I'm writing regarding an online inquiry that couldn't be answered and was redirected to ref no [redacted]. I want to add my son, J.L., to the policy as per the initial application. J.L. was covered under the policy until its recent non-renewal. He, unfortunately, faced a traumatic incident while working as a Prison Officer, resulting in severe stress, PTSD diagnosis, and eventually non-epileptic seizures as confirmed by his consultant. During this challenging period, he informed the DVLA, ceased driving, and likely had his license suspended. This could be the reason for the rejection at the last renewal. I'm happy to report that J.L. is now recovering, and the DVLA has reinstated his license based on his consultant's approval. We are eager to have him back on the road to aid in his overall well-being. We are prepared to provide DVLA documentation and medical proof to support our request and hope that Elephant will consider these circumstances to include him in the policy. Any assistance or further guidance from your end would be greatly appreciated.

I was recently informed by my current insurance agent that my insurance rates increased due to being listed as the "at fault" driver in accidents that I was not involved in. They mentioned that with Elephant Insurance, there is a way to specify the actual drivers in accidents to avoid being wrongly held responsible. As the lienholder for a vehicle insured by your company, I need to address an issue with a check that was sent to the customer after they wrecked the car. According to the shop owner, the customer claimed the check was stolen from their mailbox and cashed. The shop owner mentioned that Elephant assured them a replacement check was issued to both the shop and the customer. Unfortunately, I've been unable to reach the customer to discuss this matter, and the shop owner is unwilling to provide me with the claim number or contact details for the claim. I've confirmed our status as the lienholder using the policy number on your website. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me so I can verify if the check was cashed and proceed with filing an affidavit of fraud with the bank involved.
