I received a final order from the judge to adjust my child support payments after losing one of my children. Despite this, I am still getting deductions for two children instead of one. The order was signed on August 2nd, [redacted]. The judge noted an overpayment and credited my account since my daughter passed away last October. I am in Broward County, FL, and am waiting for this order to take effect.

My ex has only made his third child support payment after wages were being garnished. Recently, he claimed he had to pay online himself because he left his jobs, a move his friend confirmed. Now, he's planning to leave the state to work off the books. This situation is leading to me taking my son out of school again. I am concerned about his avoidance of child support responsibilities and his threats to abandon our son over financial matters. The current support amount does not cover full daycare costs, considering he earns around $[redacted] per month, which should make child support payments manageable.

I have a court order specifying when and how much child support to pay starting a few months ago until the next court order on October 16, [redacted]. Despite paying online as instructed, my account was frozen and drained of funds. It took over three weeks for the levy to be lifted, only to have a portion of the money returned. Unexpectedly, last night at 1am, the Department of Revenue withdrew the same funds again, causing significant financial strain. My lawyer is involved, trying to understand the repeated withdrawals despite the existing court order. Seeking assistance in person has been unfruitful, leaving me in a precarious financial situation where even basic needs like food are a challenge due to the actions of the Department of Revenue.

I have been ordered to pay child support for a while. Initially, when I was ordered, I was unemployed, and they asked me to pay an amount that I have never been able to afford. Now, a couple of years later, and thousands behind, my driver's license has two pending suspension orders and a recent warrant added. I feel like I am in a bottomless pit with no idea where to start to recover from this. I would like to know how to go about reducing my ordered costs and setting up a payment plan to clear the $1,[redacted] purge that caused the warrant. Also, is there a program to help me regain my driver's license so I can improve my job prospects?

I am Jennifer Ramos seeking advice on terminating my portion of the child support order. I gained full custody of my son in June and live with my mother who has been receiving the support. I need assistance as my ex should be solely responsible for the payments. Despite being informed the case was dropped, it still shows active against me. The case number is [redacted], involving myself, Jennifer L Ramos, my mother Dorothy Anderson, my son John Jacob Ramos Delong, and his father John Brandon Delong. I have the final order indicating that Brandon and I share custody, with me having primary custody. I appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you. - Jennifer Ramos

I called on Thursday to inquire about my court date in Osceola County on April 17. Unfortunately, due to my mother's recent brain aneurysm and being out of state, I cannot attend. The gentleman on the phone advised me to send a MoneyGram of $[redacted] to the State of Florida Disbursements Unit with specific details. I have followed the instructions and sent the money, faxed the receipt, and now I'm awaiting confirmation that my driver's license will be cleared, and I won't have a warrant for my arrest. I made the payment of $[redacted] on Friday before noon. I hope to receive confirmation soon that everything has been successfully processed.

I am one of the beneficiaries of the Estate of Mollie Hoffman with case number PR-C-09-[redacted]. I represented myself Pro Se, while Bruce Iden represented my brothers Howard and Warren Hoffman. On February 29th, [redacted], Judge Charles Green authorized the distribution of the estate. However, there seems to be discrepancies in the distribution of funds as my brothers only received half of the remaining money instead of the one-third as per the Trust provisions. Additionally, Bruce Iden submitted misleading information to the court by stating there were no trusts or wills, which is inaccurate. Furthermore, there has been no clear information provided regarding the specific amounts Howard and Warren received. If anyone has information on the numerical payouts to Howard and Warren Hoffman, please share.

I have been using e-services to manage my alimony and child support payments, where funds are deducted from my bank account as mandated. Recently, I received a letter from DFAS (Defense Department Finance) regarding a garnishment of my military pension starting on July 31st. This action is said to be requested by the state of Florida, Manatee County, and an individual named Sharon Keri from Tallahassee Child Support. Despite Manatee Child Support's assurance that they sent a letter to DFAS on June 26th to stop the garnishment, DFAS claims they haven't received it and will proceed with garnishing my pension. This situation is concerning as I am already making payments through e-service, and now facing this additional garnishment. I urgently require assistance with this matter, as I find it unacceptable to blame computers for possible human errors. My case number is [redacted]7 DR.

Concerns about child support fraud. I'm reaching out about a situation involving Dallas H Reaves and Cindy Lynn Reaves, with case number [redacted]. Mr. Reaves is seeking child support from Mrs. Reaves, who has had no contact with the child since around December [redacted]. The child was actually removed from Mr. Reaves' care by OK social services on July 30, [redacted], and placed in a shelter in Tulsa, OK on August 14, [redacted]. Austin J. Reaves came into our custody and was brought to NC on October 12, [redacted]. Subsequently, on February 1, [redacted], Judge Terry Bitting granted guardianship to us, the paternal grandparents, Michael and Regina Reaves. Finally, on October 28, [redacted], we officially adopted Austin J. Reaves, and he remains with us. Both Mr. and Mrs. Reaves have no legal authority over Austin J. Reaves.

I previously received payments through Epicard. However, after it expired, I did not receive a new card for over 2 years. Today, when I contacted disbursement services, I was informed that although I am in the system, my date of birth and social security number are missing. This is preventing them from issuing me a new card. These details apparently went missing when my last name was corrected a few years ago. I was given a phone number for the FL Department of Revenue - [redacted], but they were unable to assist me before disconnecting the call. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
