I received a notification that one of my items was discontinued, but I was not informed which item it was. When I attempted to track my package using the provided number, I was informed that the number was invalid. I then tried to engage in a chat conversation three times, but I was unable to make progress as the conversation kept disconnecting. All I am seeking is information on the arrival status of my package, or confirmation if it will arrive. I became frustrated because I received enticing offers to purchase more items, but I am hesitant to place another order until I receive the products I originally purchased and confirm their quality. I am patiently waiting for an update on my order.
