Hello, I'm a 30-year-old graphic designer running my own business. I'm facing an issue with EA where they are incorrectly accusing me of cheating on my Xbox account while playing Apex Legends. Despite my attempts to explain that my account was hacked, EA insists on the ban due to alleged cheating, even though I don't possess the knowledge or desire to cheat in the game. I provided evidence of unauthorized access from the UK, which is not where I reside. It's frustrating that EA is not taking my situation seriously, especially considering I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have made in-game purchases. I'm eager to resolve this misunderstanding and regain access to my account to continue enjoying the game I've been playing for 2 years. Thank you.

I have been unfairly banned due to the crew name “Loli” in the game "Knockout City." Despite reaching out to EA, I have only received unhelpful responses indicating they won't lift or lessen the ban. It seems disproportionate to receive a permanent ban for a minor offense that could easily be rectified by changing the name. The automated replies referencing the Terms of Service have not addressed my concerns. It is frustrating to see others with more offensive names facing no consequences while I am left banned without the possibility of discussing the issue with a representative. Navigating EA's website for customer support feels like a maze, and I am disheartened by the lack of consideration for my situation. I am seeking assistance to have my account reinstated, as creating a new account and repurchasing games would be a costly and unnecessary process. I hope to find a resolution to this matter promptly.

Today, I powered up my PS5 and opened my Ultimate Team to discover that all my players had been sold, including untradeables. I was devastated after all the hard work I had put into building my team. I reached out to EA support and connected with Jennifer. I explained the situation, stating that my EA account had been compromised and all my players were gone. Jennifer checked for any suspicious activity on my account but found none and assured me everything seemed secure. She suggested it might have been someone in my home, though I live alone in a one-bedroom flat. Jennifer mentioned that the transferred money was still in my account and tried to reassure me. Despite my pleas for assistance, Jennifer indicated that she had done all she could and had to end the chat. I am heartbroken to have lost my team, especially since most of my players were untradeables I earned over time. I simply want my team back, even if they return as untradeables. It's been a stressful ordeal, and I just want to continue playing. Jennifer mentioned the transfers occurred on June 8th via a web app or website, not through my PSN account as I initially thought. I'm reaching out for help as my compromised account has left me without a single player.

Subject: Issue with EA Sports FIFA Mobile Event Hello EA team, I participated in the new Champions League event and saved up [redacted] tokens to exchange for players in the UCL Players Box section. However, upon opening 9 packs ([redacted] tokens), I discovered that all of them were empty with no rewards. Interestingly, the meter that tracks the tokens spent isn't functioning correctly. I have attached an image as evidence, clearly illustrating that I spent [redacted] tokens on milestone rewards. I kindly request a review of this situation as I believe there was a glitch, and urge for the return of my [redacted] tokens so I can attempt to open the packs again and receive the intended players. On July 27th, I purchased a Club Pogo membership as a gift. I checked my bank account to confirm the debit transaction, which went through. However, the order now shows as placed on August 1st. I did not receive an email confirmation to forward to the gift recipient. When I contacted EA, I had to go through a rigorous verification process and create new passwords. The initial representative was unhelpful and even mentioned not assisting further if I didn't change my tone. I mentioned contacting the FCC. Now, I cannot access my Pogo account and still lack confirmation to share with my daughter. I'm frustrated as I already paid $39.99, and I even lost the dispute. At 80 years old, this has been a challenging experience. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address the ongoing issues many users, including myself, have encountered while trying to play Madden 22 on Xbox Series X. Ever since I began with the EA Play trial, I have faced numerous problems. Despite being patient and waiting for a resolution, the EA Help forums have not provided any fixes. Updates seem scarce, and the blame is often shifted to users or Microsoft, though other games run smoothly on my console. This has persisted for months without a solution, despite my $90 investment. Refund requests have been denied due to the duration of my ownership. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance and customer support, and if this matter is not promptly resolved, I may have to pursue legal action. I have already reached out to the Better Business Bureau to no avail. My loyalty to the Madden franchise is waning, and unless this issue is remedied, this may be my final purchase of the game.

I need assistance with being unbanned from Apex Legends. I was banned for unknowingly playing with a cheater who joined my team through a random post I made looking for ranked players on the Apex Battle Cord. The cheater was using wall hacks, which were not immediately obvious to me as we also had a Bloodhound on our team. Despite showing the Discord post where I was looking for teammates and providing my chat logs, Apex Legends support persists in claiming I was complicit in cheating. I have been trying to explain that I was unaware of the cheating, but they are not listening. Does anyone have advice on how I can effectively prove my innocence and have my ban lifted?

I have been banned from using the transfer market on PS4 FIFA 22 due to illegal coin distribution linked to my hacked PSN account on October 9th. Despite contacting Sony on October 11th and regaining my account, they emailed me today denying to lift the ban. Approaching EA support led to the case being forwarded to the Terms and Conditions team without immediate resolution. I am skeptical of a positive outcome. Considering contacting Sony again for proof of the hack between October 9th and 11th as my last resort, the process feels burdensome considering it was not my fault. The transfer market is vital in FUT, and after purchasing the game 10 days ago for €70, this situation is disheartening. Any advice is appreciated.

