I am having trouble getting the assistance I need from Earny. I have reached out to Earny multiple times regarding the same issue, but it feels like I am not making any progress. I hold two 90-day price-protected credit cards from the Earny price-protected list, but they are labeled as unsupported. I have requested at least 10 times for Earny to update their system to support these cards, even sending pictures of them, yet no changes have been made. Despite being a member for six months, I have not received any refunds due to this issue. The level of customer service I have experienced has been disappointing, with response times sometimes taking almost two weeks.

Dear Earny Team, I mistakenly clicked on the agreement button. I do not want Earny to access and control my email or charge any fees. Please unsubscribe me from this service. I have no intention of joining. Thank you. Roseller

I installed Earny a few months ago and was immediately charged $15.74, which they resolved. Despite referring someone and earning $15.00, I can't cash it out. Although I find this unfair, it's not my main concern. Despite canceling my subscription multiple times, I keep getting billed $7 monthly. I have recordings of the process and can share them. I want to be removed from their database, stop being charged, refunded, and receive the $15 for the referral. These problems occurred within the first week of using the app. I continue to be billed even after canceling. This situation is worrying me, so I seek assistance in clearing it up, removing my information from the app completely. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.
