I am having trouble reporting a missing issue on the EW customer service website. Despite entering all required information, including my email address, and clicking "submit," I keep getting an error message stating to enter a valid email address, which I've done. The website seems to be malfunctioning, preventing me from proceeding. I have attempted to call the customer service line multiple times, but all I receive is a message to wait for the next available representative followed by extended silence. The wait time is so long that I could complete other tasks before receiving assistance. This experience is frustrating and does not align with what I expect from customer service.

As a loyal subscriber, I was disappointed to discover my "weekly" magazine is now monthly. Instead of receiving 52 issues a year, I am now getting significantly fewer. I am concerned about this change and would like to know if EW is compensating its subscribers for the decrease in frequency, such as adding a free year to my subscription or a similar offer. The change from weekly to monthly was unexpected, and had I known, I may have reconsidered renewing my subscription. When I reached out to customer service, the representative I spoke with did not seem to understand my concern. My issue is not with missing magazines but with the significant reduction in the number of issues per month.

I am writing to inform you that I have decided to cancel my subscription to Entertainment "Weekly." I have been a loyal reader of EW for many years and appreciated the diverse coverage of entertainment, including stage performances. The recent shift to a monthly format, lack of communication regarding this change, maintaining the same subscription price, and the decision to retain the name E"Weekly" have led me to end my support for the publication. It's disappointing to part ways after being a dedicated reader for such a long time.

I wanted to inform you that I have decided to cancel my subscription to Entertainment "Weekly." I have been a loyal reader for decades and appreciated the coverage of various forms of entertainment, including stage performances. However, the recent shift to a monthly publication without proper communication to subscribers, maintaining the same subscription price, and the decision to retain the name E"Weekly" has led me to discontinue my support. It's disappointing to see these changes.

I'm a loyal reader of this magazine, but I never signed up for a subscription. I responded to a Publisher's Clearing House letter about entering more sweepstakes. To do so, I agreed to subscribe to two magazines for a year. Since then, I've been inundated with numerous magazines almost every day. Despite my requests to stop, the magazines keep coming. I am reaching out to each publication to have my name removed from their mailing lists. If you could assist with this request, I would greatly appreciate it. The numbers on my mailing label are: 1XAU620, ER99, 0.[redacted], P0066, and [redacted]. I hope you can decipher their meaning and stop the magazine deliveries. Thank you. - Jettie Pettit

I received Entertainment Weekly without intentionally subscribing to it. I have made multiple attempts to cancel online, blocked EW from debiting my bank account, sent emails, and now I'm trying this method.
I have not received any responses despite trying all these methods. I received two magazines in one shipment recently, and I do not want to continue receiving EW. Additionally, I do not watch TV and do not want to be billed or enrolled in an automatic subscription. If my contact details are now in possession of EW, I request them to be removed.
Thank you for your help.

I recently learned from a friend who works with 13 management about exciting upcoming film projects involving Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood. The first project, “Love Story,” is being produced for Taylor Swift, while the second project, “Before He Cheats,” is for Carrie Underwood. Both singers might be collaborating, and filming could start as soon as summer. I am eager to gather more information on these opportunities as an actor and potentially be a part of these projects. Feel free to share any updates you have.
Thank you,
Richard James

Subject: Credit Card Subscription Inquiry
Hello,
On October 20, [redacted], I sent a message regarding a credit card issue, but my Gmail indicated the delivery was incomplete. I would appreciate another attempt to resolve this matter. In the previous message, I mentioned receiving a letter stating that my credit card information was incomplete, resulting in an unauthorized credit subscription to Entertainment Weekly. I do not wish to continue this subscription and kindly request that it be cancelled to avoid any invoices being sent to me. Please ensure that my credit card details are removed from your records. If I decide to subscribe in the future, I will provide the necessary information at that time.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
A.D.

I am encountering an issue with my Entertainment Weekly subscription. Despite contacting customer service three times in the last year and a half to correct the problem, I continue to have my magazine sent to the wrong address. This problem started when I gifted a subscription of Jonathan and Drew Scott HGTV Magazine to a friend who now receives my Entertainment Weekly instead.
I need my Entertainment Weekly to be delivered to my address, not to Gwen Goldin at 24 Horseshoe Lane, Clinton, MA 01[redacted]. The correct address for delivery is Marybeth Sacramone at [redacted] Stratford Street #1, West Roxbury, MA, [redacted]. I used to receive the magazine at my address until this mix-up occurred about a year and a half ago.
My subscription number is EWK[redacted]GB4G1W02KX02, and I need to renew it. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Could I possibly receive a complimentary subscription for at least a year and a half since I have been deprived of my magazines due to this error for that duration? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I suggest obtaining all my "correspondence" from Gilt, Etsy, UCAS (the UK school application portal), and the interactions with celebrities on Whitemane in [redacted] from Sunset Police or Ebay for an article about Zendaya acting irrationally and maybe abusing power to influence a jury or insisting on a title inaccurately claiming as hers, which is rightfully mine. Zendaya should move on and cease making false statements about me. I took legal action against her for accusing me of taking items that belonged to me in the past, with Disney backing her and harassing me relentlessly during my 30th birthday. Those items mistakenly linked to theft from Holland were mine, not Zendaya's, as alleged by upset construction workers. I vow to pursue legal action against these workers for false accusations spreading across the UES in various languages. Zendaya's actions and accusations are baseless, as she attempted to publicly shame me on her Instagram for taking belongings that were rightfully mine. Shopping without harassment shouldn't involve her interventions.

I have written to Disney expressing my concerns about their cast's portrayal of me over the years. While I aim to be kind and understanding, I feel a sense of discrepancy in the way I am depicted. The concept of a metaverse, like Zuck envisioned, is both present and absent in reality. In the realm of EndGames, I take on a passive role, merely a shadow in my own narrative, influenced by characters like Carla, Maman Brigette, neutral Jin, and Azula's downfall. My involvement in crafting scenarios such as Whitemane's score with Harvey Weinstein adds depth to the Avatar world.
Discussing the Lysis Chronicles, it delves into a harsher version of legends, unveiling secret cabals and intertwining fates. Contributions to projects like Rehobum in WestWorld and Dark Knight scenes alongside Christopher Nolan showcase a collaborative spirit despite personal opinions on certain characters like the Joker. The complexity of characters in Mendacious Liar parallels aspects of my true self, invoking responses from various individuals in my life.

My Entertainment Weekly subscription was supposed to end on July 1, [redacted], but the last issue I received was in April [redacted]. In October, I discovered that it was discontinued without notice. They shifted my remaining subscription time to People magazine, which should end in October [redacted], but this change has not been made. Despite sending People a letter with both magazine labels, they claim to be unaware of the issue. I am requesting the missing magazine copies that I am entitled to receive. If necessary, I am willing to contact the Better Business Bureau or seek legal advice. I prefer communicating via email over text.

As a loyal EW subscriber, I was disappointed when it shifted to digital-only a few months ago. However, I accept the change and will continue to access the magazine online. Unfortunately, I began receiving the print version of People after EW ceased. I do not read People and do not wish to receive it. Instead, I am requesting that the remaining issues of my EW subscription be transferred to a digital-only subscription. Your assistance in resolving this matter is much appreciated.
Best regards, L. Powell
