I work as a driver for DPD's subcontractor ABCouriefs in Southampton. My entire paycheck has been withheld due to an accusation of theft on my last day, even though I handed over the van before this occurred. Despite me asking for an investigation and evidence, they singled me out for theft when three other managers also used the van. I have sought advice from the Citizen's Advice Bureau and hired a solicitor to address this issue legally. I plan to take DPD to court due to the lack of regulations and recognition of my employment status, as this situation has left me without any means to pay my bills or buy food. My lawyer and the police have confirmed the injustice over the phone, and although immediate action is not possible, I am determined to pursue this matter legally by speaking with a senior representative from the company.

I received an email from DPD stating they attempted delivery, but no attempt was made at my address. Tracking the parcel showed it as unknown, and no delivery card was left. I am concerned if the delivery was attempted at a different address. I reside at [redacted] Fordell Road, Glenrothes KY76SB, and I am expecting a valuable package from Amazon. I am disappointed as the package I ordered from Amazon was not delivered even though I was home and left a note on the door requesting a loud knock. The delivery person did not knock or ring the bell, although both options were available. I was instructed to collect the package from Staverton, which is quite far for me to walk as I am 85 years old. I explained this on the phone, and a girl said she would arrange another delivery for today. However, I received another message instructing me to collect from another shop, but I find the instructions unclear and confusing. I want to emphasize that I am unable to collect the package. I paid £10 to be present at home for the parcel delivery as scheduled between 0[redacted]. Unfortunately, the parcel remains at the depot, causing me inconvenience and requiring me to continue waiting at home. On the 17th, I paid for next day delivery, but the email stated the delivery would be on the 22nd, not the expected next day, which would be 19th as planned for a collection on the 18th. I attempted to contact DPD through their WhatsApp and phone but got no response. Later, I tried to chat via WhatsApp, and they claimed I was not connected. My sister even tried Facebook Messenger, but to no avail. I left a message for the driver explaining the situation and canceled the collection 20 minutes before it was due. Now, my sister has to add up to 1 hour to her journey to collect the keys. If DPD had any customer service, they could have picked up the parcel and delivered it to my sister today for free, considering I spent over 24 hours trying to resolve the issue. Thank you, Mrs. D. I contacted DPD in France and Germany via email but have not received any response. The DPD service in Croatia has been problematic, with delivery people falsely claiming I wasn't home and changing delivery terms without notice. Despite this, my parcel hasn't been delivered or collected for pick-up. I reached out to DPD to address the repeated issues with deliveries in Samobor, Croatia. The service repeatedly promises delivery within a time frame but fails to follow through. Customer service gave excuses for delays, such as the delivery person being stuck in traffic. Shortly after, I was informed via Viber that delivery terms were changed or I was not home, both untrue. The overall service has been unreliable and unprofessional, causing inconvenience for both customers like me and the companies relying on DPD. I hope by sharing my experience, the issues will be addressed and those responsible for such poor service will be held accountable.

I was expecting a delivery yesterday, but it seems like no attempt was made. Despite the online notification of an attempted delivery, the photo attached was not near my address, but at a drop-off point an hour away by foot. Today, after being informed of a reattempt, I received a text saying I need to pick it up instead. No delivery was made to my address today. It is unacceptable that the delivery was not even attempted, contrary to the notification. Thank you for wasting my time.

On Friday, October 28th at 12:08, a DPD van driver damaged my driveway gate and the fixings on the wall at 81 Oaklands Road, W7 2DT, while turning his van outside my house. The nearside rear light covering was also broken and left on the ground as he drove away. I have CCTV footage capturing the incident, showing the driver's face as he inspected the damage, although the number plate is unclear. I recently had an issue with a DPD parcel delivery. After collecting it, they mistakenly returned the parcel to me five days later. The labels on the parcel clearly indicated the delivery and return addresses, marked "To" and "from" respectively. However, the depot used the incorrect address for delivery. Despite multiple attempts to contact the agent for updates, the information provided has been inaccurate. DPD claims to have delivered my parcel and that it was received by someone (HHH) at my UK address. However, this is not the case, and it is not one of the addresses that typically receives our mis-delivered parcels. Additionally, my husband was outside during the scheduled delivery window and did not see any DPD vans, so I am unsure where to begin looking. Would it be more effective to contact the retailer directly since they are the actual customer of DPD?

This is the second time my parcel couldn't be delivered even though I was always home. The first time, they said it could be picked up at a nearby location. I visited four times, but they claimed no parcel was there and said it was sent back to the sender. I couldn't track it. The sender apologized and resent it. Same situation now! Now the question is, who is to blame? Where and when can I get my parcel? If not resolved, there are other ways to escalate this through media or other means.

I received an email today from DPD stating that the delivery window would be between 17:41 and 18:41, but it is now 20:00 and my parcel has not arrived. I have not received any updates from DPD. I am inquiring about the location of my package. I was informed that it had been picked up and was en route to me. The following day, I was notified that it was out for delivery without a specified time frame. Despite this, the package never arrived. During an online chat session, the conversation was abruptly terminated after the parcel could not be located. As of today, four days later, the tracking information indicates that the package is still in transit. Given its size, I find it unlikely that it could go missing, especially since it was only in Cheltenham.
