Subject: Expense Management Criteria Hello, I hope you are well. I am inquiring about certain requirements concerning expense approvals within our organization. Scenario 1: We are looking to allow for parallel expense approvals without a specific order required. We aim to send expense reports to all Admins/Approvers simultaneously without following a set order. Out of 4 or 5 approval requests, 2 to 4 approvals are sufficient for reimbursement, with any of the Admins having the authority. How can we establish this workflow organization-wide for expenses less than or greater than $[redacted], including various departments? Additionally, is it feasible to transfer these settings to another production setup, and can expenses be deleted from the current system? Lastly, is it possible for at least one or two Admins to oversee all expense requests and approvals? Scenario 2: For the same department, we require 5 approvals and a customized approval workflow. Depending on the amount submitted, either 2 or 1 approval is needed for sums up to $[redacted], and 3 or 4 approvals (reducing if Stage 1 approvals are included) for amounts over $[redacted]. Could you please suggest a logic for this scenario? Furthermore, I am interested in the direct integration of Quickbooks with AutoEntry. I have also attached some documents for your reference. My name is William Erwin. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] I am seeking immediate contact via email or phone. When I joined Precisionhawk in May, I was provided access to the expensify service for managing travel expenses. Unfortunately, a personal account in my name was mistakenly created, causing charges to be directed to me instead of the company. This issue persisted until my departure in June, despite repeated attempts to correct it. I am once again being billed for a service I did not authorize. I expect a full reimbursement of all charges before the 15th of this month to avoid future fees. The lack of proper service initiation by your company, coupled with poor customer service, has led to significant inconvenience for me. I am sharing this email widely to highlight my unsatisfactory experience, but will refrain from further complaints if the matter is promptly resolved. Bill.

I downloaded the app thinking it was free, but later discovered there's a monthly fee, so I uninstalled it. However, I noticed a $7+ charge on my bank statement, and when I called the provided number, it was automated. In the phone menu, it mentioned they couldn't close accounts over the phone. Can anyone explain how to cancel this recurring charge before they deduct from my account again?

Expenses from previous periods that were not previously synced are currently being synced into our Netsuite system. Unfortunately, adjustments had already been made to rectify the situation, leading to double counting of expenses in our records. Adding to the complexity, the activity is being synced partially and not fully completed. The timeline for the full sync is uncertain. We are seeking clarification on why this is happening now and whether there is a way to reverse the current activity.

I am the bookkeeper at Pearl of the Sea Retreat in St. Augustine, FL. On 11/29/[redacted], there was an $18.00 charge on the company's credit card. I require a receipt for this charge and for any upcoming charges as well. Could you please confirm if this is a monthly service fee? I require help setting up my Expensify account with the correct email address. Initially, I mistakenly linked my account to my personal email instead of using the company-provided link tied to my work email, [redacted] Subsequently, I attempted to create a new account with the correct link but encountered issues entering my email address. Despite several attempts to unlink and retry, I consistently receive an error message when trying to validate my email. The system prompts me to resend a validation code from a cell phone number I used in the initial incorrect account setup. I need guidance on successfully setting up the Expensify account with the link provided by my company representative and associated with my work email. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Our email provider has temporarily suspended emails to [redacted] due to delivery issues. To unblock your email, please follow these steps: 1. Confirm that [redacted] is spelled correctly and is a real, deliverable email address. Email aliases, such as "[redacted]," must have access to their own email inbox for it to be a valid Expensify login. 2. Whitelist expensify.com from your email client. You can find directions on how to complete this step here, but you may need your IT department to help configure your email settings. 3. Once the above steps are completed, please reach out to [redacted] to unblock your email.
