I am Robin Beck, and I had a flight booked for 6 people that got cancelled. I prefer direct flights due to health reasons and work commitments. My original flight was from Hamburg direct to ARN Stockholm with reservation code PZTRCM and airline reservation code JHBFHA (EW). I am aware there is a direct flight from Hamburg on Aug 2nd departing around 5pm and arriving in ARN around 7:30. I request to be transferred to this flight with my group instead of having a 2-hour layover. It is important to me as I had made this booking well in advance and did not cause the cancellation. I hope to be accommodated on the direct flight on the same day.

I encountered my first issue with Eurowings back in April when my flight was unexpectedly delayed by 3-4 hours with no prior notice. The second incident occurred in June when my flight from Hannover to London was postponed for 2 days, and I was informed only 2 hours before departure.
Recently, on 8 August, I made a reservation for a flight from London to Hannover with flight number EW3371. Sadly, I discovered the flight had been cancelled only upon reaching the airport. No notifications were sent to me, causing me to incur expenses on cabs for a futile trip. I had important plans in Hannover for the following day, 9 August, and despite my efforts to contact Eurowings via phone, I have had no success. If I do not receive a response promptly, I will have no choice but to seek legal assistance. This correspondence represents my final attempt to communicate with the airline. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Dear Sir,
I made a reservation with your company on October 26, [redacted], and recently received an email from Eurowings concerning a payment issue related to my booking. According to the email, a payment of Euro 96.97 was charged back by my bank, resulting in an additional charge of Euro 7.65. The email provides details for me to transfer the total amount of Euro [redacted].62 to Eurowings by November 14, [redacted], to cover the original payment and charges.
I contacted my bank this morning, and they confirmed that no payment was declined or processed by Eurowings. I am puzzled by these charges and would appreciate clarification on why they are being requested. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.

To whom it may concern,
I have been asked by your colleagues at Eurowings office and the customer service team to provide my expenses and flight receipts due to the flight delays experienced with Eurowings.
On July 31st, my flight EW9405 from Charles de Gaulle (CDG) to Düsseldorf (DUS) was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight EW9344 from Düsseldorf (DUS) to Manchester (MAN).
I was disappointed by the lack of assistance provided, especially considering my physical health concerns which prevented me from catching the connecting bus. Despite the offer of a hotel stay and an £80 voucher, I couldn't stay due to not having my heart medication.
After being advised to purchase a new ticket and seek reimbursement, I have tried calling multiple times at £3 per minute. I kindly request reimbursement for these charges alongside my other expenses.
Could you please provide a direct contact number for further assistance?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Monsur Khan

I have a flight booked under booking reference NF53UQ for Wendy Hutchinson, a flight from BHX to Vienna on 23/4/19 at 8:05 am. I need to attend the Family Court in Birmingham that morning at 10 am for a custody hearing. Due to these urgent family circumstances, I cannot take the morning flight and need to rebook with a different provider for an afternoon flight. Can you confirm if I can still use my return flight booked for Friday, 26/4/19 at 3:25 pm? I am willing to pay for a new single outbound flight if the return flight can be honored. Please respond promptly. W. Hutchinson

An email regarding this matter would suffice.

Dear Customer Service,
Upon my recent return to (Pakistan) from (Cologne Bonn Germany) on flight (EW [redacted]) arriving at (Zurich) on (18/2/[redacted]) at (12:05), I encountered an issue with my luggage. Despite it being checked through to my final destination, blue baggage seemed to have been misplaced or possibly offloaded in Zurich. Upon inquiries, I was initially directed to find it in Doha and later in my homeland, Pakistan, upon my arrival. Unfortunately, even after reaching Pakistan, my luggage's whereabouts remain unknown.
I am disappointed by the apparent mishandling of my baggage by a large airline like yours, especially in today's world with advanced security measures and technology. I have made an insurance claim, but the value of the items inside exceeds what the insurance will cover, including irreplaceable items valued at approximately [redacted] Euros.
I have attached essential documents such as the air ticket, boarding pass, and baggage picture for your reference. Kindly contact me at (+92-[redacted]) with any updates at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Mohssan Ijaz

Hello,
My partner and I have flights booked for April 20, [redacted], from London Heathrow to Dusseldorf and then to Varadero. Our booking references are HYIPYP for the Taylor family and JHC6JX for Santana Zayas. I am inquiring about the possibility of including our luggage free of charge. Typically, when I travel with Virgin Atlantic, I am allowed 2 suitcases and 1 bike at no extra cost each time. This trip is significant as we are bringing supplies for Cuban homes and children's centers affected by the recent hurricane. The cases will only be needed for the outbound journey and will not be returning. We are headed to Havana to assist families impacted by the flooding. Your assistance in accommodating our luggage needs would be greatly appreciated to support our humanitarian efforts.
Looking forward to your response.

