I have a Cuisnart Coffee Maker that is malfunctioning. It starts brewing but does not complete the cycle and leaves most of the water in the back tank. I got this a while ago, but only now decided to use it as my old maker is wearing out. I am considering sending it to a repair center for fixing or replacement.

I am enjoying using my Custom Classic Toaster Oven Broiler, but the manual does not provide clear instructions on how to use the WARM function. What temperature does the Warm setting maintain? I am curious about what kinds of items are suitable for this function - can leftovers straight from the fridge be warmed or is it mainly for plates of food or bowls of soup? Can you preheat an empty plate or bowl? Will it adequately warm a can of veggies or soup for serving? Additionally, how long should items be left in the toaster oven, and is it necessary to keep checking until they are adequately warmed? My model is #TOB-40N purchased in July [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate any additional instructions or recipes available online. Thank you. - G.W.

I placed an order on August 4th for a replacement basket for my Cuisinart Coffee pot. Despite not receiving it weeks later, Cuisinart had no record of my order when I called. Upon reordering, the customer service representative, Robert, informed me that my pot was under warranty and he sent me the part for free. He assured me that if I was charged in the future, a simple call to Cuisinart would result in a refund. Subsequently, I received both the free part and the originally ordered one, despite the initial confusion. The original order number was #[redacted] from August 4th, [redacted], with a charge of $15.70 on my Visa account on 8/15/20 under Reference #[redacted]. Although I was promised a credit, none has been processed yet. I have informed Cuisinart of the situation and provided my order details, but the issue remains unresolved. I may escalate this matter to my bank if the credit is not applied promptly. Thank you. - Joan

I recently purchased and registered the 2-in-1 Model SS-15P1 coffee maker from Kohl's. I had to return the initial purchase after it started leaking from the bottom within just 3 weeks of use. This was my third Cuisinart coffee pot, and although I liked my previous 12-cup maker, it also developed a bottom leak after several years of heavy use. Kohl's provided an exchange for the leaking coffee maker, and I hope the new one doesn't have the same issue. Despite the strong plastic smell initially, we enjoy using the coffee maker with paper filters and appreciate the ability to brew just one cup at a time. We selected this model over Keurig due to positive reviews and our prior positive experiences with Cuisinart. I hope Cuisinart can investigate and address the leaking bottom issue in future models.

I bought a Cuisinart DC3000 coffee maker a couple of years back. Recently, I reached out to Cuisinart about the coffee leaking issue. They mentioned that without a proof of purchase, they can only offer a $20.00 credit for a new coffee maker as they cannot repair it. This is disappointing because I've seen reviews of people using the same machine for over a decade, whereas mine is just 3-4 years old and already faulty. I appreciate the DC3000 model, serial number [redacted], for keeping the coffee hot and being convenient, but I'm hesitant to buy from Cuisinart again unless their customer service improves. I am hoping for a replacement coffee maker. Thanks, S. Friedman

I am having trouble using my new 14-cup Cuisinart food processor, model DFP-14N, with serial numbers E52826 and LM-93. The lid does not fit properly and won't allow me to turn the processor on. I have even tried applying oil to the edges, but it still won't work. I am currently attempting to mix ingredients, but the lid won't align with the grooves to start it. I previously used a simpler Cuisinart model from [redacted] for 41 years without any issues. I am disappointed with this new model as it has extra features I don't need. I have tried watching videos and reading the manual, but no solution has been provided.

I own a Cuisinart TAO-60 Air Fryer/Toaster Oven purchased at a Target store in Wyoming, Michigan. It has been used almost daily for about two years without any issues. Recently, it started turning itself off less than a minute after starting. Now, when I try to use it, the timer ticks but it does not turn on in any mode - Air Fryer, Toaster, Convection Oven, or Conventional Oven. Even the power light doesn't come on. I checked the outlet, and it's working with other appliances. For an appliance from a reputable company like Cuisinart, I expected a longer lifespan without everything suddenly failing. I believe Cuisinart should be able to repair or replace the unit given the circumstances.

