Hello, I recently got hired by Fancy Hands and am currently completing my onboarding process. I finished the tutorial but am having trouble redoing the task as requested. The system won't allow me to enter any information for the task. I reached out with two tickets (Ticket #[redacted] and #[redacted]) but haven't received a response yet. I am having trouble finishing the sign-up process. I filled out my demographic information and answered quiz questions on the first screen. However, on the next screen, it's asking me to verify my microphone, but the red button cannot be activated, and it reads "offline." I attempted this on both an iPad and iPhone, with and without headphones connected. I am unsure why it is not working. I will attempt to try on a Mac laptop next. If that does not solve the issue, I am at a standstill. I have been unsuccessful in locating their contact information.
