I need repairs on my Beko dishwasher model DL 1243APS, which I bought on December 16, [redacted]. We have subscribed to the premier care plan since the purchase. Over the past week, we have made 4 phone calls but have not received the promised call back within 24 hours from the repair company Connect. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved soon as I believe Curry's has taken the payment but failed to deliver the expected service.

I purchased an HP Chromebook in April, but I'm facing issues with app compatibility, printers not working, and slow performance on Windows. After contacting Currys PC World multiple times, they couldn't resolve the problem and directed me to a nearby store, which also couldn't fix it. On the 20th of November [redacted], I purchased an HP laptop, model 15s-fq4553na, from your store in Aintree, Liverpool. The total amount paid was £[redacted].00, comprising £[redacted].00 for the laptop and a £5.00 delivery charge, covered by my credit card transaction at the store. The laptop was promptly delivered the next day and is functioning properly. However, upon organizing my receipts, I noticed that the document provided by the store is designated for a gift card, not for the laptop itself. While I understand the gift card's non-redeemable nature, I am worried that in the event of necessitating a warranty claim, I will require a receipt specifying the laptop and its model number. In light of this, I kindly request that you forward the correct documentation to me via post or email. We ordered an iPad online and received an email confirming its availability with an estimated delivery date of 30/11/21. The payment was deducted from our account, but we did not receive any information about collecting it in-store. Despite contacting the online help desk and visiting the local store, we were informed they didn't have the iPad and couldn't provide a delivery date. This situation is unsatisfactory and violates consumer rights as Curry's sold an item they didn't possess. We need the iPad for a Christmas gift and cannot wait beyond the holiday season. Despite being told that nothing can be done, Curry's must fulfill their obligation to deliver the purchased product. If they can't supply the same model, they should offer an alternative model at no extra cost. The order number is CUR[redacted].

I purchased a MacBook Pro online through a Creation agreement on December 1st. However, on December 4th, I received an HP Chromebook instead. Unable to reach Currys over the phone, I visited a nearby store, but they wouldn't accept the return as it was an online purchase with no apology. Eventually, DPD collected the wrong item from my home. The store mentioned they would send the MacBook once they received the Chromebook back, but I requested DPD to deliver the correct MacBook when picking up the wrong one, which was denied. They estimated the correct order's arrival around December 10th, but I needed it sooner. I decided to buy the MacBook in person at the Apple Store in Leeds due to their excellent customer service. This email serves as my cancellation of the order effective immediately. Please refrain from sending any more laptops, as I will reject any deliveries. Thank you.

I purchased the Beko Fridge Freezer 60/40 CSG3571W at the Tunbridge Wells store on Saturday, December 4th. Celisa assured me that I would receive confirmation within the next two weeks for delivery before Christmas. However, I just received a text stating that the delivery will now be on January 17th, [redacted]. I am extremely disappointed as I have already paid in full and have made multiple in-person visits to the store to arrange this. I would like the delivery before Christmas as promised. My Currys Ess Fridge/Freezer's manufacturer's warranty is expiring soon on January 12, [redacted] (Letter reference T4LNKJM). Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with its performance. To get the freezer to freeze items properly, I have to set the control in the fridge section to number 7, which ends up freezing items in the fridge section as well. I believe this is not how the appliance should operate. This is actually the second fridge/freezer I have owned, and I would appreciate hearing your feedback on this issue.

Hello, I recently made a purchase of a range cooker online after seeing it in-store. I also added an extra splashback due to an offer and decided to include a couple more in my order. Despite encountering issues with payment and being guided by an online chat representative to split the order into two with separate delivery charges, I proceeded with the purchase. On the scheduled delivery day, I was notified that the delivery time would be between 15.30-19.30. Unfortunately, at 17.30 I received a call stating that the drivers were unable to deliver due to driving hour limitations and it had to be rescheduled for Monday, causing inconvenience. The delivery eventually occurred on Monday, with the drivers arriving early and performing the delivery efficiently, although they didn't wear face coverings. They placed the items correctly but did not unpack or remove the packaging I had paid extra for possibly due to damage on the product. Overall, despite being satisfied with the product, the entire experience was disappointing, prompting me to seek other options for future appliance purchases.

My father-in-law, a vulnerable adult with Alzheimer's, has been paying for cooker insurance since [redacted]. He recently made a claim and has faced incredibly poor customer service throughout the process. Despite all family members, including myself, residing at least 5 hours away, the assistance provided has been dismal. Initially, an engineer was sent five days after the first call but the cooker only worked briefly for about a week before failing again. A second engineer visit after another five days determined the cooker was faulty, leading to a replacement claim. However, the process was delayed due to an overdue payment, which was paid promptly despite being from a missed direct debit two years ago. When the new cooker was delivered, it was discovered that it required a different power supply, forcing the old and new ovens to be removed. After numerous frustrating calls to Currys, we were informed that it would be another 5 to 7 days before an engineer could come out, leaving my father-in-law without a working oven for approximately 6 weeks now.

I received a text from Currys informing me that my delivery would be between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. They arrived at 11:00 AM on the 9th of December [redacted]. When I requested that a small parcel be left on the apartment lobby shelf, the delivery man left an electric oven in the lobby without attempting to remove the old oven, for which I had already paid. He didn't show any intention of bringing it up to my first-floor flat. I had to quickly run down the stairs to catch them before they left!

On the day before Black Friday, I successfully entered my e-gift card details, but encountered an error message when I tried to use it on Black Friday. Despite multiple interactions with customer service representatives and promises that my issue would be resolved, including transferring the balance to another card and ensuring I could still receive the offer, I faced numerous obstacles. After visiting the Curry store and being directed back to customer service, I spent a frustrating day trying to resolve the problem, only to be hung up on after being put on hold for over 20 minutes. URGENT. My spouse and I spent an hour trying to reach your KNOW HOW repair team, but the call disconnected when we chose an option. Our washing machine is malfunctioning, and we cannot figure out how to schedule a repair with you. Please give us available dates for a repair so we can choose a convenient time. I placed an order for a new range cooker in October with installation and removal of my old cooker. The delivery was scheduled for 9th November, and I paid extra for a specific delivery time. But, yesterday I received a message that the driver couldn't find my address, which was odd as I receive deliveries regularly without issues. After contacting Customer Services, they said the driver would call for directions. When I didn't hear back, I called again. The representative mentioned I needed to disconnect my cooker, contradicting what was in my paperwork. Feeling frustrated after no one showed up by 1 pm, I decided to cancel my order. The email I received acknowledged the cancellation request but mentioned the item was still in the delivery process. I am disappointed by the experience and have not received any further updates.

I am frustrated with my Acer laptop as it never worked properly since I bought it. Despite claiming a 6-hour battery life, it only lasts 3 hours, sometimes less. The device frequently freezes with Microsoft messages of "not responding," taking too long to recover. Even after replacing the battery, issues persist. Support online found no problems besides the charging inconsistency. I'm using my old laptop instead due to its reliability. I want a replacement with the same storage but responsive like my HP Pavilion. My Acer takes a long time to respond to any task. I see a prompt to upgrade to Windows 11 but hesitate based on past delays. Due to caring for my ill mother, I couldn't address this issue sooner. I have knowhow support for this laptop.

After contacting the provided Orderworks number, I encountered communication difficulties with the representative due to language barriers. I have been waiting for over a week for DPD to collect a return that was arranged by the company. I have received messages from DPD four times, with the collection being cancelled three times due to unforeseen circumstances. On the fourth occasion, I was informed that the driver was told there was nothing to collect, which is impossible as we were at home all day on Friday waiting for the collection.
