I reserved a seat on National Express bus A1 from Marble Arch to Luton Airport on February 6th, departing at 12:43 p.m. My reference number is [redacted]-19N1-MARLUTN. However, upon arriving at the bus stop around 12:12 p.m., I found a bus loading passengers but was told there were no available seats by the driver. Unfortunately, the bus I had a reservation for did not show up within the next 45 minutes. I had to arrange alternative transportation with other passengers to make it to Luton Airport in time for my flight, incurring extra costs of £25. I am disappointed in the lack of service provided. I request a refund of £6.89 for the bus ticket that was not utilized, totaling £31.89. Please contact me via email for my bank account details. Thank you. - Regards, J. Jonkman
