how to cancel my account and have not utilized any data this cycle. I am seeking a refund in the hopes that my bank will reimburse the remaining $[redacted]. I am willing to return the hotspots in good condition that I received. Please terminate my account and issue a refund as I was attempting to cancel all services but ended up being charged twice. I manage these phone services for financially struggling friends, and it is disappointing to see unexpected charges like the recent $1.88 addition. I'm having an issue with my FreedomPop SIM card where the phone number shows as "unknown" on all devices. When I try to use the messaging app, I receive an error locating my account and have to log in manually each time. I bought the SIM directly from FreedomPop; could it be a setup issue? I also can't access FreedomPop support since I'm stuck in a loop trying to log in. I can access my account but not support. I need help resolving these problems.

I signed up for FreedomPop and was told about a 30-day free trial. Three weeks later, with only one week left of my trial, I tried to cancel but was persuaded by a representative to stay. They assured me they would credit my account to avoid being charged the following month for a full 30-day trial. To my dismay, I woke up this morning to find a charge on my account. I lost my job last week and cannot afford this unexpected fee. I will contact my bank to dispute the charge and prevent any further charges until I can speak to a representative.

I recently dealt with a billing issue from FreedomPop. They charged me $35.97 and $37.97, repeating a mistake made back in October [redacted]. Looking for alternatives, I entered my MEID at Ting, only to discover that my iPhone 7s was flagged as lost or stolen. I've used the same phone for 3 years, even had an account with Ting 2 years ago using the same MEID. Reluctantly, I canceled due to poor reception, but now want to return as their coverage has improved. Returning to them, I was shocked to learn my phone had been flagged. This was never indicated when I searched for other carriers in October [redacted]. I can't help but feel FreedomPop is connected to this issue.

I was browsing the FreedomPop website, considering a mobile hotspot. I didn't proceed with the order but unexpectedly received the device later. When my friend used my credit card for their FreedomPop payment, their phone got linked to my account, giving me two unwanted lines. Despite being charged, I didn't use the services. After calling to explain the situation, the accounts were downgraded and canceled, but I was still billed again. I want to cancel these accounts and get a refund for the recent charges.
