I bought 2 movie tickets as a guest but didn't receive a confirmation despite being charged. I then registered with Fandango, purchased 2 more tickets, and got a confirmation. I want to cancel the first transaction. It seems I used the incorrect email [redacted] Update: Still need help cancelling the guest transaction and refunding the $19.24 to my card. The correct guest email is [redacted] The initial purchase was made at around 6:52 pm for seats B 7,8 on 5/21/18. I will contact my credit company to dispute the charges if the issue is not resolved.

I purchased five products including Vlasic relish and Thousand Island ranch dressing. After uploading my receipts to Fandango Rewards, I noticed discrepancies in the number of items credited. I only received credit for one pickle, one Thousand Island ranch dressing, and all five Vlasic relish items. This only accounts for seven items, but it should have been 15 items in total. Despite multiple emails sent since May 24th, I have not received a response apart from being told to wait 2 to 5 days. I managed to redeem one $5 Visa gift card using five of the seven credited items, leaving me with 10 items unaccounted for, which should be enough for two more $5 Visa cards.

I had a frustrating experience with a male phone operator named Maurice when I called about a Fandangonow issue. I mistakenly dialed a number for fandango.com instead. Despite waiting for 25 minutes, Maurice did not transfer me to the correct department as promised, wasting almost 2 hours of my day. I was upset to find out that my 21 movies had disappeared after a long night at work. I am a loyal customer who frequently purchases and rents movies through Fandangonow and visits Fandango theaters. The lack of assistance and guidance from Maurice left me disappointed, considering I value the service your company provides. I hope this issue can be resolved, but for now, my business is on hold. It's unfortunate, as I had plans to take my niece and nephew to see Incredibles 2 and Jurassic World for our monthly movie outing. If situations like this continue, I may have to explore other movie-going options.

I recently bought 4 tickets for a 3:30 show using my kids at around 2:50pm. I had a $12.00 credit in my account which mistakenly applied to the FandangoNOW system instead of my current purchase. Despite paying a $6.00 convenience fee, the rewards weren't utilized. I tried contacting customer service immediately but waited for an hour without any help. Unfortunately, by then, I had missed the showtime. After more wait times and speaking with a representative named Fredrick, I only received [redacted] points credited back instead of the [redacted] points I was owed. The fluctuating wait times on the phone and online system were frustrating and inconsistent, leading to disconnections. I just want my [redacted] points returned to my account. I hope for a resolution to this customer service inconvenience and would appreciate a positive experience to change the bad reviews I have come across. It's disheartening to lose money due to such errors, and I hope to receive a satisfactory solution.

Yesterday, I booked my movie tickets for today's show at 2:00 pm through the mobile app. I specifically chose seats J10 and J9 and successfully made the payment. However, the confirmation email I received this morning (Oct 28) shows that the tickets were purchased for a show that occurred last night at 8:30 pm (Oct 27). My girlfriend and I are certain we selected the 2:00 pm showtime during the booking process. Since the showtime has passed for the tickets indicated in the email, I couldn't initiate the regular refund procedure. Consequently, I had to purchase new tickets for the 2:00 pm show today at an extra cost of $38 for seats J9 and J10. I spoke with customer service on the phone, who acknowledged it was a system error and advised me to seek a refund through the live chat service.

I had two passes for "A Star is Born" for Saturday, November 10th. I tried to have the seats held on November 9, but the Manager refused. I was only refunded for the tickets and not the $3.40 convenience fee. The HR Manager at the theater was rude in handling this issue and directed me incorrectly to AMC for a refund. After contacting AMC online, they told me to call Fandango. Can this be resolved? Thank you.

I encountered an issue trying to buy tickets via the app. Despite purchasing tickets at the theater, I was still charged through Fandango. The customer service representative advised me to respond to an email but I received an error message. I refuse to pay twice for the same tickets due to the app malfunctioning on my Android device. I have a picture of the tickets I bought at the box office, which are for the same theater and day. This documentation was all I was told is required for a refund.

We purchased tickets online and paid through PayPal. We received the PayPal receipt via email, but no confirmation email from Fandango. The theatre representative couldn't find our order as our PayPal is linked to a bank account, not a credit card. He tried using our last name and phone number but couldn't locate it. Since we had already driven 40 miles to the theatre for "FANTASTIC BEASTS; THE CRIMES OF GRIMDELWALD" on 11/19/18 at 7:00 pm in Farmington, MO, we repurchased tickets at the theatre and plan to request a refund.