Hello EA, my name is Jacob, and I have been a loyal customer for almost ten years. Recently, I encountered technical difficulties with The Simpsons Tapped Out on my Apple iPhone due to the new email verification system. When I first downloaded the game over 8 years ago, I mistakenly used an email that was invalid. Despite this, I had no issues logging in. Since the new system, I tried creating an account with the correct email, but I did not receive any emails. Even using my mother's email, [redacted], led to the same issue. I am unable to access my EA account with the jakesrents email, the jakesrents98 email, or my new email at [redacted] I am worried about losing my progress and would appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter. My credit card was used without my permission for purchases on various platforms like EA, XBOX, STEAM, Spotify, and Amazon. I am struggling financially and only spend money on essential needs. While I managed to resolve unauthorized charges with other services, EA has banned my account due to chargebacks. I have been trying to reach out to EA for a refund and to lift the ban, but only receive automated responses that ignore my issue. I attempted to find a phone number or alternative support without success. I worked hard for the money used on my EA account and do not want to lose it due to unauthorized activity. I wish to communicate directly with EA instead of receiving automated messages.

Estimados, les escribo con decepción sobre mi experiencia con su sistema. Siempre fui fan de los Sims 4 y los compré hace unos 4 o 5 años para mi primer ordenador. Adquirí el juego base y dos expansiones, pero mi antiguo ordenador no era lo suficientemente potente para ejecutarlo correctamente. Después de apenas jugar 2 o 4 veces, tuve que dejarlo. Hace una semana compré un Mac para poder jugar sin problemas, pero al intentar jugar con los discos nuevos, no pude porque el código ya estaba canjeado en una cuenta de Origin de la que no recuerdo los detalles. He intentado contactar con EA para recuperar mi cuenta proporcionando varios datos, pero no he tenido éxito y me parece injusto. No volveré a invertir en un sistema tan decepcionante y poco considerado con los clientes.

My account was compromised and illicitly accessed by cheaters. After recovering it and playing legitimately, I was unfairly banned from the online services. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this through technical support, I only received automated responses stating the ban won't be lifted. I am eager to retrieve my account as I have invested in all the battle passes and been playing since the game's launch.

While playing Apex Legends solo, my randomly assigned teammates engaged in exchanging racial slurs and disturbing remarks, resulting in my unjust suspension from the game. Despite my immediate action of reporting these individuals after the incident, I unexpectedly received a week-long ban. This penalty adversely affects my ability to enjoy the game, even though I had no part in their inappropriate behavior. It is crucial for me to have my suspension lifted promptly as I am eager to resume playing without any further delays imposed on me due to the actions of others.

I recently bought The Sims 3 for my Mac Book Pro along with the expansions Ambitions, Generations, and Seasons. I had trouble downloading Ambitions, Generations, and Seasons on Origin, so I used external links and received a code for each one. I managed to install them externally, but in the Origin game library, it shows "New add-on content ready to install" on the Sims 3 64 Bit cover. However, when I try to download from the expansion packs section, clicking the download button doesn't do anything. I would be grateful for any help with this issue. Thank you.

Since the game was released, I have constantly been experiencing issues with the servers crashing and freezing whenever I try to play. It's frustrating because even when I manage to get into the game, it freezes after just one step. I haven't been able to enjoy the game at all since I purchased it. I have been assisting my son with a concerning issue regarding his account on Apex Legends. Due to a lapse in judgment, he used an inappropriate word to name a group within the game's community. The support team promptly addressed this and contacted him about the matter. However, at the same time, his laptop was hacked, leading to compromised emails. This caused him to miss the communication from the support team, assuming the renaming of the group was also due to the hack. Despite providing evidence of the hack and explaining the situation to the support team, my son received a lifetime ban. My attempts to communicate with the team to explain the circumstances and request a fair resolution have been met with repeated requests for information already provided. Several individuals have claimed to assist but no progress has been made. My son acknowledges his mistake and has observed lenient punishments for offensive language in the game, making his lifetime ban seem disproportionate. Dear Sirs, Madams, I am reaching out today to contest the ban on my Apex Legends account (AlphaaYuukiiii) several months ago for the alleged reason: (violation of user contracts or use of external tools, or glitch to facilitate the game). Despite my numerous requests to customer service, specifying that someone had accessed my account without my knowledge, no favorable response has been received despite several investigations. Despite my efforts to prove my innocence by offering to let experts check my computer for examination and show that I have never violated the rules. Having played your game since [redacted] on PS4 and later on PC, and having spent over €[redacted] on in-game items and cosmetics, I would never risk getting banned by using any tools or glitches that could violate EA's laws and policies. Good morning, First of all, thank you for the great work you are doing. I am a loyal player of the Battlefield series. Battlefield [redacted] is groundbreaking for me and I love it despite the negative reputation it has been receiving. It's easy to criticize, but no one truly knows the hard work behind it. I have had the PS5 for about a year now, and the first game I installed was Battlefield V. I enjoyed playing it, especially noticing the difference from PS4 to PS5. My friends are still on PS4, so we were eagerly awaiting the release of Battlefield [redacted]. When it finally arrived, we were blown away by the game, but the only downside is that we can't play together. Some have switched to playing Warzone, but I remain loyal to Battlefield. Normally, I am asked for feedback during alphas and betas, but this is the first time I am writing to request something. My request is for you to consider enabling crossplay between PS4 and PS5 platforms. This would bring player communities together and make the game a must-have for consoles once again.
