On June 24th, I was on my way home from a vacation in North Carolina and accidentally missed the exit right before the toll road. I tried to turn around but couldn't do so without paying the toll fee. Now, I am trying to pay the $9.00 fee. I initially attempted to pay online, but the website is currently not working. I then called the phone number provided on the receipt, 1[redacted], but have been experiencing difficulties getting through. I called on July 2nd and the number was closed for the holiday weekend. Today, I have been on hold for 30 minutes while the website indicates a waiting time of only 6 minutes. I need to be at work by 11:30, and if I don't pay the toll soon, it will increase from $9.00 to $34.00.