I bought four boxes of Nutcracker Ziploc bags on two separate receipts and sent them to Rebeckah Earl as a gift. I then mailed her the original receipts. These receipts were not used for any other purpose or in a malicious manner. I did this for a total of five people who haven't been able to afford to see a movie in years. Rebeckah tried to redeem the tickets, but the response indicated that her receipts were FLAGGED without further explanation. The reference numbers are ON6VEYOD01 and 748ZE9GW8K. Rebeckah planned to take her Mother to the movie on Friday, December 7, [redacted], but now it seems she might not be able to. Please ensure that Rebeckah receives her tickets promptly. On December 12, [redacted], I attempted to purchase 2 Luxe seats for HD Opera (Traviata) at Showcase Cinema in Legacy Place, Dedham, MA. After encountering website issues while entering my credit card details, I had to refresh the page. When trying again, I successfully bought 2 tickets, totaling $78.40. Reviewing my credit card statement today, I noticed I was also billed $56.40 for the initial unsuccessful transaction. I didn't intend to buy general admission seats, but couldn't cancel it online and didn't print a GA ticket. I prefer to be contacted via email as I cannot wait for a phone call. I purchased a ticket on December 24th but could not attend the show. I cancelled the ticket and selected a credit on Fandango for the refund. When I tried to use the credit for another movie, the code did not work, and I ended up paying again instead of using my credit. I am frustrated and seeking a refund. While at the movie theatre, we encountered a disruptive customer. Despite the manager already scanning our tickets, we chose to leave due to the disturbance caused. Unfortunately, the manager at the theatre did not refund our ticket money since we purchased them through Fandango. She only refunded our food purchase made at 7:47 PM. Subsequently, we left for another location in Newark to watch the film. My attempts to contact Fandango before the movie were fruitless. I spent two hours waiting on live chat yesterday and an additional two hours today only to be disconnected when it was our turn. As a military family, the poor customer service experience makes me hesitant to buy tickets from or endorse Fandango in the future. I have been on hold for over thirty minutes trying to get a response via phone. If I don't hear back soon, I will have to contact the bank to reverse the transaction.

I created a Fandango VIP account and used my credit card to buy tickets for Avengers Endgame. The credit card transaction is pending, but I encountered an error message online stating, "Problem with your order. Sorry, your order didn't go through. Please review the address information being entered and try your order again." When trying to log back into my VIP account, it couldn't be found, even though the purchase was made with that account. My credit card information is correct. I am seeking a refund to purchase the tickets using a different card. After waiting on hold for an hour and being disconnected, I called again and requested a call back. I provided my sign-up email for contact.

I have been on hold for over an hour. I also tried to use the live chat on the computer, but after waiting for 59 minutes, it disconnected when it was finally my turn. I waited an additional 45-50 minutes and the same thing happened. I am attempting to get a refund for two tickets due to a family emergency. The confirmation number for the tickets is [redacted]. The show was on Saturday at 10:55 pm at Cinemark IMX in Rochester, New York. I have been trying to contact you since 7 pm. The tickets were emailed to my daughter.

I have a $5 rewards credit that expires on May 18th, [redacted]. I attempted to use it on my recent purchase of Avengers: Endgame on May 4th, [redacted], at 2:40 PM, but the promotion code (LYLB93YGMTVYP) was deemed expired by the system. Following instructions in the Fandango email, I tried redeeming the reward on FandangoNow using my Fandango account details. However, the system couldn't verify my account due to incorrect email or password, even though I verified my input. I am frustrated with Fandango's reward system and desire to claim the $5 reward promptly. I suggest improving accessibility for customers to redeem rewards efficiently in the future.

I bought 6 tickets through Fandango on May 2 for the 11:30 showing of "Endgame" at Icon Movie Theatre in St. Louis Park, MN. The tickets are for Theatre #8, seats G1-G6. I attempted to get a refund online last night, but the system couldn't find my email address or recognize the last four digits of my credit card. I tried calling customer service last night and this morning, but after waiting for a long time with no answer, I pressed for a call back but haven't heard back yet. I spoke with Reed at the movie theater, who suggested it might be an email issue. I have the black and white scanner on the tickets as proof of purchase. Please contact me promptly. Thank you.

I have a question about Fandango gift cards and service charges. When I bought 2 senior tickets twice with my gift cards, there was a $3.40 service charge each time. If I use a gift card again to buy just 1 senior ticket, will the service charge still be $3.40? I have a VIP account.

I encountered difficulties while attempting to receive a refund for my two movie tickets yesterday. I spent over two hours trying to reach customer support with no success. I was left on hold for more than an hour without receiving a call back. Despite trying a live chat, I was unable to connect. Additionally, my efforts to log into my VIP account and reset my password were unsuccessful as the page kept showing as "not available."
