FourSquare Customer Service Issues

I am struggling to receive assistance with my issue. I seem to have a Foursquare account with my picture on it that I did not create and I wish to have it removed. My business, Happy Paws Dog Training LA, is not listed on Foursquare, even though I am the owner. I have tried using my three email addresses and phone number to log in without success. I reached out to Cindy at the help desk, but she was unable to assist me because my contact information was not recognized. I can verify that I am Raquel Maartel, the rightful owner of Happy Paws Dog Training LA, but I need your help to resolve this matter. I am feeling extremely frustrated by this situation.

I am working for an agency and have a client whose Foursquare listing I tried to claim by entering credit card details for the $20 fee. Following the claim submission, I received a message confirming a manual review and notification that the card would not be charged until the review was completed. Hi, I used to have a business listed on Four Square: /user/[redacted]23. I am no longer associated with that business. When I tried to add our new business (Find More Local Customers Agency), it shows up but I am unable to verify/claim/edit/update it. An "ERROR" message keeps popping up. I recently found Houston Metro Bus Services listed on Loopnet's website as the bus transportation service for properties in Texas City, TX. Gulf Coast Transit District offers fixed and paratransit bus services throughout Galveston County, including park and ride services to League City, TX, and Webster, TX.
