I have a hill in front of my home that Eversource cleared several years ago, but the trees and bushes have now grown back and are almost as tall as the power lines. As I'm getting older, I'm finding it difficult to maintain the overgrowth. Can Eversource preemptively clear the area before it affects the power lines? URGENT: I received a shut-off notice on June 3rd for tomorrow, June 4th. As a single father who faced challenges, including losing my small business due to the pandemic, I was waiting for energy assistance from Community Action. Unfortunately, there was no action on my application completed in winter [redacted]. I've been trying to reactivate it but received no response. I plan to meet with the Director on Monday. On June 12th, I reported a safety issue regarding a cracked round disc in my front side yard that poses a hazard, especially for my grandchildren. Despite a work order being entered into your system and being told someone would come the same day, nobody showed up. Upon calling back, I was informed the order is in the system with no timeline for resolution. I am requesting the disc replacement and would appreciate an update on when this can be addressed. I believe I received a shut-off notice today. I am currently very ill with COVID-19, and it's crucial for me to keep my lights on as I receive daily breathing treatments at home from a nurse. I just discovered the shut-off bill yesterday, and I won't see my doctor for another 2 weeks to obtain the required paperwork. I urgently need assistance as I rely on a fan at night to help me breathe due to bad coughing fits from COPD and asthma. I also have pets at home. I depend on my phone for medical reasons, especially for communication during breathing treatments. I'm alone in a rural area and urgently need help to prevent the shutoff as it is critical for my health and safety. Thank you.

I've been receiving multiple emails from Eversource requesting a password change due to failed login attempts, even though I haven't tried to access my account recently. Despite clicking the insecure link in the email to reset my password, there is no option to change my username. When contacting Eversource, they insist that the issue is on my end because of repeated login attempts. I suspect Eversource's unsecured links may have caused my computer crash last week, as it's the only problem I've encountered. Their customer service over the phone has not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After relocating and updating my Eversource account, I noticed a $52 credit on my previous account that remains unapplied. Despite being assured this credit would automatically transfer to my new account, it has not reflected in my billing. Frustrated by the lack of clarity, I am seeking either a refund by check or a confirmation that the credit will be deducted from my upcoming bill. I have concerns about Eversource unnecessarily holding onto my funds, and I expect transparency and swift resolution regarding this matter.
