I recently received a new card with a $[redacted] limit on Friday. I believed I had activated the card and made two purchases on Saturday, one for $[redacted]+ with a company named WARP and another for $[redacted] to Western Union. Both transactions were declined, and it appears that my account is now frozen by the fraud department. Unfortunately, Credit One seems to have no live operators available to assist me until later. I kindly request for my account to be activated and the charges to be cleared. Thank you.

I made a purchase online under the impression that I could cancel within 21 days without being charged. I canceled my order at 14 days, but the Company still charged me. Customer service instructed me to seek a refund from the Company directly. Despite my request not to be charged, they proceeded with the transaction. I asked for my card number to be changed, but I was informed that the Company might charge me again. Research indicates that Medix Select has a reputation for refusing cancellations. I am in need of assistance, desperately seeking anyone who can help me! I've been using my work computer, my only access to the internet, to log into my credit card accounts. I hold a few accounts with Capitol One and one with Credit One. Today, I encountered new security measures on your website that are blocking me from accessing my account information. Despite trying to enter the verification code more than eight times, I have been unsuccessful. I have received multiple codes and have spent a significant part of my workday attempting to access my accounts to no avail. This situation is incredibly frustrating! I contacted customer service and was advised to use a different computer or switch to Internet Explorer, which did not resolve my issue. I have spoken with two customer service representatives today, and unfortunately, neither were able to provide any assistance. I believe my payment is due tomorrow, and I urgently need to review my account. Although customer service is willing to accept a payment, I am struggling to resolve this access issue. All I am trying to do is log into my account as I have always done on my work computer. Could someone please assist me so I can access my account, enter my bank details, and make the payment due tomorrow?

Both of my accounts have been hacked, my Visa and Mastercard. Despite being told my address was changed back to my correct Virginia address, I discovered one of my new cards was sent to the Florida address responsible for the initial hack. I have received multiple emails and letters about the address change, which I did not authorize. Additionally, the security question answers asked were incorrect, and when I requested clarification, the supervisor denied the possibility of a mistake. This inconsistency raises concerns that my personal information, including my social security number, may be compromised. I am seeking an English-speaking representative to assist me effectively. I expressed interest in closing my accounts during the call but was unable to do so as they are under investigation. I require further clarification on these issues promptly.

Hello, my name is Robin C. I'm reaching out for assistance with a previous account that was sent to collections. I never received any communication from the collection agency regarding this matter. Currently, they are attempting to garnish my wages. As a single mother of two, losing almost $[redacted] per month would be a significant hardship. After logging onto the CreditOne website, I encountered a bug. When I called and spoke with a representative, he requested a screenshot through mail. Printing the screenshot doesn't clearly show the problem, so I would like to email it instead.
The issue arises after logging on, prompting me to change my password with a form to fill in. Despite complete and error-free information, upon clicking Submit, it displays an error stating "Fields and/or Sections shown in red are required," even though all fields are completed with correct data. The system appears to think the form is empty. I would appreciate an email address where I can send the screenshot.

I recently received a pre-qualified letter from what I thought was a Capital One card. I checked into the pre-qualified card on June 11, [redacted], and unexpectedly got approved for $[redacted] from Credit One instead. Despite requesting to cancel the card and close the account immediately, I was informed it had already been mailed out. I contacted Cynthia on 6/14/18 to reiterate my request. I was given a reference number but no confirmation number. Today, 6/21/18, I spoke with Kathleen to ensure the cancellation was done per my request. Initially, I was told it would take 28 days to close the account, which seemed unreasonable. After expressing my frustration and mentioning legal action, Kathleen eventually confirmed the cancellation. I have recordings of both calls for reference. I am seeking assistance to ensure the card is canceled, the account closed, and that this action is reflected accurately on my credit report. The product in question is the Credit Card Platinum Visa with the application code SH19HK24R3VP.

I have had a Credit One credit card for a year. Recently, I had a payment scheduled with Credit One, and the day before the payment was due, Amazon deducted $15.00 for a monthly Prime fee that was supposed to be canceled the month before. This led to my bank account not having enough funds for the pre-scheduled Credit One payment, resulting in an NSF charge. As a result, my payment was late, and my credit score dropped by 64 points.
Though Amazon later credited my account for six months of Prime charges, it was after the Credit One payment had bounced.
I kindly request that Credit One consider removing the late fee from my credit report as a goodwill gesture. This late payment has affected my credit score, and I am in the process of trying to secure a car loan. My current vehicle has 175k miles on it, and commuting 52 miles each way to work leaves me in need of reliable transportation.

At 6:15 A.M. EDT, I discovered a late fee on my Platinum credit card while attempting to make a payment. This has occurred twice in less than a month despite consistently paying above the minimum required. On 6/26, a late fee was applied and then removed on 6/27 after I clarified making a $40 payment on 6/1 towards my June bill, unaware that the billing cycle starts on the 2nd of each month. Now, on 7/1, another late fee has been charged. This situation is frustrating and I am seeking guidance on how to address it.

My bank account and cards were hacked. I informed a Key Bank employee months ago about the issue, hoping for an investigation like Capital One did, where they closed the account at no cost. I refuse to pay for something I didn't use. The hack involved a 67-year-old woman from Bedford, Texas depositing and then withdrawing over $[redacted], leading to overdraft charges on my Discover and other cards. So far, only Capital One has provided fraud protection. Key Bank needs to erase the costs and investigate this situation thoroughly. Thank you.

I initially made an express payment to have the funds available the next day. I was pleased to see I had $46 in credit and $[redacted] in cash. However, when I attempted to purchase gas, my card was declined. After speaking with a representative who advised me to try a different gas station, the issue was resolved temporarily. Suddenly, my $[redacted] cash turned into $1, which was frustrating. Despite several calls to customer service, including being put on hold, disconnected, and given multiple excuses, the problem persisted. Eventually, a different representative resolved the issue and waived some fees. However, my balance was only $11 in credit and $11 in cash. When I tried to make a purchase at a Mexican restaurant for $9, my card was declined again.