Dear Support Team,
My family and I plan to book a flight from Bangkok (BKK) to Stuttgart (STR) from May 27th to June 18th. I will be returning on June 4th or 5th, while my family will return to Bangkok on June 18th. Both my wife and I require wheelchairs for travel. Our 11-year-old son turns 12 on May 14th. Should I book a child ticket for him or an adult ticket? Regarding our wheelchairs, I use a foldable wheelchair with an electric wheelchair puller and two lithium batteries, while my wife uses a foldable wheelchair with electric wheels and lithium batteries. Do you need specific measurements or weights for them? Once I receive confirmation for traveling with the wheelchairs, I will proceed with the booking. Thank you in advance.
Best regards, Frank E.

Hello,
I purchased an online ticket for a journey from Birmingham to Lahore, Pakistan, with layovers in Düsseldorf, Paris, and Tashkent. Upon boarding the flight from Birmingham to Düsseldorf, a Eurowings staff member checked my boarding pass and Pakistani passport, allowing me to proceed. However, upon arrival in Düsseldorf, the border force detained me, claiming I was in Germany illegally. After a 5-hour ordeal of questioning, they sent me back to Birmingham, citing a lack of a necessary visa. I believe the Eurowings staff should have informed me of this requirement when they checked my documents in Birmingham to avoid the distress and embarrassment I experienced in Düsseldorf. I am seeking compensation for the financial and time losses incurred due to the oversight of Eurowings staff, and I expect an apology from the airline.

I am requesting to cancel the return flights for two passengers, Lucinda J. and Richard W., on booking reference JF3LTQ from London Heathrow to Dusseldorf on 07.06.[redacted] (EW9469) and the return flight on 09.06.[redacted] (EW9464). Richard W. is unable to travel due to his father's recent passing. I would like to explore the following options: 1. Cancel the flight for a full or partial refund. 2. Obtain a EuroWings voucher for future use. 3. Forfeit the flight cost but receive a refund for aviation tax and airport charges. 4. Inquire about the cost of a name change. I have already paid a considerable amount to alter the flight date before and hope for a favorable resolution.

I have a booking on Eurowings Flight [redacted] from JMK to Munich on September 15. The Lufthansa confirmation code is WKS65B. I tried to arrange seating through United Airlines using award miles, but I'm unsure if it went through. I am hoping for two seats near the front, preferably two aisle seats across from each other or an aisle and window in the same row. As a Star Alliance gold member, I would like to know the baggage restrictions for carry-on and checked bags. Also, I am wondering if I can check my luggage through to Denver as we have a connecting flight from London Heathrow the next day. Lastly, I cannot find a USA phone number to call for assistance. Thank you, Tom S.

I recently booked 2 one-way tickets with Eurowings for my daughter and myself from Palma to London Heathrow via Dusseldorf for the end of August. Although the booking process seemed successful, I have not received a confirmation email. Checking my spam folder yielded no results. The payment is still pending in my bank account. I swiftly received confirmation for another airline booking, so availability of funds is not the issue. I have already emailed Eurowings but anticipate a delayed response. I am currently abroad and unable to call them until I return. I am unable to locate a UK contact number on their website. Is this delay in receiving confirmation and the pending payment standard practice for Eurowings, or is there a system error? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently booked a flight for myself and three friends to Stuttgart in February [redacted] through Eurowings. Unfortunately, I made a slight error in one name, inputting Martin instead of Martyn. When I tried to correct the spelling on their website, I realized it wasn't possible (unlike EasyJet's system which allows changes until passport details are entered). I called them today and was informed that a 20 Euro fee would apply to alter just one letter. I found this frustrating, especially because I hadn't even provided any passport details yet. It seems unreasonable that a simple name correction can't be accommodated.
I was dissatisfied with the service I received when I called. The agent wouldn't transfer me to customer complaints and pressured me to decide immediately whether to pay the fee for the name change. This treatment felt disrespectful and unprofessional, making me question Eurowings' customer service standards.

I noticed there was an error with the passenger details for my booked flight. It currently shows as Mrs. Debra Painter and MR. Debra Painter, but it should be Miss Debra Painter and Miss Shannon Painter, which are my daughter's and my names. The system shows my residence as Germany, but I actually live in the UK. I've been unable to correct these details online and have not received a response to my email. I've tried calling, but the wait times are long. I'm concerned about my daughter being denied boarding due to these inaccuracies upon arrival at the airport. How can I fix this issue promptly?

On September 6, [redacted], I traveled from Heraklion, Greece, Nikos Kazantzakis Airport to London Stansted Airport with a stop in Cologne, Germany, Koeln-Bonn Airport.
The departure from Heraklion was on Involatus flight ZU4103 operated by TUIfly, and the departure from Cologne was on Eurowings flight EW354.
My name is Robert Georgian Vilcu and the other passenger is Vasilica Durlea. When I arrived at Stansted Airport, I couldn't find my luggage containing important documents. I waited for 5 hours, but my luggage didn't arrive. The staff informed me that my luggage didn't make it to London. During the 8-hour stop in Germany, I inquired about my luggage, and I was told I didn't need to keep it as they would transfer it to London Stansted. I urgently need assistance in locating my luggage or guidance on what steps to take next.
