To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Glenn Collins. I worked in Kuwait from August [redacted] to April [redacted] at APS-5 Kuwait, Arifjan under the GMASS/EXELIS Contract with clock number [redacted]. Unfortunately, I fell ill and had to depart from the contract. Today, I spoke with Sandy Rasnake regarding my Sick Pay, Termination Entitlement, and Final Pay.
Miss Rasnake advised me to reach out to you. Upon leaving Kuwait, I did not receive several entitlements such as Airfare, Completion Bonus, HHGs Shipment, and Accrued Vacation. I personally covered the expenses for my airfare and shipment. Additionally, I have outstanding Sick Pay that I was unable to access due to being locked out of the system. Miss Rasnake mentioned that you could assist in researching my Sick Pay.
I appreciate your time and understanding as I hope to receive the aforementioned payments soon. Please ensure payment for all unused accrued vacation hours, Service Terminal Indemnity, Completion Bonus, HHGs shipment, and Demobilization Airfare.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to address concerns regarding my employment at APS-5 Kuwait, Arifjan under the GMASS/EXELIS Contract from August [redacted] to April [redacted]. My clock number during this period was [redacted]. Unfortunately, I fell ill and had to prematurely end my contract. Today, I had a discussion with Sandy Rasnake who advised me to reach out to you about outstanding matters regarding my Sick Pay, Termination Entitlement, and Final Pay.
I left Kuwait without receiving several entitled benefits such as Airfare reimbursement, Completion Bonus, HHGs Shipment, and accrued Vacation pay. Miss Rasnake informed me that you could assist in investigating my sick pay, and I kindly ask for your attention to this matter.
I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving these issues, including payment for unused accrued vacation hours, Service Terminal Indemnity, Completion Bonus, HHGs Shipment reimbursement, and Demobilization Airfare.
