I recently created a new EA account due to an unknown email appearing as my account when accessing Madden. Despite changing passwords and creating a new account, the mystery email keeps showing up when I try to link it to my PSN account. This issue has led me to believe my accounts were hacked previously. My Xbox Live account linked seamlessly, but I am unable to do the same for my PSN due to this persisting problem.

I bought and installed Battlefield V a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I've been playing in multiplayer and advancing my classes, but I've encountered a problem. Even though my classes have leveled up, I haven't unlocked any new weapons for any class while progressing. For instance, my assault class is level 8, but I can only access 2 weapons. The situation is the same for all classes. It's frustrating to have invested in a product and face this issue. I'd appreciate help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I recently discovered that someone has gained access to my account by purchasing games with someone else's credit card. It's evident that my account information has been compromised as I received an email from the individual explaining the situation while I was trying to remove them from my account. The unauthorized purchase made today using the credit card should be refunded promptly. I am concerned about the security of my information and would like to know how my data is being sold to unauthorized users. Thank you.

Hello, I recently received an email from EA indicating that the primary email address associated with my EA Account was altered without my knowledge. Concerned about security, I attempted to change my password, as I had forgotten it. Unfortunately, my attempts to reset the password were unsuccessful as I did not receive any emails from EA. I recently purchased a new PlayStation 4 and successfully transferred all data from my old one. Upon attempting to play FIFA 19, it prompted me for a verification code. Unfortunately, the email address and phone number associated with the account are no longer valid. I have made several attempts to update this information through my EA account without success. My PSN gamer ID is Normski1974. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve this issue. Any help in addressing this frustrating situation would be greatly appreciated. I own Rock Band, Rock Band 2, Lego Rock Band, and Rock Band 3 for PS3. I purchased all the Export Keys to transfer the DLC songs from the previous games to the new ones. I then got Rock Band 4 for PS4 and successfully brought over all the available DLC songs using the Export Key. Recently, I upgraded my PS4, transferred everything, but now my Rock Band 4 is missing all the DLC songs. When I checked the PS Store for the Export Key, it's no longer available. I paid for the Export Keys and the DLC songs, and I expect to have them on my new PS4 to play in Rock Band 4, just like I did on my old PS4.

I recently purchased Fifa 20 and have discovered that the in-game experience is quite disappointing for new players. I find myself getting fouled off the ball, losing possession to slower and weaker opponents, and struggling to regain control quickly. I have multiple videos to support my observations. The game seems biased towards the AI, rarely awarding fouls to my team and sometimes even ignoring my directional inputs. Assisted passing often benefits the opposing team, and building a competitive team without spending at least £[redacted] real money seems impossible. This is a blatant money grab that has taken the enjoyment out of playing football. I wish I could get a refund for this subpar experience. It's disheartening to see the game focus more on monetization than providing an enjoyable gaming experience.

While playing Apex Legends today, I encountered a frustrating situation. I left a ranked match because my teammate neglected to help me while I was in trouble, which led me to facing an abandonment penalty lasting for [redacted] minutes. Despite having knocked down two opponents on my own, my teammate refused to assist me and instead chose to walk away from the fight. Feeling frustrated by this, I left the game. I strongly believe I should not be penalized for my teammate's actions, and I request for the abandonment penalty to be removed as it was unjustly imposed. This situation seems unfair and I hope for a resolution soon.

Hello, While playing a draft on FIFA 20, the server lost connectivity, causing me to lose the opportunity to continue my game. This has happened three times now while playing drafts, resulting in a waste of 45,[redacted] coins. The server disconnects have been frustrating as they occur during gameplay, affecting my experience negatively. Additionally, the packs offered seem to be disappointing, mirroring the frustration experienced with the server connections.

I redeemed the NFL [redacted] pack for Madden 20 through my Twitch Prime account, but unfortunately, I have not received the reward in the game. I have searched for the issue and confirmed that it is not in my unopened packs. My internet connection is stable as I have received rewards from previous live streams. After my account was compromised, EA apologized and aided me in resolving the issue by providing 200k coins as compensation. However, upon logging in again, I discovered that I was banned from the transfer market for alleged 'coin trade' activities. Despite being assured that my case would be handled promptly, I have not received any assistance after weeks of waiting. This ban has prevented me from enjoying FIFA, and I am desperate for a quick resolution. I kindly request that the ban be lifted as soon as possible.

Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to play The Sims 4. After the game loaded successfully, my screen went black with the exception of features like the gallery and options. I researched online and found out that I needed to delete all my custom content for the game to function properly. I deleted things that weren't necessary, but now I'm left with only the custom content I need for my sims. However, the game still isn't working. I can't connect to the online servers because of a ban on my account. I don't know why I was banned because I haven't engaged in any malicious activities or hacking. My account was hacked a few months ago, and I'm not sure if these incidents are connected. I submitted a case through EA's official help support system and was supposed to receive a response within 72 hours, but it has been a week without any reply. I feel disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication from EA.

After playing FIFA 20, I have serious concerns about the game. The Ultimate Team mode is frustrating when facing pay-to-win teams worth millions of coins. In the weekend league, a winning streak can suddenly turn into a losing streak, which feels unfair. Getting disconnected from EA servers is common, despite having a good internet connection. The gameplay seems to be scripted with streaks of wins and losses that feel manipulated. The randomness in pack openings is disappointing with no luck in obtaining top players. These issues make me question the overall quality of the game and I hope improvements will be made to address these frustrations for all players.

I've been using Origin for around three months and had no issues with updates until the last one. Unfortunately, it started showing an installer error, preventing me from using it. When I downloaded the Cats and Dogs expansion, I couldn't add it to my game without being online. I decided to delete Origin and reinstall it, but now I'm unable to install it at all, leaving me unable to play even offline. I'd appreciate a prompt response. - Chloe

I play Madden 20 often and invested in the game. Recently, I got the new 94 overall Ghost of Madden player, Patrick Mahomes. His speed is 81, just shy of the requirement for the Escape Artist ability. To boost his speed, I collected 25 Kansas City Chiefs players for the chemistry boost which raised his speed to 82. However, I'm unable to equip the Escape Artist ability on him. Can someone explain why this is occurring or suggest a solution? Thanks, Carlo

Good morning, It's 03:30 here in Atlanta, and I find myself still awake. Unfortunately, I was born with a rare condition called bladder exstrophy, which causes me daily pain along with severe PTSD from numerous surgeries. I struggle to sleep, and despite starting a trucking company with my father, my finances are tight. I'm unable to buy a yearly gift for a friend due to financial constraints. I've spent over $10,[redacted] on FIFA points (BT02), and adding players like Maradona, Essien, Pele, and Zidane to my team would greatly help with my depression and constant pain. Any untradeable players would be appreciated!
