Edward Hamilton Booksellers Customer Service Issues

I have been a customer of Hamilton for many years and recently encountered an issue with my password. I received a new password, but it was deemed unacceptable when I tried to place an order. Despite trying the password on both of my emails, I was still unable to proceed with my order. This is the second time I have raised this concern. I am looking for assistance from your customer service department, though I am starting to doubt its existence. I kindly request that this problem be resolved promptly before months go by.
