Subject: Concern Regarding Skin Discoloration from Clothing Dye I have noticed dark spots on my legs, specifically where my legs meet when sitting. I am a fan of your brand and have many items, especially black pants. I am concerned if a dye in your clothes could be causing an allergic reaction on my skin. Most of my purchases are from Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami. I have ruled out any health issues like diabetes. I am from the Cayman Islands and would be happy to provide images of my clothing if needed. Dear Sir or Madam, I have developed dark spots on both my legs, and I suspect it might be related to the black pants I wear from your brand. The spots align where my legs meet when I cross my feet while sitting. Order number [redacted]09. I would like to ask for a price adjustment from $[redacted].40 to $[redacted].50. I have been trying to resolve this for a few days. I was informed that a supervisor would call me back on two consecutive days, but I have not received any calls yet. As a loyal customer, I am let down by EF customer service. The price drop occurred just 2 days after I made my purchase. Initially, your system indicated the item was out of stock, but then the order went through a minute later. Thank you, Nancy.
