I purchased an XR DeWalt cordless router with variable speed around 3 to 4 months ago. I used it for about 15 minutes a month ago. Today, I took it out of the box, put in a new battery, and now it won't work. The LED lights flickered briefly but the router doesn't run. I tried different new batteries, but it's still the same issue. Lowe's won't exchange it, so I reached out to them and they advised me to contact the DeWalt manufacturer for assistance.

I have a Dewalt Roto Hammer, model number D25263, with a broken bit stuck in the housing. I have disassembled it up to where the gear and spring are, but I am struggling to remove the piston due to a clip blocking my access. I believe removing this clip is the final step needed to solve the issue. I am seeking advice from a technician on the best way to proceed and ensure I am not overlooking any crucial details.

I recently purchased a DCS574 20V circular saw. I have noticed that when I pull the trigger without the blade installed, the saw runs continuously until released. The same happens when the blade clamping screw is loose. However, when the blade is properly secured, the saw only runs for 2 to 3 seconds before stopping. I have been a home remodeling contractor for forty years and have experience with your products. Is there something I might be overlooking?

I recently purchased a Dewalt DCPS620 20 pole saw from Amazon. It worked fine for a couple of uses, but now it won't start. I've checked the battery packs, which work fine in my other Dewalt tools. I've taken the poles apart and reassembled them, but the saw still won't turn on. I've submitted two service requests to Dewalt's website, including the purchase details and receipt from Amazon, but I haven't received a response yet. I would appreciate any assistance from Dewalt in resolving this issue. Thank you, Lance S.
