I bought The Sims 4 in "The Sims 4 Plus Cats & Dogs Bundle," which contained The Sims 4, The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs, The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Upgrade, The Sims 4 Digital Soundtrack, Life of the Party Digital Content, Awesome Animal Hats Digital Content, and Up All Night Digital Content through Origin. However, I lost access to all of it when I tried to log in and a new account was created instead of accessing the old one linked to my email.

I have an EA account linked to an old email on my Xbox, and I am currently logged in with that old account. I am attempting to update the email to my new one, but each time I try to access my account information to make the change, I am prompted to send a confirmation email to an email address that no longer exists. This renders it impossible to proceed. I would appreciate assistance from the company to change it for me so I can access my account successfully. This old account was created in [redacted] and was never verified due to only having an Xbox then and not completing the email verification process. I am contemplating reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to seek resolution.

Yesterday, I purchased [redacted] gems for $[redacted].97 on my credit card, although it should have only been $39.99. After receiving an email referencing a balance of [redacted] gems, which I disagree with, I reviewed my transaction history and confirmed my purchase of [redacted] gems at $39.99. I am seeking a correction of the overcharge to reflect the accurate amount. There seems to be a discrepancy as I have consistently selected the $39.99 option when purchasing gems in the past. I emphasize that I am the sole user of my card and request clarification on why I was charged $[redacted].97 instead of the expected $39.99.

I have been temporarily banned from the auction house in the game. While I was away for the weekend, my brother accessed my account without permission. He made purchases of coins from an online site and spent $[redacted] on Madden points using my saved payment information on my Xbox and laptop. I have been in contact with customer support for the coin purchases and my bank for a refund. I assure you that the excessive amount of EA points bought is evidence that I am not involved in buying coins from unauthorized sources. I play this game for fun with my friend, and I even gifted him the game for his wedding. I plan to support the game by purchasing packs instead of coins. Please reconsider unlocking the auction house as I have no intention of engaging with unauthorized coin sellers. Let me continue enjoying the game with my friend without restrictions.

Hello, I hope you are doing well today. Unfortunately, I had a rough day as I recently discovered that my EA FC Ultimate Team account was hacked. Despite not making any changes since playing yesterday, upon logging in on the companion app today, I noticed that someone had accessed my account and sold some of my best cards at extremely low prices. The list of affected cards include Rashford, Salah, Messi, Van Dijk, Bellingham, Kevin de Bruyne, Rodrygo, Kante, Kudus, Guirassy, Walker, Mendy, Lewandowski, Kounde, Griezmann, and Kolo Muani. I am deeply frustrated by this breach and the significant financial loss I have incurred, approximately over [redacted] euros this year. My FC24 Ultimate Team account has been hit with a transfer ban, which seems to be affecting many players in the community. It appears that accounts are being banned for what appears to be fair trading on the market, with allegations of buying and selling coins. It seems like they might be using an algorithm to detect transactions at prices much higher than the market value. With the introduction of new content, player values have skyrocketed, leading to this issue. Despite complaints, the responses received are automated and lack individual attention. Some players have had their bans overturned, but the process appears inconsistent.

I need to update the email linked to my EA account. The current email is inactive, making it impossible for me to verify my identity. Attempting to change the email, add a secondary one, or unlink my PSN account is unsuccessful as it requires a verification code sent to the deactivated email. I require assistance in changing the email or unlinking my PSN to connect it to another EA account.

When I tried to switch my game from the Origin platform to EA, I encountered an issue with my Sims 3 Pets disc version not transferring over, and the EA screen wouldn't recognize the 20-digit code on the disc box. Additionally, I downloaded Sims 4 from the EA screen, but it says it's installed but unavailable due to an incompatible version already on my device that I wasn't aware of. If I purchase other Sims 4 expansion versions, will they work considering the previously installed version on the EA screen?