Regarding Order #[redacted], I received the wrong Air-Fryer model TOA60-TG instead of the TOA 65 digital model. I contacted support for a return label but have not received one in over three weeks despite multiple calls. The incorrect unit is still at my door, causing inconvenience. I have the correct model now but need assistance with the return process. If there is no resolution soon, I may have to dispose of the unit. Your prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated. Thank you. Vijay D.

I recently purchased a Cuisinart SS-15 series coffee maker and encountered problems with the single cup side, where the pod would burst as it was being used. Despite verifying that the outlet was clean, the pod still ended up pierced on top and bottom. Customer service advised me to remove the cord and provide a photo of the unit with the cord detached, which I did before returning the product. A replacement unit of the same type was sent to me, but even after testing it this past weekend, the same issue occurred three times. Although I had faith in Cuisinart products from previous positive experiences, this recent purchase has proven to be a disappointment. While I understand that experiencing one faulty unit can happen, receiving two with the same issue is frustrating. Regrettably, I feel that I wasted over $[redacted] on a subpar product. As a result, I won't be purchasing from Cuisinart again.

I am having an issue with my Tasty Ice Cream Maker as the motor is not locking in place correctly. When it is aligned with the two locking tabs, the paddles are preventing the dome lid from securing onto the tabs on the side of the collar due to their extension into the bowl. Even though I am able to turn the motor and make it secure enough to stay in place, I believe this is not the correct procedure. I understand that the two locking tabs on the bottom should prevent the motor from lifting and the "block" tab is intended to prevent twisting during the freezing process. Unfortunately, the Owner Manual does not provide any information about the locking tabs. A few weeks ago, I reached out to Cuisineart, but they sent me the wrong manual. I am in need of detailed instructions on how the motor and paddle assembly should fit together inside the dome.

I purchased a Cuisinart Compact Air Fryer Toaster Oven on May 18, [redacted]. The labels for the temperature, toast setting, and timer have almost completely worn off. After contacting customer service, the first agent said they would replace it, but I never received a replacement. When I followed up, I was informed that since I had cleaned it with Lysol, which they consider abrasive, they would not replace it. However, Lysol is not abrasive as it doesn't contain minerals like calcite, feldspar, quartz, or silica. I only used a dish rag to clean it, which is not abrasive. Given the importance of cleanliness during the pandemic, I have been using Lysol on all surfaces without any issues. I adore Cuisinart products, but I am truly disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I urgently require a replacement as the current condition makes the appliance unusable.

I am experiencing a issue with my Cuisinart skillet, model CIL 22-26RN, 10 inches/26 centimeters. The non-stick coating on the inner surface has chipped under normal use conditions. Normal use, to me, includes cooking below [redacted] degrees on an induction heater, avoiding immediate water contact after use, and refraining from harsh cleaners. This problem is frustrating because this skillet is a replacement for a previous one that also failed in the same manner a few years ago. I suspect this is a manufacturing flaw. I wonder if your company has adjusted its process or enhanced the coating to prevent this issue from recurring. I would like a replacement skillet if quality control or the coating has been improved. Could you please provide me with information on nearby retailers where I can return this product? I hope to avoid paying for shipping this time. Given the price of the skillet, I expected a durable product that does not repeatedly fail. Milton J. Salomon [redacted] River Road Pike Nashville, Tennessee [redacted]

I have had a Cuisinart toaster for at least 15 years, and recently, I've encountered issues with it. The elements aren't working properly, which is quite disappointing as we loved it. I've been searching for a new Cuisinart toaster with 2 long slots suitable for Artisinal Sourdough Breads. I live in Canada and ordered a Cuisinart 4-slice Long Slot toaster CPT-[redacted] from Amazon.com since it was the only place I could find one available. Upon receiving it, I discovered that the inner element is not functioning. I'm extremely disappointed about this and considering returning it for a replacement, although it's a hassle, especially with the additional shipping costs to Canada. I wish I could have purchased directly from Cuisinart, but the item was not available on your website. Additionally, the toaster gets very hot on the outside, which concerns me for safety reasons.

