I made an online order on 8/20/[redacted] (order#: W[redacted]). The email notification came on 8/21/[redacted], stating that the order had been shipped, with a UPS label created on 8/21 at 7:53 am (tracking# 1Z48V7E[redacted]1). However, the UPS website displayed a delivery date of 8/27, but the package remained at the distribution center. I've reached out to Dog.com via email three times with no response. While a phone call to customer service did not offer a solution as the package was stuck at the distribution center, contacting them through Facebook prompted a message that they were looking into it, yet no progress has been made. I requested a refund to purchase the item elsewhere, but have not received any updates on that either. When contacting UPS for a possible pick-up, they mentioned needing a request from the distribution center. To address this ongoing issue, I spoke to Debbie from customer service this morning, who mentioned a callback that has not happened yet. My primary request is for an immediate refund to pursue obtaining the product from a more reliable source.

Subject: Transfer of DigiByte to Dogecoin Address Good morning, I am Hari Bishnoi from Rajasthan, a loyal customer of Coinswitch Kuber Exchange. Today at 9:17 AM, I unintentionally sent 9[redacted]9 DigiByte coins to a Dogecoin address (DQ5Uq45SjdbvdKK3YPoHCnByVY7fKGhWj5). The DigiByte coins have been deducted from my account, but I have not received them in my Dogecoin wallet yet. Furthermore, I have not received any confirmation email from the Coinswitch system.
