I am reaching out about the recent update to TERA on Xbox. Upon returning to the game, I noticed some significant changes. It appears that multiple servers have been merged into two, resulting in all characters being consolidated onto one server. However, a limitation now prevents access to characters until the player maintains only two. Unfortunately, this poses an issue for me as I have invested in clothing for three characters. If I were to delete one, I would incur financial losses, which is concerning. Is there a way to transfer characters to the second server?
Furthermore, I am disappointed that usernames were not preserved during the server consolidation process. As a paying early adopter, I intentionally selected specific usernames which are now lost due to this transition. Despite expecting some communication before the update, I was unaware due to my absence. This situation has been frustrating.

XIGNCODE has caused numerous issues for many TERA ONLINE players, including myself. We have collectively raised concerns about the anticheat system due to problems like the system_thread_exception_not_handled that led to BSOD errors. En Masse Entertainment eventually removed XIGNCODE after realizing its inefficiency, but unfortunately, I was banned from the game for supposedly pushing for improvements. The BSOD errors stemmed from XIGNCODE generating an invalid pointer during scans, impacting systems differently. Although XIGNCODE's API calls are detailed on the Wellbia site, other factors like antiviruses can also trigger issues like system_thread_exception_not_handled, which were overlooked. It is frustrating to invest time researching and trying to address these issues only to face a ban for seeking improvements. En Masse Entertainment's lack of communication and community engagement on this matter is disappointing. I am eager to have my account (MistyTera) reinstated, along with my sister's account (Rainmist).

Hello, I play Tera on PS4. About a month ago, I finally acquired the volcanic armor, which I consider the best armor I've seen in my 20 years of playing MMOs. Unfortunately, about two days after acquiring it, the game was updated, and now the armor I invested money in over a six-month period looks terrible and unrendered. I have patiently waited for a fix, but after four updates, the issue remains unresolved. I spent real money on this and I am eager to wear it again. This is not an issue I can resolve on my end; En Masse needs to address this problem. It seems that the armor set was not rendered properly during an update. My main goal is to remind them of the need for a fix since real money was spent, or to find out when they plan to address this.
