I would like to clarify my email address as [redacted] There seems to be confusion with an incorrect email address that appears as "jury." I have tried to rectify this issue for two hours today without success. The Customer Service team was helpful in changing my password, but this still does not allow me to log in. I am reaching out to seek a resolution without the need for another phone call. I would appreciate if we could resolve this via Live Chat on my Laptop using my correct email address provided at the beginning of this message.

I have been unable to access my Discover account for many years. I thought it was included in my bankruptcy filed almost 7 years ago. However, my credit report shows the Discover card as still open with a balance of approximately $[redacted]. The card was cut up after my bankruptcy, so I no longer have it. To make payments and rebuild my credit, I need a new card. Unfortunately, I can't log in online and the customer service number provided is inaccessible to me. I am hopeful that I can receive a new card to address this situation.

My mortgage application is being denied due to a credit score shortfall linked to a [redacted]-day late Discover issue. In January to April [redacted], a residual interest charge caused the problem as I missed notifications about it. I discovered the late fees when I checked my account and contacted Discover. They were understanding, removed the late charges, and I paid a minor residual interest fee. I request Discover to remove the [redacted]-day late mark from all my credit reports, especially Equifax, as it unfairly impacts me. I have always been a responsible customer.

I recently applied for a personal loan but unfortunately was declined due to multiple inquiries on my credit report and too many finance trades opened within the last 24 months. I've had difficulty sending emails, which is why I'm reaching out this way. I work at a playground factory and have been there for 16 years. Due to repair work, I won't be working much in January, usually working less from January to April. I currently have loans amounting to $17,[redacted] and applied for $35,[redacted] to consolidate them and use the remainder for my business equipment. I understand the many inquiries may appear concerning, but I'm eager to start my business and seek funding. I kindly request a manual review of my application with the opportunity to clarify any details if necessary. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you.

Good evening, I acknowledge I am behind on my payments. Financial challenges due to medical reasons have caused this delay. I plan to pay the $[redacted].00 by Friday, February 14, [redacted]. I kindly request no additional fees be added. I am facing a difficult financial situation currently. I will make the payment, but I cannot do it now. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for your patience.

I did not authorize my visa card to be used for a recurring charge from Discovery Disney plus. I recently discovered the monthly charge on my credit card statement and was surprised by how long it had been occurring. As a 40-year-old woman on disability with a fixed income, unauthorized deductions are unacceptable to me. I am requesting the immediate cancellation of this account and a full refund of all the funds that have been taken from my card. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

URGENT CONCERN REGARDING ACCOUNT -[redacted] Tonight, on 1/21/22, I noticed a concerning issue with my account. When I logged in, my username was visible, and my password was also visible in encrypted form, which was unsettling. All I had to do was touch the login button to access my account without inputting any details. Currently, my account is locked for safety reasons. I urgently need clarification on why my account information was exposed and easily accessible without the need to enter any credentials besides clicking the login button. I had a conversation with an account manager named Chris in Utah, who mentioned a possibility of the information being shared with a security expert, but none of my other accounts displayed this issue. This situation is alarming and could pose a security threat. If Discover cannot address the visibility of my username and password upon login, I request that account -[redacted] be promptly closed to safeguard my information. I seek immediate action to address and resolve this issue.

I contacted an agent at Discover.com to retrieve my username and reset my password. The agent assisted me in recovering my original username but provided a temporary ID to access my account due to issues logging in. After receiving an email with the temporary password, the agent manually updated my email address for me. However, I realized my password was not included in the email, and I am unsure how it was missed during the process. I am seeking assistance in recovering my password. Thank you for your understanding. Best, Christine C. Email: ([redacted]) Discover username: {ccardona.[redacted]} I apologize for any inconvenience. If necessary, you can reach me at my home number: [redacted]. Please note that I use a MAGIC JACK (M-J) program, prompting you to enter a designated number to connect directly to me. Kindly bear with the unique phone setup. Thank you. - Christine Cardona

I respectfully request the removal of my Discover account from the 3 major credit bureaus to which it was reported. The difficult times I faced during Covid, compounded by a divorce, led to financial challenges. Despite conversing with 8 representatives in attempts to find a resolution, my offers to pay in full after a [redacted]-day period were consistently denied. I implore Discover to consider removing this account from my credit reports as its presence is adversely impacting my credit score. Could you kindly provide me with the appropriate email address or department to address this request? Thank you, Anthony F. [redacted] Capri G Delray Beach, FL, [redacted] [redacted]