I am trying to obtain a return label for a part that was shipped but does not fit my 11-cup Cuisinart processor. I hope to receive the return label promptly to request a refund. It seems there may have been some confusion regarding a replacement bowl that was supposed to fit my 11-cup base along with the pusher. However, I have now been informed that there is no compatible replacement, and I would need to purchase a new Cuisinart unit. I already have multiple blades and attachments for my current 11-cup processor and prefer not to start from scratch. Therefore, I am inquiring if it is possible to retain the pieces and base unit while obtaining a bowl with a pusher attachment. I have made several calls inquiring about the return label and received conflicting information from your representatives.

I have four stainless steel Cuisinart saucepans that all leak due to loose handles. This issue became known to me on Christmas morning when my furnace broke, causing water from each pan to seep into my Dacor gas/duel fuel stove's elements. The electric ignition wouldn't stop clicking, rendering the burners useless for preparing Christmas dinner. I managed to repair the stove by drying all its components, but the pans pose a hazard due to their design flaws. These one-quart pans would commonly tip over on the stove due to the heavy handle not being properly angled. Through trial and error, I found a way to position them on the stove to reduce wobbling and tipping. I've noticed that Cuisinart offers a lifetime warranty, and I am interested in trying another product in the hope that these issues will not occur again.

I purchased a food processor directly from your company in September [redacted], charging it to my credit card. The machine was defective, so I asked for it to be picked up, which your team did. Unfortunately, after the machine was returned it still does not work. I am disappointed with the new design compared to my previous Cuisinart that lasted 30 years. I have contacted your office numerous times with no resolution. I am requesting for the machine to be picked up and for a refund to be issued. Despite assurances from a supervisor a week ago, there has been no progress. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you, Mona G. I'm inquiring about compatibility between the work bowl DLC2011WBNT1-1 and an older DLC2011 processor with serial number [redacted]. The serial number is on the bottom of the base and the unit is a Prep 11 Plus. I am searching for a replacement oval pusher, as my current one is broken, but I have had difficulty finding one without cracks in the operating rod attachment area. I believe the oval style pushers are no longer available from Cuisinart, so I am considering switching to the newer style pusher.

In [redacted], we purchased a Cuisinart Air Fryer, model CTOA-130PC, from Costco. We have enjoyed using this unit almost daily. However, over the past few months, the dial control for selecting pre-set functions has deteriorated. It now randomly selects functions, making it unusuable. We are considering the TOA-60 SERIES at Target as a replacement, but it offers fewer functions than our current model. We kindly request that Cuisinart provide us with an RMA and prepaid shipping to repair or replace our CTOA-130PC. In the meantime, we will be without our favorite kitchen appliance. You can contact us at [redacted], [redacted] home, or [redacted] cell. Our address is [redacted] La Loma Drive, San Marcos, CA [redacted].

I purchased model SS 3B1 from Amazon on 9/28/[redacted] and registered it on 10/1/[redacted]. I am experiencing issues with programming it and the pods exploding. Despite weekly cleanings with hot vinegar, the problem persists. I have cleaned the bottom needle and ensured the pods are air-free, yet I still face challenges. While the single cup function sometimes works, the lights flash continuously, preventing me from making a carafe of coffee. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but haven't received a response or assistance. I submitted an online request on 12/12/[redacted], but unfortunately, nobody has reached out to me. I am looking to return the coffee maker under warranty for repair or replacement. It's disappointing as it has been the best coffee maker I've ever owned.

Hello, I had a frustrating experience with customer service representative YaYa regarding the materials of the AFR-25 air fryer basket and tray. Despite my inquiries, YaYa provided conflicting information, leading to confusion. In the end, supervisor Kimberly#[redacted] clarified that the basket and tray were coated with xylan coating, not stainless steel as initially claimed. I was disappointed by the lack of clarity in the product literature. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding my experience. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you, Lisa S.
