I have been trying to schedule dialysis appointments at your Berlin, Maryland facility #[redacted] for August 12, 14, and 16, [redacted], at 6:00AM since March. I am a patient at your Omega facility #[redacted] in Rockville, Maryland, since December [redacted]. I am hoping to schedule at the Berlin facility as I will be vacationing nearby. I am facing an issue where Berlin is not offering me the 6:00AM slots that I have at Rockville, mentioning no availability and advising me to call the day before my appointment, disrupting my vacation plans. Despite contacting the TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE hotline in March and being assured no issues with dates and times, Berlin is not confirming the dates and times. Can you assist in resolving this matter? Your support for patients is appreciated, but I am struggling with this scheduling problem affecting my vacation. Please help me secure these dates and times at Berlin, as I have experienced difficulties with their customer service hanging up on me twice. Thank you.

I recently underwent toe amputation at South Miami Beach DaVita facility. While being comforted by a caring new tech, I noticed some nurses and techs complaining about her spending time with me. Other staff members have also chatted with clients, but this particular tech seemed to be singled out. I believe the facility should consider having companions for clients, as I have seen this work well in other places. I feel that the facility may be showing racial bias, with more attention given to white and Spanish patients. One nurse even reprimanded the tech for spending time with me. This unfair treatment needs to be addressed by the facility director, Florence. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you. - Dayshana Cleare, Miami, Florida.

I am the spouse of a patient, V.S. Kennedy, who visits a local DaVita facility. My spouse uses the myDaVita portal to record her blood pressure readings after each visit, and there seems to be an issue with her readings displayed under Lab Results.
Starting on August 17, [redacted], the Lab Results have consistently displayed inaccurate blood pressure readings for six consecutive visits. Similarly, from September 02, [redacted], the following three visits showed the same inaccurate readings. I have already contacted my spouse's assigned nurse at the dialysis facility, who confirmed the inaccuracies. Despite sending two messages through the myDaVita portal's help section, there has been no response yet. I am seeking assistance regarding this matter.

I had Dr. Samuel Liu as my nephrologist before. I decided to no longer see him due to the lack of care I felt I was getting. Since then, he has been spreading false rumors about me to other nephrologists, making it hard for me to find another doctor who will take me as a patient. Dr. Liu has even gone as far as banning me from all the Davitas within a [redacted]-mile radius of my home. This has left me in a difficult situation as I rely on dialysis to stay alive. Despite the fact that my insurance covers the costs, Dr. Liu has canceled my dialysis supplies, putting my health at risk. I have been on dialysis since I was 16 years old and am now 53. I am reaching out for help as I have tried everything to resolve this situation.
