I ordered a 4-drawer file cabinet from Cymax back in September, and it has finally arrived at Metropolitan Delivery & Warehouse for delivery in my area. I specified that I needed a Saturday delivery due to my work schedule when contacted by Metropolitan. Despite this, I received multiple calls for weekday deliveries which I had to decline. When informed that the delivery was scheduled for a Monday, which wouldn't work for me, I let them know I required a Saturday delivery. Upon receiving a call that the truck was at the delivery site, I reiterated the need for a Saturday delivery, only to be told they typically don't deliver on weekends. Frustrated by the ongoing scheduling issues, I opted to have the cabinet returned and requested a full refund.
