Hello, I am writing from a very upset household. I had a disappointing experience with my Rivals packs on Halloween. Despite getting poor cards, I sold them to participate in a Draft. My team lineup was solid, and I won my first few games. However, in the third game, FIFA abruptly ended my match, causing me to lose not only the game and my progress but also all my coins. I am facing an issue where the game has been stuck during an asset download for the past 6 days. The screen only shows a light blue with the monkey logo and a spinning circle in the bottom right corner. This has caused me to miss out on daily rewards, ads gold, and even the opportunity to win 2 cars after spending over [redacted] gold on upgrades. Despite trying various suggestions from forums multiple times, the problem persists. I have been a dedicated player for over 6 years, and at 70 years old, I am disappointed with this situation. I hope a patch can be provided to resolve these issues.

I have been playing The Sims 4 on my PS4 for about a year now, and I've encountered frustrating bugs that keep deleting my progress. Each time I try to play, I face issues like the cursor disappearing when taking pictures or travelling, and the game stops responding, only showing the game controls screen when I press R3. I'm disappointed that these bugs persist despite not finding solutions online. It's disheartening to experience problems that seem outdated and unresolved. The game, meant to be a source of stress relief, now adds to my frustration every time I attempt to play it.

I currently have over 10 ongoing cases with FIFA. The live chat has been disabled, so I can only communicate via email and have to wait 72 hours for a response. When I click on the link you provided, it doesn't open. I just want my £80 refunded. I have received no assistance and have not been able to set up a call. Please provide a working email link so I can communicate effectively. Disconnecting the chat and keeping my money is unacceptable. The service is extremely poor. The scripted customer service representatives lack the necessary knowledge to resolve my issues. Instead of asking about my favorite player, please focus on fixing the games I have purchased. I have tried numerous troubleshooting methods, but the problems persist. EA, please take action.

I completed a pre-order for Jedi: Fallen Order around a month or two ago for $60. After receiving the initial confirmation email, Origin then notified me about a delay in the release date. However, the concern arose when their latest email indicated a failed payment for the game I had already purchased. The original message stated "PAID(Paypal)", ensuring my payment was successful. Yet, the recent email omitted the "PAID" detail and simply mentioned "Paypal". Despite this, they proceeded to charge my card again. The issue lies in their system mistakenly attempting a duplicate charge despite the game being paid for previously. I hope Origin can rectify this error promptly by recognizing the prior payment and ceasing the unnecessary double billing.

My husband's FIFA 20 game stopped working just 4 hours before he could complete the season objective to obtain the ZAHA card. Now, he is left without the card that FIFA owes him. I urgently need to contact someone to discuss how this issue will be fixed. My husband dedicated countless hours since the release of FIFA, and we are incredibly disappointed. Every week, especially on weekends from Friday onwards, I am experiencing login issues with Madden 20 Franchise mode. The error message states that the servers are down, and this problem has persisted for over a month now. Despite being able to sign in to MUT without any issues, it seems like this recurring problem is not being addressed promptly. I am starting to lose faith that any corrective actions are being taken by your team. I won a game in Fut Champions, bringing my total wins to 17, but I was disconnected from Ultimate Team during the rewards screen. Despite being in a PlayStation party without any disconnects, I didn't receive the win. Please credit my account with the rightful win I earned.

My account is locked, and I'm unsure why. I received an email about Star Wars: The Old Republic, canceled my game time, and removed my card, but the bank questioned the charge and reversed it. I've been traveling and just noticed my EA Origin account is locked. I found an email saying I've been locked out. My email is [redacted], and my gamer tags are Brazzez for Xbox and Montanashadow for PS4 and Origin. I've been banned from all platforms. Unfortunately, I can't play any games on Origin now.

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered with Fifa 20 in Ultimate Team.
Recently, I utilized the swap icon players for the base icon update, which I must say is a fantastic addition this season. However, upon opening the pack, a Brazilian flag appeared, but my PlayStation, due to squad updates, kicked me out of Ultimate Team. Upon logging back in, I found Pep Guardiola in my team, which is great, but I would like to know which player was meant to appear from the initial pack opening.
I am willing to remove Pep from my team once the base icon pack is correctly generated to my account.

I recently purchased the Laundry Day pack for PS4. None of the items seem to be functional. Both the washer and dryer prompt for an upgrade, and despite attempting various solutions, they won't function properly. Hello, EA. I preordered Discover University and attempted to play it today, the 15th. Unfortunately, the game did not work unless I downloaded the Legacy Edition. Unaware that this update would prevent my game from operating, I attempted various troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game, removing mods, and resetting my game entirely, resulting in the loss of my saved files. With the inability to play Discover University on my MacBook Pro due to system limitations, I am now in a predicament. Dear EA,
I have been banned from the transfer market. I want to clarify that I did not know that my actions were against the rules. I have only been playing FIFA Ultimate Team for a year and sparingly. My intention was to find players with Shadow or Hunter cards that were difficult to obtain at a fair price. I noticed that some players were listed as basic cards instead of the improved version (with Shadow card) and I sold them at a slightly higher price.
I sincerely apologize if this was against the rules. I promise not to engage in such activities again. I do not have multiple accounts or friends to transfer coins with, as I am not familiar with that process. I thought this method would help me acquire players with Shadow or Hunter cards at a reasonable price.
Please reconsider my ban from the transfer market. I enjoy playing FIFA and did not intend to break any rules.

Ultimate Team is starting to feel frustrating. I've already spent nearly £[redacted] on the game and have not received anything valuable in packs. What's really upsetting is how I was let down by the icon swaps feature. After putting in the effort to gather 17 swaps for a base icon pack, I ended up with an 85-rated Rui Costa when I could have had the 90-rated version if only the system was more fair.
It's disappointing to see that I could pack a player that I could have easily obtained through swaps. This situation has left me feeling cheated and disheartened. The game seems biased, favoring YouTubers with better pack luck to encourage more pack sales. While I don't mind buying packs, there should be better rewards in place.
Even my player picks from FUT Champions have been disappointing, and I'm at my wit's end with this game.

I need to reset the email linked to my Star Wars: The Old Republic account. I've been away from the game for a while and my Founder account's email is no longer active and unrecoverable. Despite verifying my account successfully with phone support, they claim they cannot assist me and my only choice is to create a new account.
I find it disheartening to lose access to my original account with its founder status and progress, so I'm reaching out for alternative solutions. Any advice on how to update my email to a functioning one would be greatly appreciated as I'm reluctant to start anew.

I am unable to progress past the "press any button" screen on Madden 20 for PC. I've spent about 30 hours on the game without any problems. However, now I am experiencing a persistent issue where the game freezes on the initial startup screen in windowed mode. Whenever I click, my monitor briefly goes black and nothing changes. Even when I try to maximize the screen and interact, it reverts back to windowed mode without progressing. Despite searching for solutions online and attempting to reinstall the game, the problem persists. Strangely, all other games on my computer are working fine, indicating that this is solely a Madden-related issue.
