I was in a rush to purchase Spider-Man tickets and entered my card details multiple times due to the site not loading properly. Even though I didn't receive a confirmation email and the transaction failed on the website, my card and PayPal were still charged. I bought 5 tickets for the "Christmas with the Chosen" event on Nov 29, [redacted], for the show on Dec 8, [redacted], at Malco Theater in Winchester, KY. My bank statement shows the charge of $80.50 for the tickets, but I never received a confirmation email. I've checked my email and spam folders without finding it. I bought two tickets for The Chosen Messengers Christmas movie on December 13. I thought it was in San Jose but got a confirmation that it's in San Bruno. Since I live in Santa Cruz, San Bruno is too far for me. I want to exchange the two tickets for one ticket to the 1 PM showing in San Jose Oak Ridge 20 on Blossom Hill Road at 12:30 PM. My friends bought the tickets for us using their gift card and our debit card. The total was over $50, with us paying $30 in cash. I'd like a refund for the cash portion. I understand the gift card refund will be in the form of a gift card, but I'm mainly concerned about the $30. We are regular Fandango users and I hope this issue can be resolved without any problems. I used my Fandango credit to purchase tickets, and after requesting a refund due to my son being unwell, I was redirected and the refund was confirmed. On February 18th, my husband and I intended to buy tickets to watch "Dog" with our grandchildren for Saturday, February 19th. However, we mistakenly purchased tickets for the 3:30 show at Plymouth 10 theater for the wrong date. We realized this on Saturday morning and unsuccessfully tried to reach the theater. So, we bought extra tickets for the correct day spending an additional $48.56. Following the movie, we spoke to Manager Joe Oehlert about our situation, and he kindly refunded us the extra money. I want to express my gratitude towards Joe Oehlert for his efficiency and understanding in handling our issue. He provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. I bought tickets for Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness for 8 people - my friends, some parents, and myself. Due to an error, I unintentionally selected Thursday at 8:30 instead of Friday. I was working when the mistake was noticed at 8:24. I recalled hearing tickets are exchangeable or refundable before the movie starts. I believe I may have had an account as I discovered an email of me purchasing tickets on Aug 28, [redacted]. The email address I have on file is [redacted] However, when I attempt to access it, I am prompted to reset my password via email, which I am not receiving. I am uncertain of my account's username. Why am I not receiving the email to reset my password and how can I retrieve my username?
In an effort to access my account, I tried to create a new one, but I did not see where to set a username during the sign-up process. I originally used my Gmail account ([redacted]) for this. Despite creating a new account, I am informed that there is an existing account and am prompted for a username, not allowing me to proceed. I am stuck as there is no option provided if you forgot your username, only for the password. How can I resolve this issue?

After researching movies in Sonoma County, my family and I opted to watch the Jurassic Park movie. While trying to buy tickets online for Airport Cinema, I noticed it redirected me to Modesto instead. Even though I didn't complete the purchase by pressing the "done" button, I later found out I was charged. The movie time was also incorrect, starting at 2:20 instead of 1:10 as advertised. Confused and frustrated, I attempted to contact customer service to no avail. I am now planning to dispute the unauthorized charge with my credit card company. I have attempted to request an exchange for my Fandango CR ticket online three times in the past few weeks. However, each time I tried, I was directed to contact someone instead of being able to complete it online. Despite my multiple efforts, I have not received any response to my calls or emails. I am currently seeking an exchange credit for two Minion movie tickets for tomorrow and an additional Fandango card. Due to my husband's pancreatic cancer, we couldn't make it to the movie I bought tickets for on Tuesday, the 31st. The film, "Megan," was scheduled for 4:35 at Tanforan Mall. The company is refusing a refund with excuses since it's after the showtime, but I believe it's unjust not to offer a refund in this circumstance. Not providing a refund for a missed movie is unacceptable, especially given the situation. I urge the company to consider the compassionate and logical choice of issuing a refund. It may only be $18.75, but it is still my money, and withholding it is not ethical. A company that treats customers this way shouldn't be able to thrive, so I expect a resolution promptly.

On March 31, [redacted], I purchased 1 Senior and 1 Adult ticket with Confirmation WMWC2LJ. Due to a colleague's unavailability, I exchanged the tickets for the next day with Confirmation EXH-WMWC2LJ. The process was surprisingly smooth, and I was informed that I would receive an email confirmation. I received an email with Exchange Confirmation WMWC2LJ. When I presented this at the theater, using number WMWC2LJ, they were unable to locate the tickets, leading me to repurchase them. The theater advised seeking a refund from Fandango. It seems GTC and Fandango are not linked. In my online account, the exchange confirmation is WKTWZCK (the third number provided), while the confirmation email displayed at the theater was WMWC2LJ. I am requesting a refund or credit on my Fandango account for $26.78. Despite acknowledging the error, Fandango has declined to refund or credit me, citing an inability to make exceptions.

On Thursday, May 4, I attempted to buy two senior tickets for "Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3" at AMC Sunset 24 theaters in Miami, FL using my phone. Instead of providing tickets for AMC Sunset 24, Fandango directed me to Silverspot Cinemas. Unfortunately, we realized this upon arriving at the theater, missing the beginning of the movie.
