I am currently prescribed Trulicity for my type 2 diabetes while also being on Medicare with Plan D. Usually, my co-pay for a monthly supply of 4 pens is $45. Unfortunately, when I reach the Medicare donut hole around August, my co-pay jumps to $[redacted]. My monthly income is just $[redacted], and I cannot afford this increase for the remainder of the year. This is my second time asking for help. I previously called and was informed I would receive information and forms for assistance, but nothing was sent. I am reaching out here now for support. Please don't disregard my plea, as this medication is essential for my well-being. Thank you. You can contact me at [redacted]

Eli Lilly has developed Emgality for treating migraines, and I have found great relief using it for the past five months. Wellmed, my prescription insurance, has been causing unnecessary obstacles by requesting constant authorizations for my monthly injections, despite my doctor providing the necessary paperwork. This situation is affecting my access to the medication, which has significantly improved my quality of life by keeping migraines at bay. I am determined to find a resolution with Wellmed to ensure I can continue my treatment without interruptions.

I have been taking Taltz 80mg for approximately 3 years, and it has been very helpful for my health. However, the last 4 injections did not work because the button you press did not depress to allow the injection to work. After contacting customer service and speaking to Pam and several other representatives, I was informed that I would need a new prescription. Since my previous doctor has relocated to Idaho, I am currently in the process of finding a new healthcare provider. I am experiencing pain, and I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

My name is Beth Dinse, and I have been using Monjaro since August [redacted]. Upon my diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, being 60 pounds overweight, and having an A1C nearly 8.0, I managed to shed almost 50 pounds and lower my A1C to 5.0. However, I am struggling to fill my 10 mg Monjaro prescription. Weight loss clinics in my area stock the medication but don't accept insurance, charging $[redacted] for a month's supply. This monopoly on Monjaro hinders those in real need. While I respect the free market, it's vital to consider the diabetic type 2 individuals benefiting from this drug. Help is needed for us.
Best regards,
Beth Dinse

I am a type 1 diabetic and I rely on Humalog insulin. Recently, I experienced a severe hypoglycemic episode, which was one of the worst in my 40+ years of dealing with this condition. I believe it occurred because I mistakenly administered two doses of insulin before my evening meal instead of one. Is there a 'penjector' available that can track when doses are given? Having this feature would have prevented the hypoglycemia and the three-hour visit from NHS paramedics. I await your response. Thank you, Thomas E.
