On November 20th, my phone was deactivated and reported stolen by someone posing as me. I was assured it would be resolved in 2 days, but after waiting, I received no updates. I called multiple times and was asked to wait longer each time. My phone remained off for three weeks, affecting my work and bill payment. When I finally got through to a representative, my line was canceled abruptly after explaining the situation. I was then informed I had voluntarily canceled and needed to pay to reactivate it. Despite requesting to speak to a manager, I faced more disconnections and further payment demands. The lack of assistance and faulty service has left me frustrated and unable to use my phone reliably.

I have been with this company for over 2 years now, and this is my second phone. I just purchased it in February [redacted], and I am already experiencing issues with it. I switched from MetroPCS due to their poor phone quality, only to encounter similar problems with Cricket. I am frustrated that Cricket's phones are failing so quickly, considering I pay for insurance and my bill faithfully every month. I am disheartened by the $[redacted] I spent in February on this phone that is now malfunctioning. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it's an outdated model, which seems to be the case with every phone I purchase. How can I speak to someone who can address this ongoing issue? I have referred friends to Cricket Wireless, but now I regret it because of the poor phone quality. Despite being a loyal customer, I am fed up with my current phone randomly shutting off and blinking. Hello, my partner and I have been Cricket customers for over 5 years with 4 lines, but recently, we had a frustrating experience where our phones couldn't receive calls. After a lengthy call with customer service, we visited a store where the issue was eventually resolved. Although initially suspected to be a chip problem, it was actually an error on Cricket's system. Despite being charged $21 for a new chip, which we find unreasonable, the actual issue lay elsewhere. Furthermore, when I needed my phone unlocked before a trip, another lengthy customer service call was required. We are considering switching providers due to these ongoing issues. We kindly request a credit of the $21 charged for the unnecessary chip. Thank you. -AH

I recently utilized my Cricket phone protection plan to replace my ZTE with a Vision 2 NRL (IR). However, I have encountered significant issues with the new device. It struggles to play media smoothly, often freezing and requiring multiple restarts. The phone's overall performance is slow and unreliable when switching between functions. I am disappointed that the replacement phone does not meet the standards of my previous device. After being a loyal customer for around 5 years, I believe it is fair to expect a comparable or improved replacement through the protection plan. I kindly request Cricket to address this matter by providing me with a more efficient replacement phone.

I recently purchased a Straight Talk phone from Walmart, but upon opening it, I found a Cricket SIM card inside, and it is locked to another network. Walmart was unable to provide a refund and directed me to contact your support team. I urgently need assistance to either receive a refund or have the phone unlocked so I can use it with my Straight Talk number. I would like to port a number for a free phone through the Bring Your Number program and add it to my existing account. I currently have $38 of credit on my account, and I don't understand why 38 couldn't be transferred when I have enough credit until Jan 9th. Additionally, I will need a Cricket SIM card using that credit. I work a lot so I plan to refill enough for all three lines. It's confusing why I can't use the credit, especially since it's not part of the payment funds but an overpayment I made on Dec 1st. I made a $68 credit card charge, so I'm hoping to find a way to utilize my existing credit. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I recently purchased a Cricket phone with service for the first time, and unfortunately, it was stolen just three days after I got it. When I contacted Cricket customer service, I was informed that I did not have insurance on the device. I am considering switching to a different service provider soon. I recently purchased a Motorola phone from you and was convinced to buy a package. However, the phone case that was supposed to be included was missing, and the speaker I received was damaged. When I attempted to exchange it, I was informed that they could not confirm the speaker was broken before it left the store. My experience with your cell phone service, the devices you offer - particularly Motorola, and your customer service has left me dissatisfied with Cricket. My phone service has been temporarily disconnected. Unfortunately, I can't access my account due to incorrect information. Dealing with Covid-19, I urgently need to access my account for billing purposes. I'm unable to log in as my pin instructs me to contact customer service and I can't change my password. Communicating via email would greatly assist me in providing the necessary details to resolve this issue.

I enrolled in Bridge Pay and was granted a 7-day extension. I needed an extra day, so when I contacted customer service, they offered to help by sending a Quick Pay link to avoid any fees. I paid for another 7-day extension through Bridge Pay. However, shortly after, my service was disconnected, and I was asked to pay $65 to have it restored. This situation is unacceptable, and I am requesting a refund of $65.

