I explained that I wanted to make a payment but also requested for my late fee to be waived due to the challenges in getting through. The representative was able to process my payment but advised me to contact customer service online for the late fee waiver as she could not override the fee herself.

Hello, my name is Jerryka. I've been receiving emails from Credit One Bank about paying off my account, but when I call customer service, the representatives cannot assist me. They claim they don't have any record of the emails I received. After being put on hold, they either hang up or don't answer. I simply want to settle my account with them and be finished. I've been struggling to reach Credit One on the phone, and it's been extremely difficult. I received my card in the mail on Monday, used it once, and then it was locked for fraud. After finally getting through to Credit One, they unlocked it. I used it again on Tuesday, only for them to lock it once more. It took a while to find the right number to contact, and when I did, they said I needed to call back in 24-48 hours to speak to an account specialist. I've only been able to use my card twice, and it has been locked since Tuesday. This situation is frustrating, especially as I anticipate paying the bill soon.

I have been promised that a Supervisor would reach out to us, but it has been nearly a month and we are yet to receive any callback. I have contacted customer service twice regarding my wife's locked account. We confirmed the information with "Eddy" on 03/17/20, who mentioned a Supervisor would contact her. Despite their claims of attempting to call and leaving a voicemail, we received no such messages, as evidenced by our call records. We are concerned about this lack of communication. I received a notice from Credit One Bank stating they would send all account info to an address I didn't change. My address is 40 F Roxbury Court, Princeton NJ [redacted]. Someone changed my security answers, including my birthplace and my mother's birthplace (both Philadelphia, PA). Customer service couldn't help after an hour on the phone. I suspect fraud and want my card canceled and reissued to me at my original address. I tried to fax documents, but it seems outdated. They want me to wait 10-20 days to resolve it without putting a hold on the account. I need the card on hold until resolved to prevent unauthorized charges.

I received my credit card in the mail with Melissa Cazares as the authorized user. The card worked at the gas station outside the terminal but got declined inside. Later, it worked for food but was declined again at a different gas station for cigarettes. After contacting customer service multiple times, they said the hold was removed. However, the card continued to get declined. I was advised not to use it for 48 hours to lift the hold. This situation is frustrating, especially since I got the card to help my family with Covid-19-related expenses. Melissa is also affected. We hope for a resolution soon to use the cards for necessary purchases. Also, it was uncomfortable that representatives misidentified my gender due to my voice condition. I opened an account one month ago. However, due to confusion with payments, my account was promptly closed, and I no longer have access to online banking.
