I purchased a sympathy bouquet for my sister and brother-in-law who recently lost their son. The arrangement was delivered on May 10th, [redacted], a day before the funeral. Unfortunately, the display was not what I had ordered. Instead of the tower-shaped arrangement with white chocolate doves that I paid $83.46 for, they received a rectangular container filled with ripe fruit stacked haphazardly and smeared doves. I was disappointed by the mix-up, especially given the solemn occasion. Despite being a previous satisfied customer, this experience left me feeling embarrassed. I refrained from taking a photo to avoid further embarrassment. I trust that you can address and resolve this issue promptly.

Hello! I need to raise a complaint about an email I received earlier stating that my recipient's fruit basket was delivered. I called to confirm with them, only to be informed that the delivery never took place. I tried to reason with them, but they insisted it wasn't delivered, despite the email confirmation stating otherwise. I am extremely frustrated. I have been contacting the store where the order was placed, but have had no luck. Each time I call, I am directed to a full voicemail after being told my call will be answered.

I placed an order for a Valentine’s Day delivery, but it has not arrived yet. Despite paying extra for delivery on Valentine’s Day, the order was not delivered as promised. The store guaranteed me it would arrive on Friday. I could have chosen another delivery service for my girlfriend instead of this disappointing one. It's frustrating that they turned off their phone at the store and have not turned it back on. It seems like they are avoiding customer complaints altogether. I am extremely upset about this situation. As I am in a wheelchair, I cannot be there to celebrate with my girlfriend, and she was left without her gift on Valentine’s Day. This experience has been truly disappointing.

Two days prior to Valentine's Day, I ordered a dipped strawberry bouquet for my sister who has been feeling down, hoping to cheer her up. I received confirmation of my order. Fast forward to Valentine's Day, and my sister never received the delivery and we didn't hear from the local store or corporate office. I called both numerous times over three days, but no one answered. It's disappointing that my sister missed her surprise on Valentine's Day due to this lack of communication and effort. It's frustrating and disheartening to be left hanging without any apologies or explanations.

I recently spoke with one of your customer service representatives, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the attitude I encountered. I felt disrespected as if my concern was insignificant. Upon learning my order wouldn't reach my hospitalized friend, I asked the Dallas Edible location to cancel for me to reach out to your customer service for a reschedule. The representative's demeanor from start to end was discourteous, without offering any apologies for the inconvenience. Despite remaining polite throughout the interaction, I believe in acknowledging difficulties with an apology. While it's possible the representative was having a difficult day, it is essential not to transfer that frustration to customers. I kindly request you to address her tone sensitively as it reflects the Company to the customer. Thank you.

I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement, planning to pick it up at 1:00 on Mother’s Day. Upon arrival, I encountered a long line outside, waited for an hour and a half with little progress. I ordered from my local Edible Arrangements on May 7th for a May 8th delivery. Despite being promised free delivery, I was charged extra. My mother never got her Mother's Day gift, and no one can locate my order or issue a refund. Every time I call, I am put on hold indefinitely. I received case number [redacted] from customer service, but still no solution. I was just given the choice of a refund or a replacement order.
I am seeking a partial refund and an upgraded delivery to make up for this disappointing experience. I just want some accountability from this national company. They need to understand the importance of delivering on their promises.

I placed and paid for an order but never received the delivery. The store's phone mailbox is full, making it impossible to reach anyone. I have attempted to locate a corporate phone number without success. The number provided does not connect to a person, only looping back to the unhelpful mailbox for the Ft. Walton Beach store. The order was scheduled for delivery on Saturday, and there has been no communication from them since.

I attempted to place an order at the Thousand Oaks, CA store but the door was locked due to a lunch break. I later found out they don't send arrangements to other locations. I called the Simi Valley, CA store on Oct 14 for an 80th birthday on Oct 15 in Philadelphia, zip code [redacted]. The order for the "bosses day special" around $50 was supposed to have a card saying "happy birthday from your sister," but it was to be delivered from a New Jersey shop. I received the NJ shop contact on Oct 15 but nothing was delivered by Oct 18, however, I was charged $67.97 on my credit card for a $50 item. I reached out to the Simi Valley store but got no clear answers. I spoke with Corp customer service, but the order never arrived. Disappointingly, the service I received did not live up to the company's claims. I am left wondering if I need to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I yearn for a call back at [redacted]. This gifting experience was a letdown for a significant moment in an 80-year-old's life.

I am disappointed that my order from Edible Arrangements was not delivered. The promised call back within 24 hours has not been received, and this has significantly impacted my Mother's Day experience. There is an employee at your Clearwater, Florida location named Clyfton S. I want to bring to your attention that he has a criminal history of stealing from companies, coworkers, and even stores. He has taken keys from purses to use unauthorized vehicles for purchasing drugs. He is known to be dishonest and untrustworthy. Currently facing a court case for stealing over $3,[redacted] from his employer and previously caught stealing from Walmart. I am uncomfortable with the idea of having any association with your company if such individuals are employed by you. Clyfton S. has shown a pattern of stealing whenever he believes he can get away with it.

I received an order yesterday with bad strawberries that were not fresh and tasted moldy. Today, a new order arrived, and after opening it, I found the strawberries to be even worse. I am disappointed and request an immediate refund.

I overlooked the reviews before making my purchase, relying on trust alone. I ordered the "Fresher Than Ever Roses & Mixed Fruit Gift Bundle" but was surprised to find out there were no roses included. I agreed to substitute bananas with pineapple, expecting that the roses would still be part of the gift. Despite my disappointment with the flowers, I regret not reading the fine print beforehand. After Tammie requested a photo of the arrangement, I have yet to hear back from them. The lack of communication and the disappointment with the gift have led me to regret my decision to purchase from Edible. The $80 spent on the sympathy gift is considerable to me. I feel let down by the experience and believe they should be more transparent about their products to avoid similar situations in the future. I will not be recommending Edible to others based on this experience.

I received my order on Mother's Day after 7pm from two young ladies in a station wagon, which was unexpected as I thought Edible Arrangements used refrigerated vans. Unfortunately, the expensive arrangement arrived with warm, bruised, and mushy fruit, while the chocolate on the strawberries had cracked and fallen off. I ordered a fruit and dipped fruit tray for a birthday gift from store #[redacted] in Littleton, CO. The store's address is [redacted] S. Wadsworth, Littleton, CO, with the phone number [redacted]. I placed the order on 8/18 for delivery on 8/19, providing the correct delivery address and contact numbers. Unfortunately, nothing was delivered, and no calls were made to either number. Upon contacting the store on Sunday morning, I was told by the lady opening the shop that it went out for delivery at 3:00, but it was not found in the fridge. She promised to get back to me, which never happened. Despite calling hourly, I could not reach a human and was stuck in voicemail. I am frustrated that I could not get any resolution, and I am disappointed that the lady at the store did not follow up as promised.
