We bought a Dacor Range DYRP48DSNG back in [redacted]. Soon after installation, we started experiencing oven issues. In the past, resetting the breaker in the fusebox outside would temporarily fix the problem, but it became inconvenient. Within a year, additional problems arose, leading to frequent repairs. Despite the expenses, we sought help from a Home Insurance Plan to alleviate costs. While Dacor kindly provided a new motherboard last year, the recurring issues continue, even with the Wi-Fi feature omitted. In contrast to our previous experience with Thermador ranges in other homes that never needed repairs, the transition to Dacor has been costly. Though requesting a new range seems unlikely, a thorough assessment by factory experts is necessary due to the ongoing issue of the oven randomly shutting off.

My dishwasher has stopped working since January [redacted]. After four service calls, it appears the same parts need replacement, with each part taking over 4 weeks to arrive. The service center finally agreed to replace the dishwasher after multiple attempts failed. However, today when I called on 6-2-[redacted], they mentioned they couldn't find an installer. I offered to find one myself. The customer representative, Lauren, mentioned escalating the issue, but informed me it could take another three weeks for a response. It's frustrating that it has taken over six months to fix or replace the dishwasher. Disappointing service from Dacor for high-end appliances. I've been informed there is no direct contact for the escalation team, corporate offices, or complaint department, just an online form. Unfortunate experience with customer service.