I encountered several issues with the Cricket customer service representatives. I spent $40 on an Uber ride to a Cricket store only to find out they couldn't add the Cricket Protection service I wanted. When I called the support line, the agent avoided addressing why the protection couldn't be added within the 7-day limit. Instead, he mentioned I could get it in February. After multiple calls inquiring about alternative solutions, I was never informed about the February option, which would have saved me the additional transport costs. When I asked for a refund and cancellation, I was transferred to process it but waited without receiving any assistance before the support closed. Now, on the final day to request a refund, I'm frustrated with the lack of resolution and would like my refund promptly.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received from an employee at the South Jackson, Tennessee, Cricket Store. When I encountered issues with my phone, I reached out to the store and Britney assisted me. She attentively listened to my problem and provided clear instructions on how I could potentially restart my device. Following her guidance resolved the issue, and my phone is now working perfectly. I recently had a terrible experience at your Cricket Wireless store in Delano, California. I was embarrassed by your employees for not wearing a face mask, and I believe it should be my choice. Additionally, a couple of weeks ago, I visited the same store due to text messages regarding a phone upgrade, which turned out to be a downgrade according to your employee. I was assured that the new phone would have the same apps as my old one, but that was not the case. When I returned today to address the issue, I was told I had to pay $[redacted] for a different phone. I do not believe it is my responsibility to fund upgrades for your company's outdated equipment. I am requesting my old phone back and a refund for the purchase of the supposedly upgraded phone that turned out to be a downgrade.

I am seeking a way to block incoming calls without phone numbers, like those showing "private number" or "personal number," as they invade my privacy. It's frustrating that Cricket doesn't offer a solution to stop these calls. People who hide their numbers are often harassers or worse. I've received threats from unknown callers, and I worry about criminals using this tactic. I believe there should be legal measures to block such intrusions on our privacy and safety. It's essential for phone companies to help us block unwanted calls and protect us from potential dangers. I've had disturbing experiences with unknown callers reaching out to harass me. It's concerning how these individuals can freely contact us without repercussions. We deserve to know the identity of those contacting us. If they hide behind anonymity, they likely have ill intentions. Phone companies must take action to prevent such callers from causing harm. We must address these issues collectively to ensure our security and well-being. Let's work together to demand transparency from callers and increase phone call safety measures for everyone.

I have been trying for four days to speak with a supervisor regarding a billing issue related to my enrollment in the EBB program and adding a hotspot to one line of my plan. Despite speaking with someone who assured me that everything was resolved and I only needed to pay $20, I am now facing a remaining balance of $20, a $15 activation fee, and my service has been disconnected. This is unacceptable. I need a supervisor to contact me urgently to address and resolve this ongoing problem.

I have been a loyal customer of Cricket for several years, and I am frustrated that they are pressuring me to upgrade to two new phones because my current [redacted] GB phone will not be supported after February 22, [redacted]. Unfortunately, they do not offer a comparable phone with the same storage capacity, and I feel that as a paying customer, this should not be solely my responsibility. If Cricket is changing its system, they should make sure to provide options that meet their customers' needs. If this issue is not resolved, I may have no choice but to look for a different phone service provider. I am enrolled in the acp program but faced issues with my bill and plan adjustments. Despite attempting to resolve the problem by contacting acp multiple times, the situation was not resolved satisfactorily. Initially promised a $30 plan, I was later placed on a $41 plan, and now my bill has increased unexpectedly. Due to these discrepancies, I faced service interruptions and additional charges. I am facing issues with Cricket where they have deactivated two of my cell phones during the 3G to 5G migration. They sent me messages about a free phone, but upon checkout, they charge between $49 to $99. I got a replacement for one phone, a Cricket flip phone, but it does not work properly. I've been a loyal Cricket customer for years, using an LG Escape 3. Recently, I've encountered issues with making or receiving calls on the network. Despite being able to send texts and use data, the calling function is unavailable. After visiting two Cricket stores, I was informed that this problem is a result of a network upgrade.
