I am a Eureka AS1001AX Upright Vacuum owner in need of a new dust cup lid assembly. Unfortunately, I have discovered it is not available. I am quite disappointed with this decision. I have been a loyal customer of Eureka vacuums for many years, but if I cannot find a resolution for this part, I may have to consider a different brand. It is frustrating that I can still find parts for a [redacted] Chevy, but not for a simple component of a recent vacuum. The vacuum itself works perfectly fine, and it is disheartening to not receive support for such a small part. Hopefully, this feedback reaches the right people at Eureka to reconsider their decision.

We own a Eureka Airspeed vacuum cleaner. My roommate noticed it was smoking and had a burning smell, suspecting an electrical issue. I was convinced it was a belt problem. When I examined it, the vacuum smoked after a few seconds but didn't smell like burnt electronics. Upon removing the cover, I observed no obstructions and the roller was functioning correctly. After reassembling it, the vacuum ran smoothly without smoke or burning smell. I am puzzled as to what caused this, as everything appeared clean and the belt drive was working well. No debris flew out when I opened it. Any thoughts on what might have been happening? Thank you.

Less than two years ago, I bought a Eureka Vacuum Model AS1061. Living on a fixed income, spending over $30 is a big deal for me. Recently, I moved into a new home with wall-to-wall carpet and needed a reliable vacuum to manage pet hair from my two large dogs. On a tight budget, I took great care of the vacuum knowing I couldn't easily replace it. Unfortunately, two days ago, the vacuum suddenly stopped working after only two minutes of use. Being disappointed in the product, I chose Eureka due to its trusted name from my childhood. I ensured I didn't vacuum anything wet or clog the machine. Now, facing this issue, I am seeking reassurance that Eureka values its customers even after the warranty period. Living with a disability from a work injury, on a fixed income, and rescuing animals, I clean different types of carpets weekly, maintaining the vacuum diligently. A brand I thought was reliable has left me unsure of its quality and longevity.

I purchased a stick vacuum cleaner online from Amazon.com on September 30, [redacted]. The model number is #95, Type A, and the serial number is US[redacted]06. I had it shipped by sea to my home in the Philippines and just received it two days ago. Following the Owner's Guide, I started charging the battery. Currently, after 41 hours of charging, the battery indicator is still blinking, suggesting it's not fully charged. When I checked, the battery voltage was 7.17V, which then dropped to 6.82V after 2 hours. Before I attempt to use the cleaner, I would like to get feedback from Eureka on whether the battery voltage levels are normal.

Hi there, I have been experiencing issues with my vacuum cleaner which broke a while ago. I reached out a few months back and submitted the store receipt, but unfortunately, Eureka could not accept it as it was handwritten. I tried to obtain a proper receipt from the store, but due to various commitments, this got delayed. As it's been just over a year since the purchase, I am in urgent need of a new vacuum cleaner. I am considering securing the correct receipt now and wondering if Eureka would still assist me in obtaining a replacement. I genuinely value the excellent service provided by Eureka. Thank you.

I bought the Eureka Airspeed Exact Pet vacuum less than a year ago, hoping it would manage pet hair well. Unfortunately, I have had numerous issues with it. I've replaced the roller twice, the belt, and the filters multiple times. When I sought help at Bewley Sweeper, they showed me how to replace parts, but the process has caused me physical pain. I recently changed the belt, but the problem persists, indicating I might need another roller. I feel I could have bought a new vacuum considering all the parts I've had to replace. I wonder if Eureka stands by their products. This vacuum has been a disappointment, and I am unsatisfied with my purchase. I wish to return it and receive a different model, as I believe this one should be discontinued or recalled due to its issues.

I carefully considered reaching out about the Eureka Vacuum I bought last year. Despite feeling unsure if you will care, I have decided to share my experience. In late [redacted], I bought the Eureka Powerspeed lightweight upright vacuum at Walmart in Augusta, GA. Soon after, the casing holding the handle got loose, causing the handle to slip out unintentionally. This issue persisted even after replacing the vacuum once. I have tried temporary fixes, but the problem remains, making vacuuming frustrating. I brought the vacuum back to Walmart and was told to contact the company for further assistance. Frustrated by this recurring problem, I feel compelled to inform you of my disappointment with the product. As a senior citizen living alone, the inconvenience is a significant concern. I regret purchasing two faulty vacuums and will not buy from your brand again. Regards, Terrie J. R. [redacted]-A Heckle St. Augusta, GA [redacted]

I bought an Electrolux upright vacuum in [redacted], but it stopped suctioning properly from the handle hose. The vendor replaced it with another one, but after a few years, the replacement had the same issue. I tried different repair shops, but they couldn't fix it, claiming it's a manufacturing defect. Even though the warranty is expired, I believe the company should address this. I need help from customer service to resolve this ongoing problem.

I recently received a replacement vacuum cleaner under warranty, but it has stopped working properly and does not have suction. I have cleaned the entire vacuum and checked for any clogs, but everything seems clear. I would like to request a replacement with a model similar to or better than the one I originally purchased, which had a retractable cord. The replacement I received is not the same as the one I bought from the home shopping network, where I had a five-year warranty. The serial number of the vacuum cleaner is 32[redacted] and the model number is NEU526.

I bought a Eureka vacuum on September 2, [redacted], but it's not functioning properly. After reaching out to customer service, I was instructed to return it directly to the company instead of Amazon. I replied to the confirmation email I received, but I haven't heard back since. I urgently need assistance in handling this matter promptly since I have a lease inspection coming up in a few weeks. A functioning vacuum is essential for cleaning my rugs and floors. Your help in resolving this quickly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: Complaint about Maintenance Service and Extended Warranty I filed a complaint regarding the maintenance service at the workshop and the extended warranty. My washing machine, Candy, 7 kg, was picked up on Friday, 30/09/[redacted], due to the drum not spinning correctly. On Sunday, I was contacted by customer service to pay 30 dinars to replace the body of the washing machine. I refused the replacement and agreed to repair it without changing the external body. Today, Wednesday, 5/10/[redacted], due to the long maintenance period and device not being returned, I was informed that they would contact the workshop. A representative from the workshop reached out and mentioned that an email was sent for approval from the warranty employees regarding the repair cost. So far, there has been no response from them. I also spoke with Mr. Ahmed who advised waiting to speak to the workshop again after speaking with Mr. Abdullah, the workshop supervisor, who informed me that the warranty staff declined the repair without replacing the external body. I request your esteemed company to repair the device without changing the external body. Requester: Mahmoud A. Phone: [redacted]0
